Keka, our new HRMS Solution for efficient organization management
Kommentare: We are solving HRMS requirement using Keka and so far we are very convinced with the quality of product, it supplies every functionality as promised. So we are now moving all our assets to keka and making it our HRMS Software for Full time
Vorteile:
Keka comes with many such features which helps any organization to manage their staff efficiently. Like I daily use keka to mark my attendance in my company, I start my day as a Work from home (remote working ) employee, first I clock in using Web Clock provided in the KEKA. It automatically manage my attendance and leave balance maintenance, also it takes care of my payroll and pay slips. it helps HR to seamlessly manage tickets raised by the employee like us and resolve the matter. it also comes with a profile management, where we can upload necessary document for ease of access during the time of work.
Nachteile:
I first of all found the UI of software very clumsy, it is very clear no doubt , but it is very populated and use of animal characters in UI like elephant in leave management seems very childish. also the loading time of web based solution is very slow, like we have subdomain knovator.keke.com/ it is very slow and takes up too much time to load all settings. Also web clock can be enhanced more, as it must be given a pause functionality because we have flexible working hours.
Keka is the good solution for your business. It can automate your Human Resources unit easily.

Vorteile:
Great with the 1:1 meeting process as rare applications work with remote employees, The analytics are great with all the available diagrams.
Nachteile:
Still there is a gap with integration with other software and data.
Does the bare minimum; inflexible and customer service is poor
Kommentare: Overall experience is average. If you are looking for a basic HR automation software, it is ok but if you have any processes that need a little flexibility within the software or some tweaks from the normal, you are out of luck. Change is painfully slow and customer service is abysmal.

Lot of the functionality is hard wired; impossible to make any changes. You have to wire your process to fit Keka. Customer Service is very poor. Most times, they dont understand the issue and ask to re-do activity. For example; some issue with Timesheet module; their solution, ask employees to re-submit all Timesheets for last 2 week.

glitches , recently i have faced a issue where i am not able to log in due to software glitch although that has been resolved later on but still thAT issue should not come

Vorteile:
Everything can be tracked starting form your location for login in to login out. Also leave management is trackable along with approximate pay for next month is shown along with tax deductions. Also reviews are available which an employee can refer to anytime they want.
Nachteile:
Capturing the location, now this is from employee prospective not from HR. Joking!!

I have not come across any significant issues with Keka so far. However, the only downside is that it might take some time to get used to the platform's features and functionalities. But once you get the hang of it, Keka is a breeze to use.

Kommentare: Overall it's a good software for payroll management and employee mangement.it is not too much pricey and has many cool features

It's attendence tracking and programs time tracking efficiency is very good.The mobile app version is very attractive and very easy to navigate.The price is quite good compared to its competitors.
Nachteile:
Too many features makes the app clumsy to use.It also should improve other tracking features like data and performance scaling etc

Kommentare: It's simple to use and better option for a wide range of features it has, like employee leave notification, daily alerts with up to information on all the employee leaves, it has a better user experience switching through multiple options.
Vorteile:
It's easy intuitive webapp and their timely notifications, and user experience on using the app, It's easy to raise a leave request and get it approved in an hour using this, It's easy to browse through the employees leaves, company holidays, employees profiles using Keka.
Nachteile:
Their cost is a major factor when choosing it as hr or payroll software, It is not a good viable option for a startup companies, It's lacking the integrations tools to publish the notifications to existing company chat softwares, onboarding is also a time consuming task.

Kommentare: Perfect, modern, all-in-one solution for companies from looking for new employees to payroll them and see analysis. I will recommend this product to everyone who want to have everything in one place.
Vorteile:
This app literally resolve the most of your problems when you start your first startup. Your can create your organization and add all of your employees. Then you can use module for automatic payroll which is perfectly intuitive. Finally you can see overview of your spends and advanced analysis for every module.
Nachteile:
The pricing of this app a bit higher, for very small companies it is impossible to pay this money every month. On the other hand the application contains all modules which user can't pay separately.

