From start to finish, the technology available met all our needs seamlessly, ensuring our event ran smoothly. Vorteile:

-The interface was easy to use. -The registration page was aesthetically pleasing. -Email templates were great and customizable. -Notifications were also easy to use. The updates were simple. -Overall registration setup was easy and customized to our needs. -Having Matti Holdridge on site. She was with us from start to finish for the entire project, including setup, cleanup, and troubleshooting. -The badges and lanyards that we designed were of supreme quality. -The registration process for our attendees on site was so easy and seamless.

Nachteile:

Although we had a fabulous project manager who did everything, we did need to reach out to her every time, as the backend was not easy to navigate without detailed instructions. While we appreciate having a project manager, having an overview training session on each feature would have been nice. This way, the project manager wouldn't always depend on our timeline. As a small staff, it's sometimes easier to do a few things independently and then have the team edit. Additionally, our daily schedule was put in as sessions instead of an agenda. We needed to be able to scan our attendees in only once per day, and it was hard at the event to find the correct session daily. Each aspect of vFairs was customizable, which is great; as I said, we have a small office, so for certain features, it would have been nice to have templates to choose from or be advised ahead of time that because each aspect is customizable and needs to be built out, requires specific attention and a certain amount of time. Hence, a needs list for all features with a timeline for implementation. I would have planned better if I understood it better.

vFairs offered a customized package to fit our unique needs. The staff have been incredibly supportive and easy to work with throughout the entire process. They always listen to our needs and work to come up with great solutions for all of our events. My customer success manager, [sensitive content hidden], has always been responsive, helpful, and ensures everything is going well. My project manager, [sensitive content hidden], is always incredibly prompt in handling my requests and makes sure that all of our needs are met.

Nachteile:

I cannot really say that there is anything I don't like.

We use vFairs for our twice-annual virtual career fairs that connect top employers in financial planning with highly qualified job candidates. Nachteile:

Booth reps and attendees struggle with setting Chat Timings. We'd also like to see more Job Search filter options/columns. We've had some tech glitchs with maximum number of open chats and the resume search feature. I've shared this feedback with our Project Manager, Hibba, and she's been very open to the feedback and eager to problem solve to improve the user experience and actionize on the feedback.

ideal solution for virtual event management

Kommentare: We required a virtual event platform capable of hosting live and pre-recorded presentations, facilitating chat, polls, surveys, ensuring a seamless attendee experience, featuring virtual expo capabilities, and boasting technical robustness. vFairs covers these needs and the regular exchange with the project team helps us to improve the event experience for our attendees.

Vorteile:

The support team is always friendly and quick to respond. The technology is robust and the attendee journey smooth from registration to login.

Nachteile:

The backend, especially the landing page editor could be more intuitive and easier to use for non-html programmers.

vFairs online trade show

Kommentare: We need a platform capable of hosting an online trade show with 150+ booths and hundreds of attendees/buyers.

Vorteile:

We where able to easily set up a large quantity of vendor booths, each selling a large amount of products. Navigation through our online event was excellent and the feel/vibe from the show matched the live events we participate in.

Nachteile:

There was nothing that we where unhappy about.

Kommentare: From the very beginning we were given focused support with plenty of training and assistance to pull off a major event in a short period of time. The platform and service are solid but, what sets vFairs apart are knowledgeable support team members and individualized handholding. Truly bar none!

Vorteile:

To say the support received is the best would be a gross understatement. Many products and platforms offer exciting and engaging virtual experiences but the individualized and immediate support we receive with vFairs has left us totally impressed.

Nachteile:

We are able to customize several aspects of the platform but there are a few minor items that would help ensure a flawless event. Nothing critical but as an example, a hybrid admin/attendee persona would be helpful for us.

Vorteile:

Our association has wanted to utilize a conference app for several years. However, the financial costs and time needed to effectively manage an app kept us from moving forward. That all changed when we were introduced to vFairs. They worked with us on securing a price that we could afford and offered a dedicated team to assist with app construction, organization, and deployment. Ammemah was WONDERFUL to work with. She had a great team that was highly attentive to our needs, provided clear and timely feedback/responses, and met with our planning team on a regular basis. The app was a big hit with our conference attendees and we look forward to making it even better next year!

Nachteile:

The only con to vFairs was that we didn't find it sooner

Event Mobile Apps for Everyone

Vorteile:

I liked that the mobile app was customized for both the association and its attendees. Even though all components did not fit our needs, vFairs was flexible enough to work with us and make an app that would allow us and our attendees to process & deliver information needed. Our Project Manager was very helpful and quick to implement updates needed in order to make sure the app was completed and LIVE in time for our event.

Nachteile:

I would have preferred to be able to make updates on my own to the app but in the long run it all worked out.

vFairs: First Time User

Kommentare: Overall I liked using vFairs from the Admin perspective. It was very easy to set up booths and get exhibitors started on the process. Our customer support representatives [sensitive content hidden]made everything easy, they answered questions, provided post-event reporting that we couldn't find, and expertly lead three training sessions for our exhibitors.

Vorteile:

Ease of setting up booths, rapid response of account representatives [sensitive content hidden], and the look and feel of the Lobby and booths.

Nachteile:

Difficulty navigating the report section and finding the reports we needed; at times it was difficult to find information and "how-to" on the website

Fantastic Customer Service

Kommentare: If it wasn't for the amazing [sensitive content hidden] addressing our last minute and I mean last minute panics from our end then I think I wouldn't have slept at all. [sensitive content hidden] went above and beyond to help us achieve and deliver our LAWW with no errors on time and within budget

Vorteile:

From the beginning of our Learning at Work Week platform, [sensitive content hidden] provided amazing customer service and was always focussed on our goals. The Platform enabled us to host a wide range of learning activities, from within Booths, to Webinars, with a global reach and no platform accessibility issues.

Nachteile:

Hard to find something to dislike, but perhaps more an area for improvement over time is the chat function from Teams if embedded in platform, but minor for the whole experience our users received.

International event usage of vfairs

Vorteile:

I really like their adaptability. They have grown with us in hybrid events and strive to met every need we have in a platform as we grow.

Nachteile:

Time zones can be a little challenging some times with most of the people working on our event being located in the Middle East.

The platform was appreciated greatly by our audience, and we received positive feedback throughout a consequent survey sent to everyone. In the setup phase the team from vFairs and especially [sensitive content hidden] our PM was very responsive and welcoming to any of our requests. When we requested a new feature it was seen as a new feature to develop for the platform, which we felt was a very fair way to work.

Kommentare: Overall experience has been good. It has allowed us to host one-off webinars and webinar series with little overhead.

Vorteile:

The completely bespoke development approach to vFairs was essential. I especially appreciate the dedicated projects team that are able to support on short notice. Nachteile:

I haven't had any major issues or concerns in using vFairs.
