Vorteile:

TAMI has a very intuitive UI, great lead segmentation, and phenomenal customer service

Nachteile:

Not a TAMI issue, but conversion through e-mail marketing is getting more difficult

I like the quality of the leads produced and the ease at which you can source them. [sensitive content hidden] is great and extremely reliable when seeking help and new updates

Nachteile:

Exporting leads is useful but the exported excel docs are clunky and contain too many columns

Vorteile:

A very powerful and effective tool, it works well. The overall insight and the level of detail it uncovers can be essential to gaining entry into decision makers at specific businesses. Overall very clever, very analytical and well structured.

Nachteile:

Ease of use, but induction helps and the Tami team are on board to help with that.

Sometimes some company informations are missing or email can be uncorrect, same for the phone number of company. However, the Linkedin link of prospect is always the good one.

Easy to use and find relevant prospects

Vorteile:

I love the easy and intuitive way of the filter system that also really contains the relevant features for my job. It contains features like business location and size, if it has a webshop and even the technologies behind it. Therefor, it really makes lead generation easier in my daily work and I can concentrate me on reaching out to relevant prospects.

Nachteile:

I don't have anything yet, that I'm missing. Maybe the direct integration for our sales force but that is on our side to do it, so hopefully it will be even easier with the lead generation soon when it is connected directly with our CRM system.

Great Lead Generation tool

Vorteile:

TAMI has good quality data for EMEA. Enabling us to easily export account & prospect data to Salesforce. The customer service is fantastic & they are always open to suggestions to improve the platform.

Nachteile:

There is not much to dislike about TAMI. It would be great to see the contact data in Spain & France be on par with the UK.

Useful tool for lead generation

Vorteile:

TAMI is easy to use, and the linkedin plugin makes it really easy to find the leads I need.

Nachteile:

Search is limited to website, company name and contact name would also be useful.Contact quality can be a little hit and miss.

I'm not sure where I would be without Sales Optimize !

Kommentare: Sales Optimize enabled our team to access contact information such as emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles, and much much more to assist us in our outbound sales and marketing efforts and download them into a clear and concise excel file for use in email campaigns and cold calling campaigns. It saved our team hours upon hours of searching for correct email formats and suitable companies for the verticals we want to target. An incredibly useful and helpful software and couldn't recommend it anymore! What's better is that it is still in its infancy so I'm excited to see how this product will improve even more with time.

Vorteile:

Sales Optimize was critical to our sales and marketing efforts for the last 6 months. It enabled us to establish accurate company sizes and contact information in order to pick outbound leads carefully coupled with second to none customer service [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]

Nachteile:

The only fault I found with Sales Optimize was that of the fact that every so often an employee from a particular company may have just left and the email address I was provided with had been terminated. This was updated though extremely quickly generally so you could always be sure that 99% of the data was accurate on a weekly basis.

Vorteile:

Love the contacts feature - many contacts listed from high to low importance. As well as the search bar with multiple boxes to whittle down search such as estimated online sales is a game changer.

Nachteile:

Not all merchants i search are on Tami. Especially the more niche verticals like crypto and forex. However i like the fact they say they will add them.

Flexible solution to work with CRMs

Kommentare: Quite happy with the integration - the team has been very responsive and worked very hard on the implementations for us

Vorteile:

Easy to use and quite flexible to cater for any CRM systems you might use. It does allow integrations with Salesforce as well as Hubspot

Nachteile:

Regular updates that would indicate the new values added to the database. This is something that would be more welcome as otherwise with existing implementations you run into a risk of not have your end of data up to date and not all values might pull across (especially when using pick lists etc)

Vorteile:

Intuitive tool to use. Outstanding customer support and adoption of feedback. Great tool for understanding your market landscape across regions and a great starting point for building a target account list.

Nachteile:

Data quality is not always as accurate as we'd like- but this is a challenge for all services like TAMI I'd imagine.

Great Experience Generating Leads

Vorteile:

The integration with the process and the additional tools involved (salesforce) was really smooth and the day by day use is super easy. Salesoptimize allowed us to have, for the very first time, a regular lead generation with enough database to work with all the filters we need on your niche.

Nachteile:

An integration with PersistIQ would be very useful, as well as prices more accessible for countries with different currencies.
