Vorteile:

Among many pros, I love most its analytics features and customer support. You can literally ask for anything about web monitoring, and they do that for you. And you can ask about anything else, and they still will try to help you! It's powerful, reliable, comprehensive tool. It has been used in all companies I have worked for; once I recommended it, once I decided to choose B24 and managed it, once it had already been there.

Nachteile:

Their pricing tiers, I guess. Not all features are available in all plans, and you are limited by keywords. It's not a problem in English, but in languages with many word variants (e.g. because of inflection for person), it's a real issue.

Gründe für den Wechsel zu Brand24: SentiOne wasn't able to track mentions in all available languages. If you have a local brand, that's not a problem, but I was working for a global brand.

I like that it is easy to use, very intuitive. The graphs it presents are very clear and easy to read.

Nachteile:

It is very difficult to cancel the service. For people like me who only use it periodically, it is a bit annoying.

Exceptional customer service

Kommentare: Very happy, and as I say it felt like I was communicating with an internal team member. In the digital age, these guys understand CX.

Vorteile:

The customer service is second to none. Naturally, I engaged all their competitors. While price did put me off the competitors, it was the way in which [sensitive content hidden] interacted with me that ultimately made my decision to work with Brand 24 on an important campaign.

Nachteile:

Maybe the fact you pay once off and not monthly - those of us from regions with lower exchange rates feel the cost. But I understand it is the industry norm and a security for the business.

This tools really helps

Kommentare: Brand24 helps us optimize our time spent with social listening. We don't have to collect mentions manually anymore. It also helps with organization. It has some cool features for filtering and configuring the projects to collect mentions, this will be the most accurate possible. Amazing customer service (thanks Jacob) attention throughout my experience using this platform. Instructions are clear within the platform and its easy to set up and use.

Vorteile:

Help to manage brand performance around competitor the advance analysis helps to coverage all the reports.

Nachteile:

Nothing, please make a reminder for renewal process one week before this helps a lot to make another budgeting tools plan

Great value and good for small marketing teams

Vorteile:

Setting up my first project was simple, and the cost for what I receive is very fair. I appreciate the regular updates, but my favorite feature is the reports. They are perfect for providing media information to our board of directors.

Nachteile:

I find that news mentions aren't always picked up and I have to add them manually.

Inexpensive social listening tool

Vorteile:

Great cost-effective entry point for a non-profit wanting to get into the social listening space. Syncs with all sources we wanted to monitor--online news, FB, IG, tiktok etc. Generous non-profit discount. Account management team is very responsive.

Nachteile:

I wish there were more customizable notifications and reports. Also tiktok integration can be a little difficult to work with and understand without taking a look deeper into our settings. The thing I would like to see most improved is the tagging feature and its organization within the platform--this would make sorting and reporting easier for our team

I liked how easy and intuitive the interface was, plus all the collected data and various plans.

Nachteile:

I mistakenly understood that a plan included linkedin, but it was only tracking a linkedin company page.

A smooth way to be back on track with our monitoring

Kommentare: The Brand24 staff is very friendly and helpful. The demo was good and we were able to get started within a few days.

Vorteile:

It has exactly what we need in a tool (some other tools are too elaborate and therefore expensive) and it was very quick to get started. It's easy to set up the keywords and make projects within the tool.

Nachteile:

We got a lot of automatic sales emails in the beginning. Even after we already became a customer. We informed them about it and then it was fixed though.

It's easy to set up and provides great depth of information. It works with TikTok, Instagram etc

Nachteile:

The price. We only needed it for a specific campaign. If we could have afforded it I would probably have kept it.

It helps to have a solid ground to find all the information that is on media for a specific company. That way you can positioned your solutions with knowledge of value.

The information for Latin-American companies is not that precise or reliable.

Brand 24 is a tool that has helped me grow my social media presence and I would recommend it to anyone who has an interest in creating a better online presence for their company or brand. It's also great for understanding your competitors and what they're doing in the space

Nachteile:

Although the Brand24 team is working very hard to make this tool more beneficial and keeps on updating the thing regularly. My only ask from them is to add more tutorials on youtube to make it more useful which helps the user to find its new uses.

Can't imagine better Client Customer Service

Vorteile:

I have been working with Brand24 every single day for almost a year. My job is to promote the brand of accessories for mobile phones. I do PR and at the moment I can not imagine working without a social monitoring tool. Brand24 is the best tool of all I have tested so far. It's intuitive, delivers high quality results and I love it!

Nachteile:

There is some work to do with mobile app. :) Surely the app could be a bit better, but as I know new features are coming.

This application helps you to respond to all those who mention you online. This feature helps you to know those sites wherein you are being mentioned. There is no learning curve as such, though the appearance of all the features may confuse the users in the beginning. However, the customer support team helps a lot during the procedure. They help to keep a regular track of all the pages being managed. Their email alerts are also working brilliantly.

Nachteile:

It is very costly. There should be a smaller price put for it so that it could be affordable for all. Also, the mobile application does not provide the same level of satisfaction as the desktop version.

Brand24 is more useful than Google Alerts

Kommentare: I have enjoyed Brand24 and if I end up delving into influencer relations as well, I like that I can use it that way too.

Vorteile:

I like that I can easily find media placements for my brand without having to Google 100 different ways. I always miss placements when I Google for them.

Nachteile:

Once in a while, it will miss a placement.

-Easy to use dashboard -Keyword tracker allows users to search the entire web and find information on your brand and track their visibility. -The search engine also searches Social media mentions.

Nachteile:

-Expensive for the service. -Unfortunately, finds other unrelated mentions. -History Search is limited.

Great tool

Kommentare: I'm a marketing and PR specialist on the dropzone and I've been using Brand24 for 2 years now with some dead periods when the season is off. It lets me monitor not only our brand awareness and opinions that appear online. I also use it to find people who are interested in extreme sports in general.

Vorteile:

Intuitive admin panel, clear rules and outstanding customer service.

Nachteile:

Lack of recurrent payment. During season i don't have time to monitor each invoice that comes so recurrent payment would be perfect here.

Very easy to use platform, customer support is responsive and helpful.

Kommentare: I'm able to monitor social posts and forums for our brand mentions. Instead of spending time looking for these opportunities, Brand24 finds them for me so that I can spend my time responding to them.

Vorteile:

They definitely find discussions and posts that I would not have found alone. The interface effectively displays a lot of features without feeling cluttered.

Nachteile:

A fair number of useless hits in between the good ones. Lots of noise to filter. Good value for the money but it would be nice if more keywords were allowed in each pricing tier.
