Couldn't live without... Quality product with amazing customer service.
Kommentare: I run a company which retails a range of products across a name of different sales channels, including Amazon, eBay and WooCommerce. Managing orders from over 3 different channels was becoming a nightmare, dispatch times were slow - and a little short of chaotic. Veeqo allowed us, after a very quick and easy initial setup, to suddenly pull all this information from different sources into one place - making our logistics team very happy people indeed! In short - Veeqo has massively streamlined the order dispatch process and allowed us to focus on our core business. Coupled with outstanding customer service - it's a must have for our business.

What works, what doesn't!
Kommentare: Iam fairly happy with the current experience and would like to continue to support this as long as i see veqoo making constant improvements and adding functionality incrementally. If i did not have some past experience with enterprise scale platforms, i may not have understood some of veeqo's offerings/ features.
Vorteile:
Quick and frugal interface. Easy to get things done quickly once you get a hang of it. Does 75% of what we need out of the box. Constant improvements going on in the background. Comparable to other inventory management platforms for smaller businesses.
Nachteile:
Poor onboarding/startup experience with inadequate or outdated help guides. Since i have past experience in ecommerce and software packages in general, i was able to figure out some of the functions but there was no way to be a 100% sure of how things were interconnected without trying in live setup. There are some pain points here and there all along the way but fortunately nothing that stops things totally.

My favorite thing is the ease of merging listings when the same product is sold but uses different SKUs across selling platforms.
Nachteile:
I don't like that if 1 SKU is ordered, but that SKU is a bundle that requires multiple boxes to be shipped, you have to manually add additional boxes as "products" to the order instead of being able to just customize the number of boxes, dimensions, etc like you can with other shipping programs. I wish we could print product pictures on the 4x6 packing slip with the shipping label. I wish we could connect our shipping accounts to see our companies rates and still have Veeqo's rates connected as well to compare them all.
An Impressive Software with Room to Grow!

Veeqo is an great software that streamlines your inventory management, order processing, and shipping tasks. It offers a user-friendly interface and empowers you to efficiently handle your e-commerce operations. And it is completely FREE.
Nachteile:
There are some important automation features missing that prevent me from moving from another software, which if added would make life so much easier and faster when it comes to fulfulling orders. I list some here:1. Automatically assigning orders to custom packaging groups so the correct order size and weight is calculated with the product and packaging together. E.g. a tempered screen protector weighing 80g with 11 x 21 x 1 (w x h x d) dimensions will go into a bubble envelope weighing 10g with 12 x 21 x2.5 (w x h x d) dimensions. So that would be a total weight of 90g. If the order has two screen protectors, they would automatically still be assigned to the same envelope as its dimensions allow for two screen protectors. If there are 3 protectors, then the next packaging size up would be used, etc… Veeqo does not have any options to define custom packaging. 2. Automatically merging orders placed by the same customer at different times, so only one order is shown in the list with the correct packaging assigned and calculated weight, and one shipping label is printed.3. The automatic assigning of IOSS to orders that require it. 4. The automatic printing of cn22 labels for orders that require it. Cn22 should print immediately after the shipping label so we know they are together.5. Add the option to add customer name in the pick list template so those who pick and pack simultaneously can do so easily instead of printing multiple pack lists.

Would like to see product images on the order dispatch queue, and the ability to sort the queue by SKU, to speed up order selection, Instant chat support would be helpful a long with an automatic VAT receipt option to be emailed to customers upon dispatch - need to connect to our Woocommerce store
Easy and cheap Shipping solution
Kommentare: We love that we implemented Veeqo in our system, we do 20-40 orders a day and Veeqo makes it easy to implement and use. Any team member can learn the software in less than 10 minutes and we can all utilize the tool

Veeqo provides user friendly, inexpensive solution for business to have fast shipping option. They have better label rates than usual Endicia or UPS user and we appreciate that without additional hustle or work we can get better rates

