Accountability that Everyone is Seen and Celebrated!

Vorteile:

I like how it keeps us accountable. It is a common place where our goals are posted, where connection with team lead is tracked, and progress is seen that is then celebrated!

Nachteile:

It can feel too complex at times, there is a lot of features that standard team members do not use, and so they feel overwhelmed. I wish there was a simplified view for those who just need create their goals, and for those not as good with technology.

Quantum review (vs paylocity)

Kommentare: it's ok, we used to use paylocity performance module and it was easier for review forms/etc. the recognition function within quantum is good though.

Vorteile:

nice visual interface - some parts are very easy to use from user standpoint, but the reviews from admin setup aren't as simple.

Nachteile:

admin setup and understanding how things are cascaded down are not easily understood. should also be ability to put comments in about individuals that are shared w/ manager, but not necessarily public to employee (outside of private notes).

Kommentare: It has been overall fine. I do wish that there was some training that QuantumWorkplace gave to our evaluators and employees that was embedded into the pricing.

Vorteile:

I think that it is user friendly to enter the information. I think that ultimately it will be a good evaluation tool for our employees and the analytics will assist leadership with making development and promotional decisions.

Nachteile:

We have a fairly complex evaluation system so I am still really trying to figure out the system and how it will work best for our particular organization.

Quantum is great!

Kommentare: The system is overall is very easy to use. As a supervisor the ability to have dedicated spaces to track 1:1 meetings with your employees is handy. From an organization the area we use to recognize employees is great! It's like a giant team chat where messages, gifs, photos and such can be shared and you can call out a great job to another employee.

Vorteile:

The ease of use, the functioning when it comes to data and ability to sort through information and filter is helpful.

Nachteile:

Nothing really that I dislike about it really.

Kommentare: Quantum is a very valuable tool and is great way to keep the employees informed of their progress and goals.

sometimes the layout of a question. The formating of how to answer a question could be better and in a grid like form .

Secure Surveys with Options

Kommentare: My experience is that employees feel comfortable completing the survey and providing feedback.

Vorteile:

I like that Quantum Workplace is known for data security and anonymity. Brand reputation and quality products are important, and I see Quantum as one of those products.

Nachteile:

The way surveys are sent and options to resend - regarding optics - can be a bit clunky.

Survey Review

Kommentare: Overall, good. Our results are similiar year over year so they have not changed much.

Vorteile:

I like the way the information is broken down and compiled.

Nachteile:

At times as an administrator, it is tough to navigate.

Nachteile:

The team's support has always been quick to assist, making the process of learning all the new tools much easier. It's hard to find something that's not to like about Quantum Workplace and their amazing team!

Excellent tool for Performance Management!

Kommentare: We have had a great experience with the QW team. They are knowledgeable, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. The tool has multiple features that take allow you to manage an employee's career journey and performance cycles.

Vorteile:

The multiple components of the tool - a total talent management/performance tool.

Nachteile:

We don't use the feedback tool yet, so I am lease familiar with that piece.

Quantum has elevated our culture!

Vorteile:

So many things! We use Quantum Workplace in so many aspects of our employee engagement and performance strategies, and it proves to be an essential tool over and over.

Nachteile:

It's got a bit of a learning curve for most users. That's probably the biggest thing.

Great engagement tool

That it lets employees have continuous engagement with their leadership and saves it all onto their profile.

Nachteile:

The goals section is not very user friendly, it can take a bit to understand how to link with other goals.

Quantum is a great tool to maximize your workplace!

Quantum is easy to use and navigate. It is also easy to fix a problem, if you've made a mistake.

Nachteile:

Quantum can sometimes be hard to find certain things or know what category to look for them.

Kommentare: Our experience in working with QW has been one of receiving a high-quality product with high-quality service from high-quality people.

Vorteile:

Metrics, analytics, spreadsheets and dashboards are all data-driven. That data, positive or negative, is determined by people. In spite of the looming presence of AI, people still matter and will ultimately lead to an organization's success or failure. Quantum Workforce's people have partnered with us to help make our people better. Our operations are more efficient and productive now that there are clear and measurable goals for everyone.

Nachteile:

We have seen no drawbacks in working with QW. Their staff members are all committed to doing all that they can to help us improve our operations.

Quantum Workplace Offers a Solid Platform with Great Flexibility

Vorteile:

We first started using Quantum for our annual engagement process. As time went on, Quantum began expanding their platform offerings that aligned with our needs. Every time that I would mention a process we were looking to upgrade, Quantum always always seemed to have a product ready to go or was in the works. The partnerships that we have developed with the team there has been incredible. They take the time to understand what is going on in the business to offer up suggestions on how to maximize the platform to accomplish our goals without having to look at creating new processes.

Nachteile:

There are no cons that I can think of. I couldn't have asked for a better relationship with a vendor and the great team at Quantum.

Engagement Survey

Kommentare: It's a user-friendly tool that is easy to navigate and present data.

Vorteile:

The AI support is helpful with discussion starters and action planning. I also appreciate the ability to keep the action plans is a usable and accessible place in the Quantum tool.

Nachteile:

I would like to see more ways to generate usable reports especially from the heat maps.

Kommentare: overall, this has been an excellent change for us and we're almost two years into it.

Vorteile:

Quantum is easy to set up and the customer service is excellent. Highly knowledgeable and responsive.

Nachteile:

Still learning about the performance management and whether we can make that module work for us

Customer service is terrific, functionality is just OK

The people behind your product are amazing! Helpful, patience, resourceful, always ready to help. [sensitive content hidden] is THE BEST!

Nachteile:

Some of the functionality seems archaic. (ex: not being able to align the fields on both sides of a 1-on-1 in printout; etc.)

Really user friendly

Vorteile:

I really enjoy this product and I would recommend this to a friend.

Nachteile:

I would not use another product over this one, and I would make sure my friends/co workers used this one. I do not have cons.

Excellent customer service and support

Throughout our time working with Quantum Workplace, we have always had the opportunity to work with talented and friendly expert employees. They are dedicated to the success of the organization, offer valuable insights and are invested in the success of your organization and employees. They provide excellent resources on a variety of topics and can be counted on to be organized and responsive to the needs of the organization.

Nachteile:

Recent growth of Quantum has expanded options available and included system upgrades recently, we are currently seeking additional training on the revised products.

Quantum is a great tool for gauging our employee experience

Kommentare: Overall we have enjoyed the QW experience. We have gained a lot of insight from the surveys and the team has been very easy to work with. They provide hands on learning and provide tips to make our survey system as robust as possible.

Vorteile:

The on-demand pulse surveys and analysis provide leaders with quick snapshots of what is affecting their team.

Nachteile:

The intelligence dashboard can be difficult to utilize. There are also some limitations within the survey platform that I've seen other platforms be able to do.

I like the reporting function. It is very intuitive.
