Very user friendly app

Vorteile:

It’s just very simple and right to the point on logging my miles.

Nachteile:

It does drain my battery sometimes but that’s because I use it a lot

It is easy to use and it uploads to the web easily and accurately.

Nothing that I can think of. This product makes tracking your miles quick and easy.

Kommentare: I give it a 6.8 out of 10.

Vorteile:

It is easy to track but working with some phones today is not great. Draining extra battery that I need during the day.

Nachteile:

Having to keep the app running all day. That you tax me because my car is 1 year out of compliance when it’s in great shape. That I have to put my precise location on to use app. That you base payment off a FORD FOCUS. DO THEY EVEN MAKE THOSE ANYMORE

Kommentare: I love Motus. Easy to use. Sufficient. Does not ask for to much information. Great way to go back and correct any errors.

Honestly there is not anything. No complaints

Vorteile:

The GPS function allows you to accurately track all of your mileage. If you forget to “start trip” you can manually enter mileage. When manually entering trips it remembers names and addresses to save time. Lastly it shows history of all trips, mileage, and reimbursements to make expensing a breeze.

Nachteile:

The only downside to Motus is that you have to open the app to hit “start trip” to track mileage via GPS, but in my opinion it is a minor inconvenience for such an incredible service.

Kommentare: Motus has been a pretty good experience overall. I’ve been using it for 3, maybe 4 years now through my job.

Vorteile:

The history and convenience of tracking my miles on a day to day, even monthly basis.

Nachteile:

The app would freeze or the settings would automatically reset and not track the mileage properly.

Simple and friendly UI. Motus has plenty of helpful resources to help new users learn the program. The platform is easy for users who aren't tech savy.

Nachteile:

Motus itself is good. Sometimes confusion can arise depending on what customizations your company has done.

Easiest app and company to use for Mileage Tracking

Easy to use mobile app. Accurate precision location management to ensure employees are receive full/accurate reimbursement on mileage.

Nachteile:

No complaints honestly. Maybe the mileage reimbursement update frequency based off average gas price.

Kommentare: I've told friends at different companies using other apps for tracking to bring this to senior leadership once they see the simplicity and overall user experience of Motus.

Vorteile:

Motus is the easiest and most user friendly app in the workplace! I've used multiple apps and the view by day for mileage is phenomenal. It is such an easy view of what you've done so far and how to edit if you notice any errors made.

Nachteile:

none found so far - this app is great! It hits all boxes when it comes to needs

Easy mileage tracking with the push of a button!

Kommentare: Motus is very easy to use and even easier to track your mileage. Happy with it and would recommend.

Vorteile:

There is no need to track milage manually. (although you can if you want to) Just hit the start button and all your milage is calculated stop by stop.

Nachteile:

Not using some of the GPS functionality that is available.

Vorteile:

Ease of use when it is auto enabled. You can set a schedule on certain days and hours to automatically track.

Nachteile:

Manual entry of addresses seems glitchy. More than half the time if I enter and select a manual address it does not apply even though it’s validated.

Vorteile:

Set it and forget it. It tracks while I am out working and I don't have to worry about logging or manually tracking my miles

Nachteile:

Often being asked to upload documents multiple times

Vorteile:

I like that it has many options that you can adjust according to what you need it for, say like amount of time stopped at a location to count as a visit. It makes it so I don't have to log paperwork files and submit them for reimbursement.

Nachteile:

The only issue I ever run in to, is that sometimes when you pass near emergency vehicles, it interferes and causes a disruption in recording. Other than that I have no other cons.

Ease of use. Takes no time to check in on current mileage, history, and reimbersment rates.

Not very many cons. It is always available.

Easy to Use

Vorteile:

Motus makes it easy to track miles. Just push the start and stop button when needed. No need to back track places travelled or tracking mileage as it does it all for you. Very easy program to use.

Nachteile:

Only thing that I see as a con would be the compliance part. Having got a car that I didn't drive much during Covid its relatively low miles, but I get dinged on taxes as it over 4yrs old. But I think thats more of a gov't stipulation, not reflective on Motus
