Todoist ist nur bedingt als Projektmanagement geeignet.

Komplexes Tool für echtes Taskmanagement

Kommentare: Ein tolles Tool, vor allem, wenn man sich mit GTD beschäftigt und seine Tasks genau überblickt. Macht Sinn, wenn man mit mehrschichtigen Aufgaben arbeitet, also Teilaufgaben, Unterprojekten etc.

Vorteile:

Todoist bietet schier endlose Möglichkeiten für Anwender, die gerne nach GTD arbeiten und stringent an Ihren Tasks hängen. Für mich ist es zu vielseitig, ich nutze es sehr zweidimensional und verschenke sicher einen Großteil der Funktionen.

Nachteile:

Zu komplex für eine einfache Aufgabensammlung. Was auf keinen Fall bedeutet, dass das Tool nicht gut wäre - es ist für mich nur zu umfangreich.

Keine Software nutze ich mehr...

Vorteile:

Mit Todoist behalte ich meine Aufgaben immer im Überblick. Kein Task geht mehr unter oder wird vergessen. Wiederkehrende Aufgaben werden einmal geplant und erscheinen erst dann wieder in meiner Ansicht, wenn diese zur Erledigung anstehen.

Nachteile:

Eine Funktion für den Fortschritt einer Aufgabe wäre Toll. Natürlich kann man das mit Unteraufgaben lösen, allerdings wäre es manchmal hilfreicher, ein Dropdown mit 25%50%/75% auszuwählen.

Es gibt bessere Tools, die weniger Daten ziehen

Vorteile:

Ich glaube, für komplexe Organisation ist es sinnvoll, das Tool zu verwenden. Einfache ToDo's können aber auch mit Standard-Apps besser verwaltet werden

Nachteile:

Zu viel Datenabfluss während der Nutzung.

Fehlende Synchronisierung

Kommentare: Gut aufgebaut, allerdings gibt es keinerlei Sicherheit, dass die Synchronisation mit Servern funktioniert. Damit fehlt das Vertrauen in die Funktionalität gänzlich. Keine Weiterempfehlung.

Vorteile:

Gut gefallen hat die Zuordnung zu Projekten.

Nachteile:

Die App hat nicht automatisch mit den Servern synchronisiert, allerdings keine Fehlermeldung abgegeben. Das hat nun dazu geführt, dass mein todoist Monate zurückgefallen ist und alle neu eingetragenen Aufgaben verschwunden sind. Laut Kundenservice gibt es keine Garantie, dass das in der kostenlosen Version nicht wiederpassiert. Damit schaffe ich die App ab.

Kommentare: Ohne Todoist kam ich immer durcheinander mit meinen Aufgaben. Vorher habe ich mir selbst in Excel eine Datei für meine Aufgaben erstellt. Es war aber mühsam zu pflegen. Jetzt habe ich Übersicht über meine Aufgaben. Auch Privat benutze ich es.

Vorteile:

Die Aufgabe in Unteraufgaben teilen hat mir am besten gefallen.

Nachteile:

Ich habe bisher nichts negatives festgestellt.

Funktionalitätsstarke Todolistensoftware

Vorteile:

Unterteilen in Projekte ist gut. Synchronisation zwischen Web und Mobile ist super. Sich wiederholende Aufgaben ist gut. Die Projektivitätsstreakanzeige motiviert.

Nachteile:

Einige Funktionen harmonieren nicht so gut miteinander (Projekte und Filter&Label). Die "Aufgabe hinzufügen" buttons überall sehen hässlich aus und man muss immer manuell auf Abbrechen gehen, um woanders eine Aufgabe hinzuzufügen. Das umsortieren ist ein wenig clunky, weil man Aufgaben auch als Unteraufgabe einsortieren kann (aber eigentlich nie will). Man kann keine Aufgaben snoozen.

Solides Tool

Kommentare: Solides Tool, das sehr praktikabel ist.ich nutzendes schon seit mehreren Jahren.

Vorteile:

Ich habe mich rasch auf das Tool eingestellt. Trotz meiner starken Sehbehinderung kann ich damit gut umgehen. Die Synchronisation mit „Calendars“ funktioniert einwandfrei.

Nachteile:

Da fällt mir nichts ein, daher kann ich hier keine inhaltliche Aussage treffen

Kommentare: Insgesamt bietet Todoist ein umfangreiches Aufgaben-Management mit Projekten, Labels und vielen Möglichkeiten, Todoist mit anderen Tools zu verknüpfen, um sich gut in den Workflow einzufügen.

