Great AutoDial and Management Oversight ability

Kommentare: The ability to have better management oversight and for team to make more calls.

Vorteile:

The AutoDialer works like a charm. We can power through call lists with ease. In addition, for managers it's great because it is easy to review and listen to recordings. The format is simple so not a lot of clicks to get what you want. Just make sure you have the default rules set up BEFORE making calls.

Nachteile:

The follow-ups need to be closely coordinated with your CRM like Salesforce to make this part effective.

Time saver and organizer.

Kommentare: I had used Call Tools almost 2 years ago. For a while I did not need to call out that much and cancelled my subscription. Coming back reminded me how good customer support was and how much it helps me to save time. [sensitive content hidden] at sales and [sensitive content hidden] at integrations have been very supportive. I especially love that during the integration with my current crm I have been able to just work with [sensitive content hidden]. He knew what I wanted and I did not have to explain again every time what I wanted to accomplish. He really took it seriously and made sure the things I hoped would happen were set up (as long as possible) Even things that he thought may not be able to happen, he figured out. I think he is becoming Call Tools - Go High Level expert. Very pleased with this experience. Couple years ago when I used Call Tolls I spent extra time to make sure that updates in Call Tools were updated in my crm. I took lot of time and thing were missed. After [sensitive content hidden] setting things up, will save time and keep things more organized. Thank you, thank you. One more thing. I never felt rushed to be done with the call. And I really liked that we were able to meet over the zoom so I could share my screen

Vorteile:

It saves time and lets me connect with my contact who asked information in much better time

Nachteile:

There is no weekend support. That slowed me down 2 days with starting to use Call Tools

Kommentare: I had a pretty much neutral experience with CallTools. They did not resolve an issue that I had with my agents, they could not use the CRMs dialer within the website and we had to download an external software for them to be able to take and receive calls. This made us leave the use of the app as we found a cross-platform one that could be used not only y MAC/PC but also Android/iOS devices.

Vorteile:

The ease of use and CRM are very well built and have a ton of options that you can customize depending on what you want for your company. It's amazing that you can create your own script for your agents and that you can handle reports, calls, campaing management all in one.

Nachteile:

The support team did not answer the requests correctly. Also they don't have mobile apps to access the CRM, so you're stuck with a website use only and it does not work cross-platform (linux-ChromeOS devices).

Really really good

Vorteile:

Call tools helped me run campaigns and dial multiple lines at once. It’s a program that increased my outreach 10x and i highly recommend. Additionally, [sensitive content hidden] on the Call Tools sales/account management team, is really great to work with.

Nachteile:

There is a lot in there and can be a little overwhelming at first but once you get started it’s very easy.

Not much to say negative other than you should get a USB headset as bluetooth earbuds can cause connectivity issues.

Kommentare: Overall I have had the greatest experience using CallTools and have never once considered switching software. The technology, new features, and new updates that CallTools constantly brings to their customers is unmatched, and the level of support you receive is unlike anything I've seen with other companies like them.

Vorteile:

CallTools is the best call center software. We are able to keep track of everything we do, optimize our records, and extend our outreach with no limits! We have also had the BEST support with the CallTools team and [sensitive content hidden] himself. We are always kept informed of new updates and new features and how to use them and the team provides great advice with affordable options for us to improve all aspects of our call center.

Nachteile:

I have had no issues with this software. If I have a question about how to use a tool or feature or I'm not using something correctly, the CallTools support team is always easy to set up a meeting with and they always address any questions or concerns.

My favorite thing about calltools is the quality of the numbers i can call with, in other words, scam likely is extremely rare. It's an all in one software that lets me buy the highest quality numbers and get to prospecting at ridiculous speeds.

Nachteile:

It's a bit complicated to get up and start dialing, from uploading a campaign, to creating live filters, etc. worth it though!

Kommentare: my first experience with calltools was in talking to [sensitive content hidden]. I had spoken to about 4 other vendors at that point, and they were either high on pricing or uniformed as to my reasons and issues for a new vendor. [sensitive content hidden]not only knew exactly everything i was talking about, but he had also done this calling work himself, and was familiar with most of the other systems i mentioned. also, he is exceptionally competent at sales - he listened, pointed out some things and offered a solution, easily and seamlessly. i was not even thinking of switching yet, but i did so that very afternoon, i believe, and i did so with confidence. Thank you, [sensitive content hidden]! Very nice. fast, better connects, etc.

Vorteile:

fast, does not crash or freeze like mojo, simple front end, can setup new frontend callers quickly

Nachteile:

slightly complicated backend setup, but unavoidable - this is where the power comes from...

I enjoyed that you can call some many at one time. [sensitive content hidden] was great she answered all my questions and replied to my emails the same day. When i ever had a issue Shawnie always took care of it.

None that I can think of, I never used this tool with any other tools.

Call Tools Platform

Kommentare: I researched the various cloud based predictive dialer companies for doing out bound calling. There is a number of companies out there, but I settled on Call Tools. The platform works perfect and I started with three stations. I am now up to 6 stations and have been real happy with their platform and overall performance. Predicative dialers can be tricky especially if you are using systems not located in the US, which I highly recommend you avoid. What really sold me on Calling Tools was that the sales guy I worked with really took the time to understand my needs and came back with some great ideas to really help with what I was trying to accomplish. There was no hard sale, which I can't say is the case for a couple of other companies I spoke to. There customer service is really great and the training was excellent. There are a lot of cool features and functionality to get your arms around, but once you do, you have a very dynamic system keeping your telemarketers or call center busy. I use their CRM as well, although you can integrate to wide number of CRM platforms on the market as I understand. I certainly like the price you pay today for getting your business up and running with these clod based platforms. Gone are the days having to invest in telecoms switches and T-1s. So you a great predictive dialing platform and your up and running with one of the best calling technology platforms for your money and you can increase your spend as you scale your business. That's the only way to go.

Vorteile:

These cloud based platforms are awesome. you basically load your data and login to the system and the platform does its thing. It sure keeps your sales guys on the phone and off the internet.

Nachteile:

There wasn't anything i disliked, but you really need to take the time to understand the power of the system. There is a lot of features and functionality in the system and the more you take the time to understand everything and how it works, the more you recognize how well the platform is put together

Don't Get Much Better Than This

Kommentare: I have used many software for my call center business and finally settled with this for more than a year and above. It is packed with many features but the best part is that it shows the clients call number so you can verify information without bothering with additional questions. It has a very responsible reporting capabilities to real time action.

Vorteile:

Time saving and packed with information and UI is simple.

Nachteile:

A better management when using slow Internet connection.
