I also like the "911" or New Session feature that allows me to send my customers to a website and  download and setup temporary help sessions. The reporting function is very handy when it comes to billing.

> **Nachteile**: The one thing that I don't like is the software's inability to save screen size and position. I find that I am resizing my "Window" a lot. It is a small annoyance that I have been able to work with.

> **Vorteile**: Their platform is very easy to use and didn't experience any outages. The software didn't take up many system resources because it would often crash and not restart itself. The platform was very cheap and easily affordable.

> **Nachteile**: Their software would often stop functioning on an endpoint and not restart, even when the computer was restarted. The support team was not helpful and could not solve the problem. Their application had no way to handle UAC prompts making it impossible to install software or help with user requests.

> Not a platform I would recommend as most aspects of the tool do not function well or at all. Basic user support needs can't be accomplished
