Highly recommend for anyone who puts the learner experience first

Kommentare: We are growing exponentially - WorkRamp has been essential in onboarding. We've offloaded HOURS of live facilitation so both facilitators and learners have more time. Training sessions within WorkRamp have made our trainings concise and clear! WorkRamp has streamlined our GTM communication immensely - giving us a platform to communicate important monthly updates that everyone looks forward to.

Vorteile:

WorkRamp is SO simple to use. So intuitive for content creators AND learners. I love that I can build content quickly utilizing all of the built in tools that create an interactive and memorable learning experience. On top of the product being fantastic, WorkRamp prioritizes customer relationship. It has been a blast getting to know their team members - I love the time we spend putting our heads together to solve problems, enhance learning experiences and use data to reflect on what is going well and what can be improved. WorkRamp is always asking for customer feedback and is so involved in the entire process - you never feel alone. More than that, I don't feel like a customer, I feel like a teammate and that is priceless. WorkRamp has taken our onboarding and continuous enablement program from nothing to something to recon with! Can't praise them enough.

Nachteile:

I am still working to figure out the connection between WorkRamp and Salesforce. This was a selling point for me to be able to pull data from WorkRamp. I know if I asked WorkRamp they would hop on a call in an instant to help me - this is one area that has not been super intuitive. I have faith we'll get there!

Empowered learning with Workramp!

Kommentare: Initially our implementation was rough. However, our second year and going into our third year with the platform, I feel its been a much better experience. A lot of the features we asked for for Academy and the ELC, have been built with our asks in mind. The full training report, tracking time spent/time estimated, carousel, leaderboard. All great things! I will also say that Emma Huntoon is such an amazing CSM. We can talk shop for hours and she is really passionate about what she does. She makes me heard and she is constantly trying to help me find remedies and solutions to challenges.

Vorteile:

I really like how intuitive the platform is. In addition, the help center and training materials are easily digestible and even inspiring for our own instructional design. My favorite feature about the platform is full content export and the Training Report. Those two features provide so munch insight into what we're doing. It provides me a full 360 view into our content and our learners.

Nachteile:

With anything, you discover functionality you wish you had but don't have; however, my CSM, Emma Huntoon is AMAZING and documents all our functionality requests and a lot of them have come to fruition.

WorkRamp Review

Kommentare: I would say sufficient. It's not the best LMS I've ever used, but it's also definitely not the worst. It gets the job done!

Vorteile:

Ability to easily upload SCORM files and training content.

Nachteile:

User interface and admin interface. The tool is quite the learning curve and is not very intuitive.

Workramp for employee LMS

Kommentare: We migrated from Lessonly to Workramp. Workramp was able to migrate the content that was built in Lessonly as we had no way to export it. The implementation was smooth and we had a successful launch with 50% of our employees visiting the new site on Day 1. Since then we have been through a few CSMs which seems to be common with vendor support. Our first and current CSM have been great at both support and knowledge of the platform. I feel like my feedback is truly heard and I see product updates that are valuable to me and my team.

Vorteile:

Ease of use for both the learner and the admins. Assignment Automation Libraries Being able to log in as a user to troubleshoot Permission Levels Room to grow - currently we only use the company learning but nice to know we can add a customer-facing instance for external learning as we grow. Ability to create content in the platform without needing SCORM tools My Team Manager View Events

Nachteile:

Inability to reassign content on an ad-hoc basis Reporting has room to grow - an opportunity for a "from scratch" report Personalized Branding could be more robust No visibility into email notifications sent to learners

Kommentare: Our experience with WorkRamp has been outstanding. The platform is flexible, scalable, and user-friendly, and the support we’ve received has been top-notch. Vorteile:

WorkRamp has been an essential tool for both our internal and external learning initiatives at Cayuse. For employees, we use it to deliver comprehensive product and industry knowledge, which has made learning more personalized and efficient. It’s intuitive, easy to navigate, and offers a variety of formats that cater to different learning styles. For our customers, the Academy platform allows us to offer detailed product courses, helping them maximize the value of our solutions. The ability to provide product certifications has been a game-changer in driving customer engagement and loyalty. The integration of WorkRamp with our processes is seamless, and the reporting features allow us to track progress, engagement, and certifications effectively. It’s empowering to know that both our team and customers are learning and growing in such an organized, streamlined platform.

