Have been using VB for quite some time now. It fits our needs very well.

Vorteile:

Customer support has always been top notch. I like the chat option to get ahold of someone right away.

Nachteile:

I wish I could re-arrange the tabs of names at the top of the schedule. Or make someone inactive without completely deleting them.

Very Good to Great Software

Kommentare: Overall we were seeking to find a solution to set up appointment times, payment, and schedule with clients. Some of these clients were in different times zones and were virtual. This software at the time of use was very useful. Keeping a slight eye on their progression I am sure that they have corrected the lapse our company had and are of quality.

Vorteile:

I loved the ease of use of this software. The fact we could set something up quickly either on the computer or on the phone, confirm and have reminders sent for appointments was a very good thing. At the time we were in full gear up mode and needed to automate a few things and this worked well for that.

Nachteile:

The only con we ran into at the time was that a method we saw a lot of our customers wanted to pay for services they did not offer. I am sure by now they have fixed that and probably offer the service but we didn;t have as much time to wait for it as we needed a solution that ensured ease of use.

Visibook is easy to use, when there are not glitches.

Nachteile:

I am quite disappointed in this system. Customer/technical support is extremely poor. I have had an ongoing issue with the system that makes its use for myself and clients very frustrating. I contacted support, and while they agreed that there seems to a bug, it has not been fixed. I have not received an email update about this bug and it has been over two weeks. I sent an email asking for an update and received no response. I now pay 29.99$USD monthly for this service and and quite disappointed in the lack of support. When I first started using it over 2 years ago, the support was great. But they added features, upped the price, and apparently down graded technical support. Switching booking systems is a huge undertaking but I now have little choice. I do not recommend.

Need for a scheduler

Kommentare: I love this app, the online booking, confirmations ,states hours, prices, cancellations both for me and when I had to cancel. Loved it

Vorteile:

I liked that it did confirmation text, sent messages to my phone, easy to communicate with my clients

Nachteile:

Had a few problems in the beginning with the billing but a CSR was very helpful and took care of everything

Best Online Scheduling I have found. Great developer that is happy to help with personal needs.

Easy of Use, Allows my company to book appointments 24 hours a day, in application messaging make communication a breeze

Nachteile:

Doesn't let client change time date without deleting. original. Doesn't merge duplicate profiles. It doesnt allow certain browers immediate log in

Excellent applications for small businesses/ self employed

Kommentare: Perfect for my small business. I can create appointments and the software notifies and reminds both myself and the customer of upcoming appointments.

Vorteile:

I love the ease of use. I can add customers and customize appointment types. The "Notes" feature is very handy for tracking sessions for someone like myself- a personal trainer.

Nachteile:

There are a couple of glitches. Once I added a customer and it duplicated them 10 times. Another time, I couldn't access the app because it kept shutting down.

Visibook simplified my scheduling for my consulting business. Easy to set up and easy to use.

Kommentare: Ease of use. Easy to set up new clients and services. Easy to go back and look at my previous week's schedules. It does everything I need it to do and does it well. I tried a lot of other scheduling programs before I found Visibook and once I set it up I quit looking for something better.

Vorteile:

I love how easy it is to set up new accounts and to schedule and and move appointments around. Before I started using Visibook I was always struggling with keeping my growing schedule up to date.

It's so mobile-friendly and damn beautiful

Kommentare: We've just started the RTIwala 10 mins Micro Consultation division and looking for a perfect tool for our remote first team to schedule the meetings. And, Visibook is the perfect choice.

Vorteile:

It's UX and UI for the mobile phones. As most of our customers are using and booking the 10 mins RTIwala Micro Consultation from the mobile and they're loving it so much.

Kommentare: When I first started using it I had a few clients say they couldn't log in but have had no issues for >10 months

Vorteile:

Clients found it easy to use and I could update and change things from anywhere. My clients appreciated the confirmations and reminders for their appts

What I like the most about this app is the ability for my clients to text me without making it personal on my personal phone. It's almost as if I have a electronic secretary.

