PDF Pro - Editing and compression with simplicty

Kommentare: PDF Pro This application preety much good to compress the size of file. Due to large file size sometime my SMTP client hangs so i use to compress such pdf file before sending in email attachment.

Vorteile:

No need to download the application actually on my machine, i can edit my file online as well as can compress the same. Can merge multiple pdf files in a single file is an awesome feature of this tool. Import and export feature in different format easy to use.

Nachteile:

Some advance features require a bit knowledge to use.

Kommentare: My experience has been very good the truth, the only thing that has happened unfavorable is that when it comes to needing technical support I have not obtained a quick response and the documentation that exists is quite short.

Vorteile:

First of all I love that with this PDF editor you can do absolutely everything that others allow you to do and also the cost is much lower, it allows me to edit my pdf documents, create them from word, excel, powerpoint, among others , also one thing that allows me to be very, very useful is to be able to place my watermark on my documents and therefore avoid using the material that I create without my authorization.

Nachteile:

The truth is that there is nothing negative in this software, more than the lack of technical support, which is not entirely good.

The Best App for sending and saving Notes

Vorteile:

I like the way it views the slides. We can even edit the slides which we view from Pdf pro. During this lockdown i got to use this app and it was the best one among 3. I barely need to use other apps because this app lets me save my pdf slides as well as creat my slides . For teachers, Students, Reserchers this app is must as it fulfils all the desire what we need to view and make PDF.

Nachteile:

The storage is limited which also leds to delete old files for new files. Not only this i dont like the thumbnail. If the thumbnail of the pdf file showed the 1st page of the slide it would be much easier to save files.

It offers very important tools

Kommentare: PDF Pro has allowed me to edit and make quick changes to my PDF documents. I usually use its web interface, which is quite fast and has always been useful to me and I have not had any problems every time I have used it.

Vorteile:

PDF Pro is quite easy to use and its website is always ready to apply changes. The application allows me to carry out several actions in my PDF document, including editing the PDF, converting PDF to Word or Image, removing pages or merging several documents. I like to make all these changes to my document through the web platform, it is very fast and efficient.

Nachteile:

There is not much I can say about it, it has fulfilled 100% with its functionalities.

Best pdf editor online

1) With the help of this online editor we were able to create, modify and compress various pdf editors. 2) Can easily be rated as the high in class

Nachteile:

1) Even though the pricing justifies the various features it can still be reduced to a certain limit. 2) Moreover no complains as it is doing well

Needed a PDF converter and after a quick google search, found PDF Pro and got the job done!

Kommentare: Could use online at home and not restrained to the office. Has come handy when at a airport and needing to convert or change a PDF quick.

Vorteile:

Quick and easy to use online site. No lag when uploading or downloading the document. Able to remove password locks that were misplaced. Conversions to other document types was effortless.

Nachteile:

Could improve on processing time. Would be nice to have a desktop executable to utilise as it could be useful. Online subscription could be reduced.

Poor support

Vorteile:

My needs are minimal so I purchased PDF PRO as it was on the low end of expense.

Nachteile:

After using Adobe writer for years at another company I switched to PDF PRO Limited at my new office as my needs are limited to very simple editing of a few file numbers. Adobe was great and easy. PDF PRO was not as robust but for the money I was ok with that until it stopped working a month after I purchased it. I tried support to get it fixed to which there was a preliminary response asking for copies of documents so they could see the problem. I sent it then nothing happened. As I have not been able to edit documents I have been editing word documents then saving as a PDF and then deleting and inserting updated pages into a pdf document with PDF PRO. Clearly not ideal. I had asked for my money back but they said no as it was over 60 days (I believe.) I again reached out and they suggested I delete and reinstall which I did. It still has the same issue that anything I try to edit corrupts the file and cannot be opened in another pdf program including Adobe which is what most computers use. I reached out again and again silence. I am now giving up and getting another program.

The best alternative to Acrobat on the market

It does everything we used to use Acrobat for. It allows us to import and convert via the software or online. The price point is perfect. Free

Nothing negative to say. Works as it should.

Kommentare: Adobe Acrobat of course is the best and most expensive. At just a fraction of the cost, PDF Pro does all of the things we need it to. We need to add and remove pages, use dynamic stamps. Create PDF's from Word and Excel or any program. It does all these thing, and does them easily.

Vorteile:

Price! Ease of install. Ease of use, even for the nubie.

Nachteile:

I have not found anything to complain about.