Nachteile:

While WorkRamp is highly robust, there are some small feature enhancements we’d love to see, such as a more flexible reporting layout or deeper integration with other analytics tools. These would make an already great platform even better, but they certainly don’t detract from its current value.

Great User Experience

Kommentare: I have been using WorkRamp for almost 3 years. First we started with the external platform and then recently transitioned over our internal LMS to WorkRamp. Every team member I have worked with has been outstanding.

Vorteile:

Ease of use as an Admin. I enjoy creating new content.

Nachteile:

Sometimes certain functionalities break, time spent does not work often.

WorkRamp is a game changer for mid-size organizations!

Kommentare: Overall, we love the WorkRamp platform! With improvements to the Reporting capabilities (and they have continued to improve this over time), it is the strongest LMS tool our organization has ever used.

Vorteile:

Ease of use, intuitive platform, multiple types of learning styles addressed in content creation options

Nachteile:

Reporting. This has been a pain point as our use of the platform has grown. Manually having to pull reports on guide submissions is a time waster we didn't expect.

WorkRamp is a powerful and effective tool for learning

Kommentare: We have received excellent support from the WorkRamp team [sensitive content hidden]. They have answered our every question and helped us think through how to best set-up WorkRamp to meet the needs of our staff. The platform is intuitive and offers an array of tools to make learning effective and engaging. We are so grateful to have this opportunity to partner with WorkRamp!

Vorteile:

WorkRamp is intuitive to use. As a facilitator and learning designer, I appreciate the many tools WorkRamp provides to create content that is interactive and engaging. The reporting is powerful and will allow us to empower our supervisors to engage actively with their team's learning. We are also able to integrate all of our existing content (from google slides) seemlessly with WorkRamp. Highly recommend!

Nachteile:

The only aspect of WorkRamp that I have found less intuitive are the automations and the logic around that. Would love that to become easier to understand.

Flexible, easy-to-manage LMS option for internal employees

Kommentare: WorkRamp is helpful and supportive during onboarding. They've launched useful product updates at a good cadence. I'm overall quite happy with their Employee Learning Cloud product (the one I'm using).

Vorteile:

WorkRamp is easy to manage as a 1-person Admin, easy to build engaging trainings, and very accessible for employees.

Nachteile:

It would be nice to use the customer portal without paying a large amount on top of our employee learning cloud contract.

WorkRamp Review

I'm having trouble with the reporting. I'm still learning, but I haven't been able to get the specifics that I'm looking for.

Positive Experience with WorkRamp

Kommentare: Great! They are attentive and open to our feedback. The product is always being enhanced and continues to get better everyday.

Vorteile:

The team is responsive to our requests and takes our input into their product update decisions. I also appreciate the clean and easy to use UX.

Nachteile:

There are limitations in the customizations you can make when creating content. There are fewer engagement tools available.

WorkRamp is a great LMS tool!

Kommentare: Super positive experience overall, we love using WorkRamp and working with the WorkRamp team!

Vorteile:

It's easy to use and there's great helpful content on how to best put together a guide. I love how there are different interactive elements on keep the learner engaged.

Nachteile:

Reporting has come a long way, but I wish the reporting tab was a bit easier to use and there were more options on how to better report on guides and paths.

WorkRamp does everything you need in a simple package

Vorteile:

WorkRamp is really simple to use and has 95% of the features we need. It's flexible enough to allow us to build effective learning paths, challenges and onboarding curricula.

Nachteile:

The reporting suite - for both employees and customers clouds - could be improved in terms of customization and schedule delivery options (e.g. SFTP).

LMS made simple for small teams

Kommentare: Masha is so helpful and always takes our feedback back to the product team. We appreciate the ongoing support!

Vorteile:

Workramp allows out lean team to nimbly create and modify training resources and paths for our organization. We do not have an instructional designer due to our size, however, Workramp allows L&D to deliver a great experience and build content simply.

Nachteile:

When updating content for a pathway, we have to copy and create a new pathway as any new content is reassigned to those having completed the pathway.

Would recommend!

Vorteile:

Intuitive and great customer support!!!!

Nachteile:

I wish there was a reset exam feature or it was easier to reset an entire path for a user.

Great value, great support, not great for multiple audiences

Kommentare: The support that we received from our CSM, Account Manager, and even the product team was superb. However; the challenges and drawbacks that came from having different learning portals prompted us to seek another LMS vendor.

Vorteile:

The course builder in workramp was really nice out of the box and easy to use.

