The continuous engagement with the dMACQ staff who are willing to impart and share presentations, product and process from prior projects and experience, during the demo, and then during the implementation and commisssioning of the DMS

Nachteile:

Need to work more on the User Interface.

Excellent Productivity DMS App

Kommentare: Highly recommend dMACQ DMS and compared to OmniDocs, Doccept, FileNet, we found dMACQ DMS much more scalable and user friendly.

Vorteile:

dMACQ DMS provides all the key features of DMS and much more. I was actually surprised with the dMACQ DMS as it doesn’t come across as a standard run of the mill DMS. It has very different architecture and design and provides several user configurable features to make it extremely user friendly and scalable. I really liked their master data management module and contract management.

Nachteile:

I really do not see any cons that affects our use cases. We found all the features that we needed and more! I would highly recommend dMACQ DMS for medium and large clients for sure - as they have easy integration and other features. Likewise I feel their light version will also help small businesses.

Good document management tool

Kommentare: Much faster document search and retrieval. Customer support is impressive with quick response. We have been using dMACQ DMS since 2014 and are very satisfied and would highly recommend. We have never faced any outage of the solution or any issues.

Vorteile:

We were looking at a tool to centralise all our businesses documents into a central digital repository with control and security. We wanted the ability to replicate our current file system structure - so we were looking at a DMS which has no limitations as to creation of folder structure or ability to adapt to our specific use case. Further, some of our specific requirements included a google kind of holistic search, tracking of physical location of documents, along with digital copies and ability to add key words and notes (which then becomes searchable). We evaluated several applications and zeroed in on dMACQ which met all of these requirements. The team helped us in setting up the entire structure, back-up functionalities and other security features. The application is extensively used by us and is our core system to help manage our records. One of the best features of the dMACQ DMS is the quick holistic search and the mobile app. We use the mobile app extensively which comes with a global search, all information like location of the physical file, ability to view the document on the mobile and also exchange documents via email or WhatsApp in a single click. dMACQ also helped us customise the app with a mail (dak) utility, which tracks all incoming and outgoing mails in the organisation in the dMACQ DMS tool. This helps us in ensuring all incoming and outgoing physical mails are also centralised. The application is user friendly and intuitive.

Nachteile:

We don't see any cons from our business use case perspective.

Ease of documentation & good after sales

Vorteile:

The most I like in DMACQ document management software is as follows - a) Document upload - the method to upload the documents in DMS, is far far simpler than other DMSs. b) Version controlling was never easy for us but we could do it with DMACQ DMS. c) After Sale Support - Efficient, competent & professional team to provide a good & timely support.

Nachteile:

Doing the configuration is little tedious...DMACQ team should definitely look into the matter. I can provide more inputs on this if required. Let DMACQ team contact me on this.

Vorteile:

At Premier Rider we are using dMACQ DMS for last 4 years and have had excellent experience with the product. Their mobile app makes life easier for searching, and also uploading documents. I also liked their work-flow engine which has several excellent features. They have great after sales support. Their team visited us in Stockholm for implementation of the solution!

Nachteile:

Nothing that comes to mind. Excellent overall product and easily beats available tools in the market.

Kommentare: dMACQ DMS were able to meet our requirements of Migration of of documents with records from our old system to new seamlessly.

Vorteile:

With dMACQ DMS, we could meet multiple application areas of digital transformation.Also we automate so many process flow with the application. Some unique features like advance search with full text search including regional languages, Document Versioning, etc. Their integration capabilities also helped us to smoothen our lot of processes from other legacy applications

Nachteile:

In DMS they need to develop Short menu or Right click menu options

Vorteile:

We have been using dMACQ DMS since 2015. It is simply one of the best in the market. We extensively use their master data management module and client management. dMACQ customised the product to generate invoices fr the DMS itself, and enabled a bulk email campaign as well.

Nachteile:

No cons, perfectly meets our business needs and more. We get excellent service as and when needed.

Great system for your documents repository

Vorteile:

We were looking for a solution which could cater to all our document needs, especially the customer data which comes in various formats like pdf, ppt, mp3, mp4 . All the collaterals and other important documents were securely updated with proper controls. Easy navigation and thumbnail view made our life much simpler.

Nachteile:

They can look at expanding to the core media segment with their media formats too and also if they can add analytics tools.

Great software

Vorteile:

The global and multilingual search functionalities are good. I found the contract management utility very useful, especially the reports and notifications. Overall, I am very satisfied with the product and team's service.

Kommentare: Quick access to the files. However still looking forward for ease of segregation of bulk scanned documents.

Vorteile:

Good support and service. Initial integration was difficult continuous supervision required.

Nachteile:

Document Segregation is not user friendly.
