I like the way it is originally displayed

Kommentare: I do not carry any paper price lists or catalogs because of this software !!!!

Vorteile:

I like the photos with the item and the capability to make it wholesale, retail or otherwise. I like the capability to switch from one collection to another. The sales process is very good when you know on how to work it.

Nachteile:

Pricing out a dining table as an example in a different size can be quite stressful going through all the photos.

Vorteile:

The Application is simple to use. The back end and Data Spreadsheets are simple to populate. Also Clients love it and it is cost effective. I would highly recommend this Software Application.

Nachteile:

No real qualms with Repzio other than Adding New Products and New Clients is rather time consuming. Also Shopzio could be a much better platform except for the fact that most Clients are from Canada which is difficult to sell considering high shipping costs, clearance charges and the Currency Exchange.

There are some interfacing issues that created bigger problems with orders.

Vorteile:

Copying orders from one customer to another is a great feature. Would like to have seen when orders had been processed to know that they were received when submitted.

Nachteile:

Issue with updates and losing information. When the user adds updates, these are not saved. They do not "talk" to the main program. This caused ALOT of extra time and headache to re-create the data. When I tried to explain what the issues were going to be bc of experience in the past, Rep Time and Rep Zio continued to say the issue was not them but the other program.

Rep Zio has been a huge upgrade from the olden days of taking notes to decipher later.

Vorteile:

presenting on the fly- pictures and prices at your fingertips. This has been a game changer. Works on my phone and tablet.

Nachteile:

pricing could default when a client is not chosen instead of having to toggle between price levels. It's missing a map function that can locate you and which clients are close.

I love this app. what did we do before it came along?

Vorteile:

user friendly. easy to work with customers and pictures are expandable for a close up look st product

Nachteile:

To be really honest I just can't think of anything that I dont like about the app. I only wish all my suppliers used it as it make my working with customers quicker and more professional.

When i am with an appointment who doesnt have WIFI I can view offline in their store or studio and give them live information/

Nachteile:

Every line in my package is not currently using your software so I have to use other means to enter those orders.

Very easy to use. Love it!

Vorteile:

How quick it is. It hold so much information and easy to look up information for our customers. Our customers like that it doesn't take lots of their time when they place orders.

Nachteile:

No problems. I use RepZio on a weekly/daily basis and it is very efficient. I really don't have any problems or concerns.

Kommentare: Our sales with RepZio are larger and ship complete thanks to the real time inventory count, beautiful images and virtually eliminates backorders and canceled orders.

Vorteile:

Seeing images of all product, being able to have real time inventory counts and bookmark items to send to customers are wonderful tools that help us focus our customers on putting their open to buy toward only the goods that are available to ship and saves times avoiding backorders and canceled orders.

Nachteile:

There is a learning curve on entering orders, storing customer information and navigating through the app, but once you use it a few times it's very intuitive.

I love it! It is Very straight forward and easy! I love seeing the pictures and navigating through.

Nachteile:

Having to pay for every company that uses the program. Can be complicated for older customers to use.

The photos were high quality and very good. Updates were also made easy sending catologs pricelists to customers were simple.

Nachteile:

Entering orders getting price on goods when showing photos to customers . Price should be next to or on the same screen as photo to make presentation easy. checking old orders and history of amp.

Easy to use with lots of features available

Kommentare: The ability to easily provide information about our products to our sales reps, making it simple for our sales reps to send orders. A great reliable company to work with. Paying a better price for a better product. Our company has thrived because of this product.

Vorteile:

The simple UI makes it easy to learn how to use and it is easy to set up and display products. There are lots of different features that can be added and they keep adding more. Any issues are handled quickly and efficiently, I know I can rely on them. They have a knowledge base with lots of information, as well as videos to learn how to use the software as a rep and as an administrator; It allows me to give those links to my reps to learn instead of walking everyone through it. Uploading information and images is easy, it can be added on the website, through dropbox and through integration.

Nachteile:

I would like more control over shopzio. There is no notification about customers with similar names, addresses, etc. it is up to the admin to merge as customers are easily created as new with any difference such as capitalization. Separate columns and information needs to be inputted to search by words. Newsletters are no longer sent to provide new information and details.

Vorteile:

cant loose an order, anyone can use it love seeing product and adding items. Can always go back and add or remove anything

Nachteile:

emails are lost during the corporate transfer. Hard to find items and send to customers. have to copy emails to many places.

Problems never seem to get resolved and phone calls were not returned

Vorteile:

Pricing options and when customers are listed it works well. Being able to change the ship to address is helpful. The reports have also helped. Being able to down past orders is helpful especially with a new device

Nachteile:

Customers from other areas appear in my base sometimes as many as 4 times for the same account and active accounts are not listed.