Kommentare: Basically, we needed a more streamlined way of managing our refurbished office chairs, and Veeqo provided the solution. Their interface is user-friendly, their help documentation is clear and easy to find, and if that doesn't help, their customer service is world-class. I work with a number of third-party systems, and overall, Veeqo is tops!
Vorteile:
The product sync between Veeqo and Shopify is painless. Updating product details in Shopify sync into Veeqo without issues, keeping your product data up-to-date. We sell new & refurbished office furniture. Our refurbished office chairs are refurbished on order, and Veeqo allows us to create Bundles, that manage our inventory so Shopify always shows the correct stock available.
Nachteile:
Nothing really, I like working on the Veeqo system. Veeqo suits us 100% for our needs.
Not ready for use in USA with FedEx, Listing tool bugs, limited
Kommentare: I read all these great reviews on this product but I think they were all from the UK customer base. Veeqo tried for months to get my FedEx rates to print with there labels but couldn't (rates were always $4 to $5 off per order). Looking back I think this product works good in UK using Royal Mail but they are not ready for USA. The listing tool is also very limited it only listed product as "New" to ebay and Amazon. On ebay it could not list more then one shipping choice like "Ground Only" and it couldn't do calculated shipping yet

Customer service was really nice and they tried to get things working. But after a couple months I had to move on.
Nachteile:
FedEx shipping labels don't work. Listing tool not ready for use yet.
The Good and the Bad
Kommentare: It was stressful, however that is normal with any software change that could make a mistake with inventory levels etc. I like the features and the fact that Veeqo is working to add more features. No doubt Veeqo will dominate this space of connecting inventory between multiple eCommerce stores.
Vorteile:
The best thing is that it is free and allows us to access cheaper shipping for amazon store sales.
Nachteile:
The option to send products as USPS media mail or bound printed matter for shopify stores.

Packing lists are not very useful, the layout is not like other e-commerce platforms. It has a "Lag" when trying to print. Tell it to print and go make your coffee and it might be done.
Veeqo has been a good solution for Amazon orders and other shipping needs in general

Amazon stated that shipments through Veeqo that are lost do not count negatively towards our account. Recently we have lost so much time due to lost/damage packages from USPS

There are shipping services that are not compatible yet, FedEx SmartPost and USPS Ground Advantage, we were told that they should be available by September 2023
Shipping made easy!
Vorteile:
The organization of the app is easy to no abogar, simple, and intuitive. Being able to see everything such as dimensions, weight, what customer paid, cost of shipping and the cheapest yet applicable shipping method based on date of delivery for an order - without scrolling makes selection of shipping easy and fast. Integration with other selling platforms is seamless.
Nachteile:
I wish there was an easier way to split an order for ease of multiple shipments for an order.

We’ve waisted months and thousands of pounds integrating Veeqo to our Magento 2 store. Technical challenges are expected but Veeqo have been useless at resolving things and communication with the development team is dire. We have been extremely patient and given plenty of time for issues to be resolved but in the end we have had to cut our losses and look for another alternative. Just some examples of the problems encountered are;
Stock syncing: Communication between Veeqo and Magento 2 is not reliable, stock cannot be syncing in either direction despite being advertised that this should be in real time.
Order syncing: Changes made on an order including having it shipped to not reflect on the other platform
Product syncing: All kinds of trouble with incorrect names, skus changed which causes chaos when picking and packing
Digital picking: A great idea but with many many flaws that reduce your customer service levels and cause warehouse confusion
Despatch system: Bugs and errors that you get used to but that are simply not intuitive to work with again causing customer service issues
The basics are there but Veeqo seriously need to address some technical difficulties and improve their response to business critical issues. After investing so much time in this system, staff training, hardware etc we really wanted this to work and we really really tried to give them a chance. But in the end we felt fobbed off with blanket responses from the system developers.