Vorteile:

Ich habe mir viele Tools angeschaut, Todoist ist für mich das beste Tool um Aufgaben zu verwalten. Insbesondere schätze ich die Verbindung mit meinem Google Kalender und die sehr aufgeräumte Oberfläche.

Nachteile:

Für mich ist Todoist perfekt, mir fehlt keine Funktion.

Zu starke Einschränkungen wenn man Todoist nicht kauft

Kommentare: Super einfache Bedienung durch Drag-and-Drop und einfach zu verstehen, nicht zu überkompliziert

Vorteile:

Man kann super die Aufgaben anlegen und sich auch benachrichtigen lassen.

Nachteile:

Die kostenlose Version ist meiner Meinung nach zu sehr eingeschränkt, da ich viele Projekte auf einmal habe und man nur begrenzt Projekte erstellen kann. Ausschlaggebender Punkt wieso ich aufgehört habe Todoist zu nutzen.

Ich benutze das Tool um alle Aufgaben übersichtlich dargestellt zu bekommen und die Deadlines im Blick zu haben. Dies funktioniert einwandfrei

Das gemeinsame Verwaltung von Aufgaben ist zu aufwendig gestaltet

Vorteile:

Todoist enthält viele Möglichkeiten aber leider ist es für unsere Hauptzweck die Verfolgung von gemeinsamen Projekten nicht so gut wie erhofft.

Nachteile:

Nicht intuitiv bedienbar und recht starr in seinen Vorlagen

It is fast and easy to add a new task. There are plenty of shortcuts to create, schedule and program recurrent tasks, from everywhere in tyour computer

Nachteile:

I use Todoist for both work and grocery list. The day I go to the supermarket I eliminate tons of tasks (items ti buy). That completely misrepresent the real work I'm doing that day and ruins the Karma count in the app.

I like that it will email me to remind me about tasks coming up.

Nachteile:

Everything else. I have spent a few hours trying to figure out what else todoist even does and I can't come up with anything.

Kommentare: Really good, I use it for my personal tasks and business tasks when it's just me in charge of the tasks.

It's easy to use, intuitive and their free tier is a good fit for most of the people, also the paid tier really worth it

Nachteile:

When using in big teams is not so easy to manage the tasks, it gets a little difficult and complex

Feature rich and with great APIS

Vorteile:

I use Todoist to manage the topics to be discussed in my podcast. I have a shared list with my co-host which can be re-arranged live to compose our episodes. It was also super easy to use Todoist's APIs to have some data automatically added to our topic list.

Nachteile:

I don't love the fact that (at least on the Mac) it's an electron-based app and not a native one.

Get your to- do list at your finger tips

Kommentare: I have had the best experience with Todoist so far. It's flexibility, collaboration capabilities and tons of integration makes it an incredible productivity tool

Vorteile:

Todoist is an incredibly powerful and user friendly task management tool. It's super easy to use, straightforward and has an interface and labels that are highly intuitive and east to navigate through which basically simplifies task management process. The free plan has sufficient features so you can adopt it and still be of much help before an upgrade. Todoist makes collaboration soo easy through the role assignment feature that allows us to assign specific tasks to team members and we get to know who is responsible for what. Timelines are useful in determining progress. I also find the gannt charts very key for reporting

Nachteile:

Without reliable internet connectivity, Todoist becomes problematic. Also within the app there is no a time tracking tool

Organizing work and calming things down with Todoist.

Kommentare: Keeping my work organized has become a new style of life and this has been because of Todoist. It allows me to manage my work conveniently by breaking the bigger work into small manageable tasks.

Vorteile:

I have been using Todoist for a while and one thing i have come to love about it is how it allows me to break down my work into smaller tasks which are easy to manage, monitor and achieve. It allows me to organize my work by sorting tasks based on their completion and this keeps me on the limelight on what i have already accomplished and what to work on next.

Nachteile:

I have had quite an interesting time using Todoist and i have not seen a thing that does not work in it.

Nachteile:

The recently added board view could use some love to be more fun to use and look at, and the lightweight offerings might not be for you.

The perfect tool for keeping your to-do list organized

Kommentare: I use ToDoist to keep track of tasks sent to me by clients. I don't use it for project management, extensive notes, or workflow so much as a simple to-do list of projects that need to be completed. Sometimes you don't need to write a lot of details - you just need to be sure you do the task and todoist is the best software I have found for that. Love it!

Vorteile:

I love how it's a no frills to-do list I can access on my computer and phone. I love being able to set up different projects, due dates, and sub tasks. It also helps me with my EOM invoicing so I know what I did for each client.

Nachteile:

I wish I could get more features for free. The comment feature and ability to set reminders look great. Although, Todoist does send me an email every day letting me know what's on my list, so that is very helpful even without reminders.
