Nachteile:

Nichts. Alles gut. Da gibt es nichts zu meckern. Man kann parallel am Handy und am Computer abeiten

Great time tracker!

Vorteile:

I love the ease-of-use with the time tracker and the ability to review all time tracked each week. It helps me easily put together my invoices at the end of each month.

Nachteile:

The Reports dashboard is a little confusing and could be improved.

Kommentare: I have been using similar apps for over 6 years and in the last 3 years I am using only MyHours app - it is the best from my point of view. It has a really simple format allowing it to be quickly understood by new users and it responds to most of my requirements.MyHours is available in web and app mode and allowing to be used anywhere and at any time which can really help if you have a lot of small customers. You always can add, edit and check notes regarding your job tasks, time tracking, create any notes, and even add some images for recording. Reports from MyHours help me to create invoices, and avoid any situation when I can forget something.I have to add, It is reliable - I didn't find any losses in my records and didn't meet any interruption in access to my data over all time. As I am using it just for my individual small businesses, I can truly confirm - It's a nice solution for that.

Nachteile:

None. Of course, there are always ways to improve functionality.Definitely, as a free tool - it is the best and fulfills most of my requirements.

Nice Time Tracker

Vorteile:

Simple and easy to use interface. The application is very responsive and reports are easily generated.

Nachteile:

limited customisation especially when it comes to the invoicing platform

An absolutely essential tool as a consultant

Kommentare: As a self employed consultant, one of the hardest things to do is accurately track hours and projects for my clients. Or at least it was until I started using My Hours. Very easy to set up and easier to use, it makes one of the more burdensome tasks a snap. I cannot do my job without it.

Vorteile:

Ease of use. So simple to move from client to client and project to project.

Nachteile:

I have several contracts that are project based. I need to track my hours but I do not need track a $/hour. There is a work around but this seems like a fix that should happen sooner rather than later.

Perfect for Virtual Time Tracking

Kommentare: I really enjoy using this product. One of my clients just started using another app for their contract employees, which is very similar to My Hours, but I have no intention of changing. My Hours is the perfect app for my needs.

Vorteile:

It's easy to use, customizable to your needs, and the reports are very robust. The customer service is very helpful and timely. I initially used another product but am so glad I changed to this one.

Nachteile:

I have not found anything that I do not like, however, I am the only one using it. I do not have a team that I need to manage.

Great customizable time tracker

Kommentare: I’ve reached out to My Hours over the years and their customer service has been great. The issues were due to user error in my end. This is such a vital part of my business and I really appreciate that you can use many free features and add on as needed. Would recommend!

Vorteile:

I’ve been using My Hours for several years now, at previous firms and now for my own practice. It’s a very easy to use and customizable interface. It makes daily task logging a breeze.

Nachteile:

There are a lot of premium features that as a sole business owner I do not need. My Hours works perfectly for my current needs.

Great, free time tracking service

Kommentare: I’m able to send out timesheets to my employers to show by the minute reporting.

Vorteile:

It’s free.Ive been using it for years and it’s worked well for my needs.

Nachteile:

No cons at all. I haven’t run into anything that is an issue.

Simplest and most user friendly time tracker out there

Kommentare: Tracking time in real time, analyzing stats in reports, exporting time spent per month for informing clients and billing

Vorteile:

I like how easy this tool is to use. I tried may other tools, but this one was the one. The whole structure and layout of tool is super intuitive, no unnecessary features are there. I think this is a hidden gem.

Nachteile:

I can't really think about any weak parts of this tool. Free version is everything I need.

Good enough

Kommentare: It was good overall, if you need a tool that has a good price and easy to use.

Vorteile:

It's so easy to use and simple. It's great for time tracking.

Nachteile:

It has some strange bug when convering hours into cash at billing. Always made some errors and I didn't understand why, talked with the support about it. Not sure if it's fixed now.

Best time tracking & project management tool I've used

Kommentare: It's a time saver and logging hours has never been easier.

Vorteile:

I love how easy it is to track time on My Hours and how I can keep my projects and tasks organized. The reports help me have an overall idea of each month's work, time (billable and non-billable), tasks, and projects. The dashboard filters and bulk editing are great tools.

Nachteile:

I didn't find anything that I didn't like in My Hours

It's built quality. It's unique interface. It's feature. Regarding time , management, invoice, track progress my hours is the best choice.

Nachteile:

Below the profile email id shows in capital letter. I think email id should show it's normal format.

Best Option Available

Vorteile:

I like that it's easy to use and mostly user friendly. Being able to use tags is paramount for me, as I like to categorize my projects, so that I can give more accurate pricing quotes to my clients.

