Good application from good team

Kommentare: This company help our volunteer, social organization in Ukraine work better in delivery provisions. I am personally glad to use it and speak with such good people

Vorteile:

Easy of using software, a lot of features and most valuable thing for me is good support service. I had a few specific situation from errors to idea to integrations and support team helps every time. I don’t see such things before. Thanks to all of them

Nachteile:

Not a lot, maybe some features with statistics not work well for me

Logistic solution

Vorteile:

Customer service has been amazing. They are available by phone, chat or email. Response is quick and helpful. Loading new routes is fast and easy to navigate

Nachteile:

Would like to be able to customize a route that is specific to our companies needs without having to manually optimize the route. It might be optimized for some industries but it doesn't always work the best for our usage.

Vorteile:

one of the things I like is how easy I can rearrange and move stops between routes.

Nachteile:

i cannot stand the pop ups at the bottom of the screen(updates)they get on the way and there is no way to turn them off. the small map is difficult to see when you have more than 6 routes, it's almost gone when you are trying to move call between routes

Route For Me Review

Kommentare: My over all experience is pleasant. I find it easy and efficient to use.

Vorteile:

I love how I can export my route to an excel sheet.

Nachteile:

I think its the type of plan I have but I dont like that I can use it on my computer only the mobile version.

Route4me makes things so much easier for our business.

The tracking system and the route creation makes the day a lot easier and very easy to use.

Nachteile:

No real issues using route4me, maybe a better memory system that remembers certain presets that you use alot

Kommentare: In using Route4Me, it does save us a substantial amount of time in routing very large networks.Overall, it is a good program, that would be great with some added features.

Vorteile:

Creating route process is fairly easy from the address book.Moving locations from route to route in route maps is extremely helpful, however if the dates for the route are different this is not as easy, as the dates need to line up. When using the same routes daily, we need to ensure the dates are lined up. Uploading addresses is easy using spreadsheets

Nachteile:

When using the program to create multiple driver routes for large areas, it tends to have multiple routes attend same locations, thus not being very efficient.Address book/routed addresses need to be updated in address book and each route location is routed in order to make any adjustments to the address/alias etc. Would be way more convenient to be able to update the address book and changes to reflect all routed stops for location.Search bar sometimes needs to be very specific to quickly access information

The Route 4me Way!

Kommentare: The staff is always responding immediately via chat which is excellent for my direct reports. [sensitive content hidden], is an amazing and knowledgeable account manager who is always available and helps me with everything!! I truly appreciate him.

Vorteile:

Being able to create routes quickly for drivers . This system has cut our mappings of routes in half, giving my staff more time to focus on other tasks.

Nachteile:

At times Receiving different answers from the route4me staff

Route4Me for meal kit logistics.

Vorteile:

Ability to adjust our own routes to suit day-to-day deliveries with on the fly adjustments. Adding 'custom data' is another huge pro - as a lot of the business needs revolve around creating files with run data. With the feature manager we can choose the specific addOns that we specifically require.Route4Me's support staff are incredible - there has never been any issue left unresolved.

Nachteile:

For general housekeeping we remove routes weekly and because of this the Dashboard becomes irrelevant as we cannot track our progress longterm. This could potentially be an internal issue, and not Route4me's, as there is probably some functionality with the API that can be used to export the data into a local dashboard on a week by week basis.

Easy and best navaigational tool I have ever used.

Kommentare: I travel to many different states, cities and towns on a weekly bases.. I would be totally lost with out the app. Highly recommend the app to friends

Vorteile:

The use of the tool. You can input addresses or store numbers. I sale to the WALMART chain and never had an issues on use or directions. Keeps me informed of accidents, tools and speed traps. Able to avoid toll road if need.

Nachteile:

When I first got the app is was very easy to pick-up on the use. Some changes are made from time to time and it takes some playing with to understand use.

Experience with route4me last year

Kommentare: Maximum efficiency in the delivery of our products as well as a control and follow-up of the moment, allowing to improve productivity.

Vorteile:

Ease of use, route planning alternatives, adaptability to our customers for control and follow-up.

Nachteile:

The features to be improved could be more personalized advice and thus take full advantage of the different options and thus seek the efficiency of drivers and deliveries.

Kommentare: it frustrates me on a regular basis when it just erases my completed stops therefore I have to take the time it was originally saving me to figure out what's been completed and what has not.
I LOVE THE APP when it is working properly and have suggested the app to others in my same field. I love that I can add as many stops as i would like.

Vorteile:

that it plans it all for you. that it optimized and that the edit feature to duplicate and or rename my route books.