Nachteile:

This app tends to have glitches sometimes with scheduling and times which has a tendency to make things more difficult when it comes to a signing appointments.

Wonderful customer service and a huge time saver

Kommentare: I am a sole proprietor of a business with one person in charge (me) and many clients that I am juggling on a weekly basis. When I began using Visibook about 15 months ago, it took a relatively short period of time to transition my clients to this new system, and I was amazed at how willing Customer Support was in assisting me and my clients with the transition. If ever there is a small issue with the interface, or if a client has difficulty with the Visibook system, Customer Support will be there to help guide through the process. I have also been a Visibook user through multiple iterations of Visibook, and believe that they consistently hear the needs of their users, and make good/helpful changes with each new update. I don't think any booking system will be 100% perfect 100% of the time with 100% of people feeling completely intuitively comfortable with every aspect of the interface, so that's my reason for the 4 stars in features + functionality. I have to say though, that their Customer Support, patience, and willingness to make their product more suited to their users' needs definitely supersedes any imperfection in the product itself.

Vorteile:

I like that it is easily compatible with my gcal and with my client's calendar systems. I like that it clearly displays my availability to customers and that I can change my availability easily myself, and that clients feel that the system assists them in being flexible with their lesson times. I also like that it keeps record of cancellations, bookings, and sends reminder emails to clients.

Nachteile:

I wish it were a little easier to 'click and drag' availability in the calendar, or interface with the calendar directly, rather than going to an 'edit' function. I also wish I could reply directly to messages sent by Visibook. As in- when clients send messages from the Visibook software and I am notified by email, I wish I could reply in my email, and not have to go to Visibook before responding to the message.

Good for Basic Scheduling

Kommentare: I loved it and would use it again! It's easy to use and affordable.

Vorteile:

I used Visibooks when I was working at a physical rehab center to schedule appointments with patients. It's a great tool because you can schedule using both you laptop and your smartphone and send reminders to your supervisors and patients as well. What was also nice about it was that you can share information on your social media accounts which I thought was a cool marketing tool. They also have a free version that works just as well (you can only book 40 appointments though).

Nachteile:

Sometimes the app froze and they do not currently have a phone number available for customer service.

Visibook

Kommentare: I’ve used Visibook for years and have been very happy! Text reminders, fairly easy to navigate (sometimes through a little trial and error), clean-looking interface, and prompt responses to my questions. With the exception of the recurring group appointments, Visibook does everything I need it to and it’s made me look more professional as well as saved me time in scheduling and rescheduling piano lessons. I highly recommend Visibook!

Vorteile:

So many things to like! But if I have to choose just one, I’d say it’s the text reminders and notifications. My piano families receive text reminders about their kids lessons, as do I. I also have the option of sending notifications when I’ve canceled or rescheduled a lesson. Such a helpful feature for busy families! And one that is often an upcharge/add-on with other scheduling programs.

Nachteile:

I sure wish Visibook offered recurring group appointments. I can set up recurring one-in-one piano lessons but not recurring group lessons.

Scheduling Made Easy

Kommentare: Using VisiBook has saved us a lot of time in scheduling appointments so I have been very pleased. Plus the price is very reasonable so that always makes things better :)

Vorteile:

Overall, it's pretty user friendly. I use it for a training schedule so it's a little different than what most clients probably use it for, but it has made it a lot easier for my trainees to find a date/time that suits instead of having to email back and forth to find a time to schedule a training appointment.

Nachteile:

If you're not the most tech savvy, using the software can be slightly confusing. Overall though, it's not difficult to manage.

Great scheduling app

Vorteile:

I love that I send interested clients my link (which they can also find on my website), and the only thing that they see are available openings. We both get a confirmation email and/or text. We both get reminders and they can cancel or change their appointment without having to pick up the phone. It saves so much phone time. They can also message me through Visibook.