Nachteile:

THe fact that WR had seperate learning portals for different types of learners made it difficult for our learners to know where to go (partners often registered and completed course in our customer portal by accident) and it was impossible for us to report across all learner types in aggregate (we had to pull reports for each portal separately and them add the results together manually).

Really easy to use and get set up

Kommentare: We use WorkRamp alongside OpenSesame courses to in order to keep our employees compliant but also to improve personal development of our staff. It has been really straight forward to use and set up.

Vorteile:

I like how easy it is to use, assign courses, add SCORM files from Open Sesame and create tests.

Nachteile:

I sometimes find it to be over simplistic when it comes to report creation in particular. I would prefer to have an account manager or contact to speak with about maximising the product for our company but instead we just have to submit any queries in the chat function.

End user Experience Workramp

Kommentare: Overall is it good and I would recommend. I prefer it to other solutions in the market too.

Vorteile:

The worst LMS I have ever used

Kommentare: Bad. Bad. I have used WorkRamp with two completely different companies now. Both experiences have been poor. I expected that the issues I had three years ago with WorkRamp with another organization would be resolved now that I am in a new company that also uses WorkRamp. It looks and acts completely the same. The same problems. The same interface. No improvements. In fact a lot of the improvements I was told would be "coming soon" three years ago... still nothing. And the service is poor. You ask for help and it takes them forever to respond.

Vorteile:

I have really tried hard to find good things in WorkRamp. They are not there.

Nachteile:

Where to start? Poor tracking of course completion. Reporting inaccuracies. Cannot schedule training reassignment on a schedule (like recertification every year). Cannot setup groups for enrollment. Can upload SCORM courses, but not working consistently. WorkRamp does not support xAPI at all. Does not fully integrate with HR system - we can have the learner profiles created, but not deactivated.

Great for scaling out resources and training in a growing org

Vorteile:

Being able to quickly categorize and create resources to share with the team & be packaged in a way that can easily be brought up/repurposed in future via the workramp extension search

Nachteile:

Sometimes there can be glitches in the text box fields when making content or loading and uploading content takes too long and slows down the creation of guides

WorkRamp for the Win

Vorteile:

WorkRamp has been very beneficial to my team and our department. It offers an interactive learning platform that is easy to use and houses great content!

Nachteile:

I would love to see new additions in challenge/testing avenues. Any additional things to spice up learning is always welcomed, but the foundation is already there!

Advances Are Great

Vorteile:

Moving away from portals to paths has made things so much easier.

Nachteile:

Wish you could move projects from one portal to another and tasks out of guides.

Workramp = Recommended

Kommentare: Workramp is user-friendly and enables the content creator to get creative with the variety of options that they offer for the project/learning path.

Vorteile:

Ease of use. After being shown by my leader how to navigate it, I was already able to create learning paths on my own!

Nachteile:

None that I can think of as of the moment.

Fairly easy to get set up, more geared to internal learning

Kommentare: Overall getting set up with WorkRamp has been fairly painless and their support staff is wonderful. But this is really a system designed for internal use. We are hoping to see more external features in the near future.

Vorteile:

Getting set up with WorkRamp is pretty easy. We were able to create courses and get up and running in a little over a month. They offer plenty of templates and fantastic training to get you going.

Nachteile:

This platform is really geared toward internal training, not external. You can create an external Academy, but there are a lot of drawbacks:- You can't easily pull reports for the academy courses. We are having to rely on our CRM integration and manually creating spreadsheets, which is less than ideal. - You can't easily pull out the feedback left within courses. We have had to manually comb through each registrant's training to pull out their feedback. This is not at all scalable. We believe we have a solution, but it was not surfaced when we started that you could not easily get the data out. If we had known it would have saved us a lot of time. - Events. You can create external events using Zoom Webinars...but inside WorkRamp it will not show you any registration information. If you use just their straight event, only users with an internal WorkRamp login can register. We figured this out the hard way! We are making it work, but the set up is less than ideal.

Good platform even better teams supporting it!

Vorteile:

WorkRamp constantly seeks to improve their platform and listens deeply to their customers. We have been wildly successful in our own deployment of WorkRamp thanks to their customer outcomes and support teams. WorkRamp as a platform allows us to develop, manage, and report on engaging learning for our Go-To-Market teams.

Nachteile:

WorkRamp is early on in their life. They have created a wonderful foundation. And you can see that they'll go on to create many great features.
