Application/Portal Review

Kommentare: We are using this cloud-based module for about 2 years now. Overall we are happy using this application. But as per the customer needs if the module is modified then I think this application is good.

Vorteile:

1. It is easy to access and understand the steps involved in this application. 2. I think the cloud-based server helps us to store more data. 3. For very process a sample video and examples are given which make the customer easy to understand the workflow.

Nachteile:

1. Each company flow different methods and process. But the module does not have full access as of now. 2. We are now worried only on the exit workflow. In which if the changes are made based on the customers satisfaction. Then this module will be great.

Pathetic Service

Kommentare: Nothing to say, very pathetic service
1. Lack of technical expertise to handle the escalation
2. Complicated Interface
3. Lot of technical glitches after the latest update
4. Failing to inform the customers about the changes that happened in the portal
5. Unable to customise the things as per our requirements.

Vorteile:

1. Noting as such pathetic service looking to migrate to another platform like keka, bamboo, etc. We are exploring them.

Nachteile:

Additionally, the customization options for reports and templates are somewhat limited, which can be restrictive for businesses with specific needs. Lastly, occasional glitches in the mobile app can be frustrating. With some refinements, greytHR could be even more effective and user-friendly.

Greyt softwear review

Kommentare: It's good softwear. Iam really enjoyed to work in this softwear. But some time some issues are not solved long time. Salary structure automated not done. Exit module

Vorteile:

It's easy to process payroll, attendance management, leave magemnent.

Nachteile:

Some of things not given training. Not implemented. We so many times requested to solve the issue. But they told transfer to team.

Still Good, but Not Enough

Kommentare: There are a lot of options available but there is no proper step-by-step guidance provided to utilize them effectively. Instead of just posting videos for procedural support, executives need to be well-informed and able to explain everything to customers/users.

Vorteile:

Having all the Codes data to comply with compliance regulations very smoothly

Nachteile:

Report generation is not up to the mark as shown in the dashboard. It would be good if we could generate the reports with the charts and tables. Employee engagement activities can improve.

Experience with Greythr

Kommentare: We are generally satisfied with greythr, particularly for its ability to consolidate scattered data and streamline organization. This has made accessing information much easier, and generating reports is now a straightforward process. While our overall experience has been positive, we do encounter monthly challenges that prevent us from achieving complete reliability with the system.

Vorteile:

Greythr enables us to systematically gather and store employee data, ensuring that it is always readily accessible.

Nachteile:

I consistently encounter challenges with the support system. When issues arise related to calculations or formula errors during salary processing, getting a timely response is difficult, and recurring problems seem to arise each month. Additionally, many settings established in the previous month are altered or modified when a new month begins. I feel sometimes like support agents are being impatient while answering questions.

Im pretty comfortable in using greytHR for my daily payroll acitivities

Kommentare: Overall I'm happy using the software, may be reports module also to be better.

Vorteile:

The payroll features, it saves lot of time and I don't have to worry if all the rules and regulations as per labor law is covered. I just trust the way it is built and ensure accurate outputs are given.

Nachteile:

I'm not comfortable with leave granting, this needs to be user friendly and needs improvement. It is confusing while granting leaves.

Support department is shelfful ,quickly resolve the problem

taking follow-up on tickets, and leave management : customize part is not supported there are limited feather, like leave not mange as per salary cycle

To Become a Great HR

Vorteile:

Features like excel download has made the job easy for the HR Department to align and use the details effectively, where time is saved in creating one. Also the payroll feature is really helpful in managing the payslip and getting it ready and to generate before time. Most likely the helpdesk feature has solved various compliance and queries of the employees, which has helped us to monitor and resolve various employee related issues. Also, the confirmation feature has played a vital role in reminding the HR Department to take necessary actions for the timely conversion of deserving employees. And when it comes to customer support the bela function does help the HR Department to solve various doubts and issues by raising a request. The customer support executives are very keen in understanding the issues and take timely actions to solve the queries.Greythr is a user friendly tool which helps the HR Department to look into various functions with easy access. The functions are categorized in an orderly manner that helps us to monitor things easily.When it comes to integration has per the company's needs the greythr is been supportive where certain features and alterations were been integrated which makes the work effective.

Nachteile:

Yes, I feel there needs to be place to store all candidate details during the recruitment process which will have a major impact on the company's recruiting needs. The stored candidate data can be used anytime for the timely delivery of information and necessary actions. Importantly On-boarding procedures should be automatic where the candidate has to fill in the required details via the greythr candidate access ( yet to be integrated) and also induction when a candidate is on-boarded. This will make on-boarding quiet interesting for new recruits. Activities can be integrated for Employee Engagement which will make greythr more interesting for the company employees, where the HR takes control of the activity where the employees can connect using a code and hence take part in activities online. Integration of gift cards also will make a huge difference when it comes to employee perks.

Need to focus upon management related report even on free or less estimated customer also.

Kommentare: Overall not good not bad. If log in problem is resolved then it is the best.

PAYROLL PROCESS IS VERY FAST AND EASY TO APPROACH.

Nachteile:

Greyt HR has a login problem for every employees. Most of the times it is not working properly for log on.

Customs PT adjustment not good. Even we take the help of back end, its not solved

Kommentare: Overall a great app for human resource managemen

User Friendly, All on one place App, Payslip and one down managment. Employee profile & Tax declaration assistance.

App sometimes does not work, Bug fixes to be done on APP

GreytHR feedback

Kommentare: The fact that the GreytHR team is coming up with options, the support team response is good. The Statutory compliances can be more accurate in terms of PF etc.

Vorteile:

The process is simple and GreytHR is evolving in the past five years that I have been using.

Nachteile:

The user interface can be more attractive. The agreement copies were not shared in a standard format despite asking the sales team. That team can be more assertive.

Kommentare: Overall its good except the issue of login all things fine

Login issues,when i start to login it refresh the page and say to again fill credentials

Kommentare: The overall erperience is just awesome. Software is very good and i like the customer support of the greythr, whenever i raised a ticket quickly tke the actions and prompt reply by the support team.

Happy with GreytHT

Kommentare: The payroll is what we have been using the most. It has solved all the basic queries of employees. They can themselves navigate the ESS portal and get the answers which is sigh of relief to admin team.

Vorteile:

The product is very easy to use. The turn-around time when you raise the ticket for any query is very quick and apt. The product is quite easy to use.

Nachteile:

There are no areas where I could find that gretHR needs improvement.