Nachteile:

When they message me I get it as a text but I have to go to Visibook to answer the text.

Good price and easy to use

Kommentare: My overall experience was very good. The app is definitely easy to use!

Vorteile:

For a low price I was able to track all of my client appointments. Rescheduling was easy and tracking other trainer schedules was simple as well.

Nachteile:

There were a few bugs now and then and once the app got really popular they stopped responding to my support questions

Simplicity is Key

Vorteile:

I love how easy it is to figure out and use, I manage my online, in person health coaching business that partners with five other gyms and clinics. All our services are on the calendar and it is the only way I can stay organized.

Nachteile:

I wish it would have a feature that would organize mulitple time zones and have live URL links.

Review For Visibook

Kommentare: It's great that it mobels when I'm available and their live support is 24/7.

Vorteile:

Visibook is great appointment scheduling software for small, medium and large businesses. Easy to use for both cleint and business owner.

Nachteile:

I found that integrating my Google calendar took a little time, not sure if it was a technical error.

the effective multiplatform for scheduling customer visits

Kommentare: allows you to make payments optionally, something that not all tools use.

Vorteile:

I like it because it has the option to schedule in the google calendar as well as attached to other google tools. It also allows us to have reminders and manage calls with the data that the system already shows you.

Nachteile:

You still don't have the option to attach files that have macros as it's just for reminders.

Visi book filled my schedule

Kommentare: Visibook has made it possible for me to maximize the efficiency of scheduling. In addition I have clear records of past appointments for each client as well as overall statistics. The platform also allows me to have contacts of my clients available from everywhere and contact them easily. My clients enjoy the option to schedule their own appointments when needed or have reminders for their regular set up sessions. Whenever I have questions customer service is always immediately available through chat. All issues get solved immediately.

Vorteile:

Software is easy and intuitively to be used and is highly professional for my clients

Nachteile:

The ability for my clients to book their own sessions can lead to frustration if they book in advance and it creates a conflict for me that I haven't adjusted in my schedule

Easy to use

Kommentare: Visibook has completely solved the problem I was having with people forgetting their appointment time and not showing up. I no longer have that issue thanks to the reminder texts it sends out. It has also been great for people to see my availability and book their own appointments without having to take my time to talk on the phone with them to schedule.

Vorteile:

This software was very easy to figure out and I love that is automatically sends out reminders for the appointments 24 hours in advance.

Nachteile:

I don’t like that you can only store one phone number for reminders. I work with kids and sometimes the other parent brings him, but doesn’t get the reminders if I’ve stored it under moms number.

Great software for our growing pet grooming shop

Kommentare: The ability to communicate to my groomers and customers via the app is fantastic! Our client list is growing and our appointments are filling up fast thanks to the easy integration with our website. We haven't had a need to use the payment function via Visibook, but I can see how this would be a great benefit for some folks.

Vorteile:

The software is very easy to use and intuitive for me. My groomers are able to see when appointments are scheduled whether they are here or not. The ability to add different services and providers is great, along with the ability to text client's when their pup is ready to be picked up.

Nachteile:

There is honestly nothing I like least about this software at all.

An Easy Solution For Freelancers To Manage Appointments

Vorteile:

-Simple scheduling solution designed with Freelancers in mind. -Easily schedule customers and send email or SMS reminders. -Eliminates scheduling conflicts and can focus on more important business aspects -Sync with Google Calendar.

Nachteile:

-Slight learning curve at first at setting up appointments and syncing calendar. -Some features like setting business hours are harder on mobile. -Lack of some simple features but very good value for the money and features are constantly being added.

I love Visibook and so do my clients!

Vorteile:

The confirmation texts, reminders, and the ease of editing appts. I have had other software that works significantly less well for a much higher cost.

Nachteile:

I have to completely close it in order to refresh the app. Other then that I have no other complaints, I am being nit picky here.