Nachteile:

it has some major flaws when it comes to just shutting down and erasing all my completed stops for that day causing wrong data to be recorded and logged and in the end causing me to miss stops or go back to ones already completed. because it usually happens toward the middle to end of my day.

Route4Me Is A Game Changer

The route planning is the most beneficial part of Route4Me. It not only plans the routes, but gives you great insight into planning the day for your drivers in advance.

Nachteile:

I think the feature development could be quicker.

when you add an address in to a route you have already created it does not re optimise the time of the route

One Waste Solutions

Kommentare: very pleasant from the customer service team down to the constancy in the program.

Vorteile:

The app UI is very easy to understand and learn. Minimal training for new drivers.

Nachteile:

The software lags in the afternoon. it was explained that both east coast and west coast are using the software simultaneously.

Impressive routing App

Kommentare: Very good experience. I was pleasantly surprised by the features offered by the app.

Vorteile:

The convenience of being able to scan the address into you device.

Nachteile:

It is not possible to edit the route after your started the route or departed.

Best Route planner around.

Vorteile:

Ease of use. Any issues or questions quickly dealt with.

Nachteile:

So far I haven't found anything that is an issue to use.

Technical support and customer follow through terrible

Kommentare: Create routes to pickup our students from home and deliver them to school in the morning. Was hoping to cut route times, pickup more students at their homes, and reduce bus operating costs. Then in the afternoon take the students back home.
I was never able to complete this task with the software, as it appeared some of the features of the software once enabled did not function. Mainly no U Turns allowed. the routing continued to plan and optimize a route showing the our 40 foot school buses making U turns on narrow two lane country roads, with place to turn around. It did the same U turn in our city areas as well. Where the city streets were did not have turn arounds, and could not be pulled into residential driveways.
I feel the software MIGHT have been able to work for us, but the follow through of their technical department was so poor, I was unable to get their assistance during a demo of the product, to ask questions or learn the features of the product.
I spent over 30 hours of my time working with the trial on my own, trying to get far enough that with their assistance I would have a working solution to my routing challenges. It seems to be a complete waste of time.

Vorteile:

Looked like good value, and ease of use.

Nachteile:

Technical support. Some features could not be made to work. Was promosed a demo period during my free trial, to help set up our routes, and understand the features of the software. To insure that I was able to be up and running before the end of my 7 day free trial. I was promised the demo daily, and it never happened. I actually had three appointments for the demo. The first was never confirmed. The second didn't happen until after the trial was over, and they forgot to extend the trial first, so it was delayed while the extended the trial. The third was then rescheduled, and the team never called. Not to start the demo, not to cancell or reshedule the demo again. They did not call at all. Now 2 days later, they have still not called. The only thing that worked real well, was there auto response email, and a daily auto email with ideas on why their software was helping so many companies.

The Journey, part 2

Kommentare: Since taking over the internal team in our business, Route4Me has been a fantastic partner as we work to fully utilize the product and push standardization and process enhancements within our business.

Vorteile:

The ability to adapt to certain parameters. As well as pushing routes from desktop planning to tablet interfaces for drivers.

Nachteile:

Currently working on an enhanced Multi Depot solution with better parameter inputs.

I have used this app for over three years and do so monthly with at least twenty addresses all over….and it places each address in short order.

Nachteile:

Nothing…I have already praised this app and do not have any issues whatsoever.

After 4 year it’s gotten worse

Kommentare: 4 years ago I would have said good for the price now I think it’s terrible and actively looking for new companies and have told probably 100 other garbage company owners to stay clear it’s not worth it

Vorteile:

In the beginning for one driver it was functional and a good price but isn’t good for bigger companies with more then one truck.

Nachteile:

The routing isn’t great with wrong locations and routes that don’t make sense Not a lot of great features and not able to turn features on and off. Terrible customer support, best way to get a response is by submitting a ticket forget about talking to anyone and most of the time I’m just told we can’t help but that’s a good idea we will submit for consideration. The functionality is poor and is-meant for small companies with minimal stops. Once we got a lot of stops and multiple truck the quality went down big time and price skyrocketed

Too cumbersome

Kommentare: It’s too cumbersome. I want to go from one address to the next, I’m not stopping at each location, I’m passing by doing a visual inspection. So all the questions, are ridiculous, it would be much more user friendly if the app simply prompted the next address with the map, and poof! Problem solved.

Vorteile:

That I can put in a number of addresses.

Nachteile:

Waaaaay too cumbersome. Waaay too many questions between accessing the next address.