Signing up process is very simple. With our gmail id we can sign-in in this software easily.

Nachteile:

Its user interface is a bit complicated. It is not very clean looking. We have to put some efforts to search functions. It also has less features compared to other similar softwares.

PDF Pro for the best online document solution

Vorteile:

PDF Pro is great. With PDF pro you can easily convert documents to PDF and also convert documents to Word from PDF. It is the best solution for editing PDF documents and because it is an online solution it will work despite the operating system you use. I would recommend PDF Pro to anyone.

Nachteile:

Being and internet based product, sometimes it can be a bit slow when converting however this is more the exception than the rule.

One solution for all PDF needs

Kommentare: Altogether PDF pro is a decent software to do your daily PDF needs.

Vorteile:

Extremely very lite interface and easy to understand. It helps to convert doc files to PDF, also it allows to edit and make changes on PDF files. The shrinking options help a lot during sharing the large PDF files through the internet. The best software to organize the PDF files and easily rotate each and every page as per our requirements.

Nachteile:

However, we need some improvements in UI to attract new users. There some lacks in features when compared to the Bluebeam PDF editor and need to add on future upgrades. Sometimes it not allows to convert larger Doc files and takes some more time during conversion process.

This is an online software wherein pdf can be created and converted to and from powerpoint, images, word or excel in any browser. It secured as you can add password.

Nachteile:

It is not entirely free. 3 documents are free to access though every month.

What an incredible PDF editor!! Just so many features

Kommentare: I've had an overall great experience using DocFly and it's perfect for anyone looking for a PDF editor in a business environment.

Vorteile:

I love its ability to search through text with ease and converting almost anything into a PDF it just makes life working with documents easier

Nachteile:

I do think it has an integration issue with Microsoft Office because I cannot export these PDFs into word documents

If you are emailing the documents are an attachment, you can shrink the attachment so that it is not too big and stops the email from being received. PDF can be saved for long periods of time. You can edit the document which you saved PDF. If you documents are up side down you can turn them to the right direction .

Nachteile:

Some times when you converting the documents it takes to long. Sometimes you cannot convert the document to a WORD document because it is too big.

PDF Pro an Adobe alternative

Kommentare: My overall experience has been great. It acts as a alternative and donetines s solution when dealing with various documents.

Vorteile:

Doesn’t require subscription to ADOBE. More functional than just Adobe Reader

Nachteile:

Has functional limitations. Sometimes I encounter sharing or usability with other systems.

Essential PDF editor!

Kommentare: If you use/edit PDF's on a frequent basis as I do, this software is essential!

Vorteile:

PDF Pro is an incredibly user-friendly piece of software. When needed, help files are readily available and useful.

Nachteile:

the only downside is that it is quite expensive compared to other competitors in the market, which is a slight put off.

Pretty simple to use. I use it everyday at work to create work orders and mail them out. Never have issues with it.

Nachteile:

Nothing really. Can be slow reacting it seems but that’s not really an issue just personal preference

Best pdf solution

Vorteile:

PDF Pro is extremely user friendly and fast even on old machines. The features it offers are interesting and useful.

Nachteile:

I find it quite expensive for the features it offers.

Really disappointed.

Kommentare: None. Needed to copy and paste tables with formatting but it looses formatting.

That is was a possible alternative to Adobe Acrobat..

Nachteile:

1. Usable screen space. Sent a suggestion to make the giant menu header smaller. Received No Valid reply. 2. Customer Service never answered my inquiries. 3. Copy/Paste does not take formatting with it. Makes the software not usable for me.

the main advantage is being able to convert files in other formats to pdf not all formats can be visualized, so it is necessary to convert it, and this software is the easiest and safest way I have found It is compatible with different operating systems I have the option to configure whether or not I want someone to be able to edit or print my document

Nachteile:

I wanted to have the pdf pro on my mobile device, however I have not found the application, so I have to convert the files online

Vorteile:

-Lets you easily transfer .docs into .pdf or the other way around with ease -Allows for a simple organization -Every function that you would normal have a problem with is generally simplified which allows for a much higher efficiency

Nachteile:

The only problem that I see within this software, Is the fact that depending on how large the .pdf/.docs Is, It would affect the transferring process (as in it'll take longer).

I like the different things one can do with this - have needed to do various things with a PDF and it's been helpful.

Nachteile:

What I like lease about this software is limited - took a minute to learn how to use it but otherwise has been easy.