Overall keka is a great product. With a very competitive price range, it gives a great deal of features to work with. Here are few things I like about Keka: 1. Repository for documents - you can store all employee-related documents in soft copy 2. Managing assets inventory - you can manage the database of assets and its inventory in keka 3. Performance appraisal - with its comprehensive & customizable appraisal system you can tailor the appraisal module as per your requirement. The autogenerated letter after appraisal letter are a life saver for those of you who want to skip the manual work of creating appraisal letters 4. Leave management - it allows you to manage the leaves 5. The remote clock in feature is very promising - since we are a remote working company with flexible working hours, we do not use this feature. But it will be very helpful to those who are looking to time their employees. 6. Surveys - it is also very easy to create and send surveys to collect feedback from people within the org 7. Keka also allows us to post content/make announcement/take a poll within the platform. 8. Our finance team has also set up our tax modules in keka - makes filing for tax a piece of cake 9. From sourcing to hiring to onboarding - we do it all in keka
Nachteile:
All in all I do like Keka as a product. Based on my requirement here are some things which I do not like: 1. Surveys - when we create surveys the only option is to send it to the whole organization. It would be great if we have the option to send it to specific people as well. Felt this need to particularly take feedbacks through surveys for new joiner 2. Recruitment - The two problems I face with Keka hire is not having the option of sending trigger emails which are customized for each stages of the hiring process. Other issue is how the conversation we have with the candidate via email is not visible in keka - we have to go and check gmail for the conversation. This is a huge area for improvement 3. Integrations - there are still a lot of product integrations which are missing in our case - slack for instance.

UI and ease of use ability for employees

Product is good. But the after sales support is pathetic. There is no direct number that is given. For every minor query we need to write an email and response time for that too is long. Usually the representatives are just a call away and do hand-holding until the entire process is set-up, implemented and up&running. But here, the implementation team is very slow. Have to wait for their response and call for even a minor thing. Product is quite expensive and service is definetely not worth the price.
Feature packed HR tech software
Vorteile:
The best thing Keka is probably its complete HR tech package which includes attendance management (remote login, web login, integration from RFID or biometric based attendance management systems), team management, OKR settings, review submissions, feedback submissions, appraisal management etc. Management of payroll and taxes is also enabled and their is integration with ClearTax as well to facilitate IT return filing.
Nachteile:
While the tool is full of features I have found it difficult to traverse. Even the features which I have used in past and if I come back to them I have to spend good time to search for them especially in the finances module.

A perfect software for HR Management
Kommentare: Keka is a perfect software for every company's HR department.
Vorteile:
Our previous HR software was accessible only in our office premises only. Also the Tax deduction process was manual and time taking. Keka solved it all for us. The attendance records, appraisal process, everything is now merged in a single software and things are pretty easy now.
Nachteile:
The Tax Deduction section is a bit complicated but the advantages of Keka overcome this dislike of mine.

Great HR Application
Kommentare: We are into the marketing team and we used to visit client sites. With old system, we were unable to remote login but Keka is very usefull with this feature.
Vorteile:
It really improves the employee experiences. I love the remote login feature most.
Nachteile:
In beginning, the attendance adjustment feature was quite ab-normal to understand but after a few days we are enjoying.

There is virtually nothing that I dislike about this software. It is very complete and has a wide range of tools to aid in the employee's and the organization's success.

Very helpful tool for Employee Management System
Kommentare: Overall I satisfied with Keka because everything covers in one plateform.
Vorteile:
I like the feature of showing almost everything about yourself in organization. You can see who is on leave at particular day and you can also apply for leave from the same portal. All the feature are covered in this software.
Nachteile:
Almost all the things I liked but once the server is down so that caused problem but other than it is the perfect one.
KEKA - the simple and easy to use HRMS software
Kommentare: I am pleased with my overall experience with Keka. It is easy to use and stay connected with my team members. Even if I am on leave, I can get updates about the task and the activities are happening at my workplace. It's one of the simplest and efficient software, I have used.
Vorteile:
The key features of this software allows a quick overviews for attendance, leave balance, performance, and most importantly, it allows me to stay connected with my team. I am using this software on my phone and lap top daily. I prefer the desktop version more, however, the mobile version is helpful on the go.
Nachteile:
On the desktop version on home it shows generalized screen. I think it should be more interactive. Other than that I love using Keka.
Pleasant one
Kommentare: Love the way their software resolve lot of our pen and paper work and main delight was working with their support team, They had helped me a lot while migrating to cloud payroll.
Great Compression Software
Kommentare: For a basic run-of-the-mill quick archive, I typically just use the MacOS compression tool. Sometimes I have a need to compress things more specialized, or they may be a very large file. Keka handles these special cases like a champ. I wonder if it's possible to replace the standard MacOS compressor with Keka? I've never thought to until writing this review.
Vorteile:
So many options for compression! It's nice to go into the advanced settings and customize nearly every aspect of compression.
Nachteile:
I sometimes forget to use it. It might be nice to have the ability to make it the "default" compressor in MacOS.