We made a few staffing changes to address this problem. If you every need help ASAP and can't get someone on the phone, please write support@repzio.com. This goes to the entire team and is monitored 247 and will get you an immediate response. Duplicated customers can happen if there is a bad sync (wifi connection). Outdated, code issues, buggy, and underwhelming. App is ok but horrible UI.

Vorteile:

Reps can place orders in the field via iPad. Quotes can be generated and emailed. Managing reps in showroom style mode is a great feature.

Nachteile:

Coding issues and lack of usability. Not intuitive or user friendly. No Android support. Websites they design lack normal features and expected behavior.

Easy to use. Interactive with the customer. Keeps the meeting focused and engaging. Easy to add on sales.

Nachteile:

The program gives you a lot of information and data - it could be overwhelming at times to find something, but it is more on my side (vendor) than customer. We have a lot of SKUs it would be great to include custom search to drill into a specific sub category

Great Product

Vorteile:

It eliminates the tedious task of lugging around huge paper catalogs and keeping them updated.

Nachteile:

When a product is deleted, you can no longer see what it was, in order to offer substitutions. A deleted product file would be great (with image) to facilitate recommending alternate product to the customers.

Vorteile:

Keeps good records for customers orders, and a good reference for customer list and what they have purchased in the past. Saves time on submitting orders and love that it copies customer, rep and company all in one touch.

Nachteile:

Data should never disappear, you cannot get it back, we have to check each customer again when they order again. The inventory should be loaded so we know what is not in stock and the dimensions on products should always be in the descriptions. We should be able to make the presentation into a pdf format to attach to an email to send to a customer.

I cannot imagine my rep world without Repzio!

Vorteile:

My very favorite feature of Repzio is the ability to instantly respond to a customer with a quote for a product, which includes an image and all product data. They are always impressed and grateful for the prompt reply. And now, we can add a tear sheet as well. Repzio makes me look good! I also like to make tags for specific product for specific customers when I am going to see them. This makes our time together more effective.

Nachteile:

There isn't much that I don't like about Repzio, except for the fact that not all my vendors avail themselves of it.

I find the software very easy to use and also mu custorers like how it works

Vorteile:

Ease of use, able to enlarge pictures for customers. It is easy to enter new customers into the system, and the ability to use multiple methods to find a customer already in the system is very helpful.

Nachteile:

Sometime when using it a customer will want something in the last section they looked in and if it was one of the last items it takes a while to go through all of the items to get to it. Also when updating the catalogue I would fine it usefull to see what is new added to the catalogue and what is removed from the catalogue.

Repzio is my program for mutiple wholesale giftware lines available from one distributor/ rep group.

Vorteile:

Repzio is a straight forward program without to many windows to open before you get working. The images are clear and a great size to show clients. The search feature finds all close products not just the one you input which is helpful as well.

Nachteile:

We have had a few glitches but they are resolved within 4-24 hours usually. I also would prefer that I could browse catalogues with pricing instead if having to sign into a clients account.

Vorteile:

Ease of use. Images are great and order copies are easy to share and track. Customers love it and it is widely recognized as a brand name

Nachteile:

Price. The support is limited. I wish there was online q and problem-solving. I think the cost is high ongoing. I did rather buy the software than pay monthly maintenance

Vorteile:

The ease of operation. As a member of the Baby Boomers, some IT things are a little hard to understand, not with Rep Zio. Very user friendly and would highly recommend for any of those "not to computer savvy representatives out there.

Nachteile:

Download time can take bait depending where I am located. Other than that glitch, a I really don't have a whole lot of issues. This program is very easy to use in front of clients. Once in awhile there seems to be a problem between the scanner and the program.

RepZio is fairly intuitive and easy to use.

Vorteile:

RepZio is easy to navigate and allows me to place orders fairly quickly. Many additional features have been added since I started using six years ago. Looking forward to more!

Nachteile:

The more product added and features requested by vendors, the more cumbersome it gets. My vendor does not have the RepZio activity interface with their website, so there is not universal information available to me. I also think it is unfortunate that it can only be used on Apple products (as far as I know).

Vorteile:

It's very easy to use and helps us manage a professional site with little web development knowledge. Our online customer base is growing and the platform allows a positive presentation and easy navigation for our customers. Customer support is very quick.

Nachteile:

Updates and revisions are too complicated with the repzio team acting as a gatekeeper. I wish we had the functionality to make simple html or css changes to improve our site. Site glitches are common and we have random products that appear which require weekly maintenance to clean up. Customer support could be more detailed and more repzio tutorials would be helpful.

Vorteile:

i like pulling pricing quickly - i like the images and the quality of the photos and the bookmark option. i love the sending option

Nachteile:

i don't like that stock isn't shown when in a client listing and bookmarking pieces. i don't like the client profiles and all the entries, and i wish somehow all the lines could be logged in at once and all product could be perused simultaneously vs clicking in and out of lines.