Nachteile:

Features I'd love to see:-I wish there was a feature to input how long you've worked on a project (when making backlogs) in decimals (like if I could input "3.15" instead of "3 hours, 9 minutes". I can calculate it out, but that obviously takes me much longer)-When ticking off tasks, I'd love if the tasks added up to 100% and you could see a meter/circle of how much you've completed as you tick things off!-I'd love to be able to have projects be BOTH billable and non-billable, but still with the "project-based rate" setting.The following are for the DETAILED REPORTS feature (which is honestly my favorite feature):-I wish there was an option to click "all time" instead of manually going to the right year I started to now.-I wish the page kept my settings instead of reverting to default every time. I like to keep the tags visible, but I hate having to go into the settings and change that every time I need it.-With the tags, I'd love to toggle an option between "any of the chosen tags" and "all of the chosen tags". Sometimes I need to deepen or further specify my search, but I'm unable to have the parameter that the search results need to match ALL of the tags rather than any of them.

Super easy to use - Great Free version

This is a pretty powerful tool for a free version to help manage Clients, Projects, and track time on specific tasks. For a single user - it's the perfect solve to keep me accountable and track billability for invoicing and statistics.

Nachteile:

I'd always love more reporting customization oppportunities, like the ability to select multiple months in one report and the option to set different billability levels for different tasks within a project

Nachteile:

There is nothing I don’t like about the software however I would love to be able to see disbursements listed separately to time.

My Hours increases billing

Kommentare: It's been great. I have been very happy since purchasing this product and the amount I've saved in ensuring proper billing has more than covered the cost of purchasing My Hours.

Vorteile:

Tracking time is an ongoing struggle for our company as we do billable hours and need to track everything, down to the minute. My Hours allows us to quickly and easily enter our projects and tasks on the go, save our all worked hours, set if it's billable, and report on all tasks on a daily, monthly, and weekly basis. Having the ability to track by the minute has ensured that we do not lose out on any possible billings.

Nachteile:

The only feature I wish it had was that we could track multiple tasks at a time per user. We often run an update for a client that runs in the background as we work on other tasks. Having this feature would save us time in having to duplicate our own tracking.

Useful tool for time managment

It is really easy to set up. Day to day it works great. It shows percentages of where I spend time which is really nice. Also, the customer service is very helpful and timely.

Nachteile:

I have not found anything that I do not like about My Hours so far.

Kommentare: I've been using it for more than 2 years now, I think more than 3 to be honest but I'm old and my memory isn't that great. I absolutely love it and refuse to use anything else. It's been a great experience, support is fantastic. Super happy customer.

Vorteile:

MyHours has been a lifesaver. I work freelance management for 2 different companies and with MyHours I can easily track my day without having to switch between them both. Then, when it comes time to send in invoices it's super simple to separate each company.

Nachteile:

There's really nothing I don't like about it.

Simple to use, for a task that should be simple

Very easy to use and just like the way, the reporting works as well. Some other products are so complex to do such a simple thing

Must have tool

Vorteile:

MyHours is one of the tools that I use daily. As a project manager that has a team working remotely, tracking the tasks, time spent to that tasks and reporting all of those is crucial. MyHours eases my daily management tasks. Its a must have tool for small-mid scale projects.

Nachteile:

Maybe more graphical reports can be added to see the progress at one glance.

I use it just for tracking my own time on various projects. It's very easy to use for that.

Nachteile:

It has a lot of features I don't need. I use it just for tracking my own time.

Excellent for Time Tracking

Kommentare: I've used My Hours since starting my business in 2018 and it has provided the tool I needed to track time in a simple, straightforward manner.

Vorteile:

Easy to use time tracking tool for multiple clients and projects.

Nachteile:

If there were anything I were going to change it would be more customization options on invoices (such as being able to round hours up to the nearest quarter hour).

As a freelance editor, I use My Hours daily to track my hours across multiple projects. Some of my projects need only an hour or 2 each day- this tool is so helpful regarding invoicing at the end of the month.

Nachteile:

In Task Mode- i wish you could see the hours for each task in that mode.

Time tracking features that can't be beat

Vorteile:

I've used MyHours for years, in two different positions. I used it when working in Marketing, and my whole team relied on it. I now use it on my own in my small, non-profit organization because it the time tracking feature helps me stay focused and helps me understand how much time tasks take.

Nachteile:

It's easy to overcategorize my tasks. I need to review the categories and delete or combine some, but the time data might then be lost. This might be more of a user issues vs. a MyHours issue.