Inflexible pricing structures and feature sets

The inflexibility of the features that you need and the related charging mechanisms is hugely frustrating. Their inability to listen to customer feedback and deal with very simple requests is quite something. The experience and flexibility that was sold to us wasn't real unless you went to Enterprise. If you're a high volume and low margin retailer their pricing structure is crippling. We needed to do a custom integration with a certain shipping provider as we have a good rate, we were happy to do it and told it was possible pre-sales. When we came to do it, it turned out that we needed access to their Shipping API and they'd only do this on Enterprise despite us not requiring any of the Enterprise level features. As you can imagine, the 'not advertised' pricing structure for Enterprise means one thing, it's very expensive. It was going to more than nearly quadruple our cost per month to simply get API access. Speaking to our customer success manager was like banging my head against a brick wall... I explained several times what I needed and asked for pricing, he took a few days to finally give us some very vague pricing. I asked for more details, he didn't supply them. Meanwhile, we'd spent another month's subscription with them due to the delays in getting answers. We then go to cancel, oh, the cancel any time thing... Yeh, actually it's 30 days so you'll get charged again, you agreed in the T&C. Hardly a friendly approach to servicing clients.
Doesnt work with amazon well - esecially bulk shipping prime orders

all the basic features - Oceans Alive Health gets some minor efficiencies out of this product. Has a simple layout, with minimal features.
Nachteile:
end up spending an extra 3 hours shipping amazon prime orders as its really clunky. They never prioritise the important things. tell small fibs when trying to fob you off and say its amazons fault without taking responsibility. Got us to commit to a contract saying its all singing and dancing when it clearly isnt - STAY AWAY if you want to save yourself time and cost and want to be efficient! Doesnt do what it says on the tin so well. another example, after 2 years, still doesnt recognise that a customer has placed 2 orders so should merge them, thereby saving postage costs. Total disrespect to sellers to keep saying fixes are around the corner when they clearly are not.

Kommentare: I use Veeqo to process orders from woo commerce on my website. We are an SME in the food supplement industry with 4 members of staff that started 2 years ago. I wanted to cut down the time it took to dispatch orders through the royal mail DMO site one by one as you need to input all customer details which was very time-consuming. Veeqo seamlessly integrates all customer details uses a fraction time it did.

Best ERP Solution for multiple channel selling
Kommentare: We have Magento, Amazon and Ebay shop. It was a big tech issue for us to integrate all into one inventory control system before. We've tried many other solutions like odoo etc.. None of them works. Fortunetly, we found Veeqo. Very impressive system. Easy to use. The way of inventory sync are amazing. And now we have a more accurate inventory system, no more back orders which saved a lot man hours to contact customers. For processing online order, Veeqo is the master. The system is integrate with our couriers - DPD and Royal Mail, only few click to generate the invoice, picking and shipping label. Much better than old school method - csv upload. Veeqo also have both android and Apple apps, picking and stock taking becomes very easy now. The best part is their support team, solve the problem very quickly. A+++++, we would highly recommend Veeqo, worth every penny you spend.

Great product potential - always getting better

Takes out a lot of the headache of shipping labels and despatch. Saves a lot of time overall. Good support from Vera. Good that there is an app too - which should be developed more hopefully.
Nachteile:
Doesnt work so good with XERO. Also a little buggy at times with some anamalies - but this is gradually improving all the time. The rest of the support team could be a little less dismissive at times and listen better...like Vera does.
Excellent Inventory Management and Shipping App
Kommentare: Veeqo has been amazing for making our shipping process run more smoothly - we are booksellers and receive hundreds of orders a week, and having Veeqo print our shipping labels automatically saves us so much time. Before, we would spend ages writing out our labels by hand but now we can have them all printed off for us, which is an absolute lifesaver. It's also been useful for syncing our orders and inventories over Amazon, eBay and WooCommerce (which was a pain to do manually every day!). Really love the software, don't know how we managed without it before!

Love the software, really easy to set up and saves us loads of time shipping our orders. Integrates with our various marketplaces. Also much easier to use than some of the other softwares we tried.

Could do with product pushing and more couriers but we are coping fine at the moment.

Integrates with all of our accounts and ecommerce systems - smooth process from start to finish!

Biggest pro for us was the integration with our existing systems - Xero, DPD local and Woocommerce. It enabled us to have a smooth order process from start to finish. User interface is simple and didn't take long to learn how to use the system.
Nachteile:
Purchase order integration isn't great as it is really counter intuitive and doesn't feed into Xero well. Some weird UX glitches that remain broken.
