Mit Box tauschen wir Dateien unter Kollegen aus, das System ist sehr einfach zu bedienen, wir haben immer alle den aktuellen Stand der Daten

Nachteile:

ich habe keine Ahnung, wo die Daten letztendlich gespeichert werden

Meine Erfahrungen mit Box

Vorteile:

einfache Speicherung von Inhalten aller Art

Nachteile:

einfache Verwaltung und auf die Inhalte können von überall aus zugegeriffen werden

Box als Dateisharingplattform

Vorteile:

Box ist leicht von jedermann zu bedienen, daher war es sehr einfach im Unternehmen zu verteilen

Nachteile:

spezielle Einstellungen sind von Benutzern unter Umständen schwer zu finden

Box als Tool für Schulungen

Vorteile:

Mir gefällt die Möglichkeit, größere Datenmengen problemlos zu teilen.

Nachteile:

Die kostenlose Version ist recht begrenzt.

Vorteile:

Das leichte und benutzerfreundliche Interface!

Nachteile:

Bisher fehlt mir die Funktion Gruppen anzulegen, wer auf welche Dateien Rechte hat, eventuell exestiert diese Feature, aber bisher nicht gefunden.

Effizientes Dokumenten-Management im Großkonzern

Kommentare: Box hat für mich den lokalen Dokumenten-Ordner auf meiner Festplatte gänzlich ersetzt.

Vorteile:

Ich nutze box inzwischen ausschließlich im web und schätze die Möglichkeit, Dateien direkt vom Browser aus in Microsoft Office Anwendungen zu öffnen und Änderungen direkt auf box zu speichern - ohne dass dazu eine Synchronisierung über einen Daemon bzw. Hintergrund-Software nötig wäre.

Nachteile:

Die Synchronisation mit dem Windows-Explorer via Box Sync hat bei mir gelegentlich zu Konflikten geführt - daher bin ich zur Nutzung von box im Browser übergegangen.

Kommentare: Using Zapier workflow automation, we were able to mimic a google workspace type experience for our project management needs which we chose box because of a 20+ year relationship and its robust list of available integration options thanks to its multi-decade cultivating of relationships unmatched by any of their competitors.

Vorteile:

Their Cloud infrastructure is one of the original online storage spaces, which i have used since 2001 to keep my songwriting files secure. My favorite unique advantage that box has is its file versioning. As a songwriter it can be challenging saving updated lyrics though still utilizing autosave to avoid unintended deletion. File versioning combines the two and organizes all versions, with an easy selectbox convenient for final drafting.

Nachteile:

Their workspace is pretty generic, which can be more seamless as a one-stop project management superapp, which is made possible by zapier

Easy File Searchability and Management

Kommentare: Overall Box makes organization easier for our small marketing agency. We have tens of thousands of files, if not hundreds, and they're all easily found via the Box app and website.

Vorteile:

Box makes organizing our server a breeze and finding files quick and easy. The search function and the ability to filter by file type is huge.

Nachteile:

Depending on specific settings set by the admin, file links sometimes disappear and become inactive. Although this is good for safety reasons, it makes referring to old files a bit inconvenient.

Popular but not as fast-running for all devices

Nachteile:

It makes my device run so slow- I can only use it on specific devices because it makes it all take so long to load on the box on my pc

Box is where it’s at!!!

Kommentare: Overall, I thought box was easy to use easy to show others how to use an easy to add documentation to.

Vorteile:

The product has become more robust through the years of using it at 2 different companies.

Nachteile:

Sometimes an account needs to be created before someone can view items that are shared.

Good integration with core systems, good options for team sizing and data amounts, slightly harder to use

Kommentare: One of our core systems had out of the box integration with box.com and we used it for our team. The feedback from our users was mixed. Whilst the integration worked great, the team felt box was a bit harder to use then other competitors.

Vorteile:

Expandability - nearly any number of team members and storage amounts are supported in either a team or business setting. Good clients - both mac and win clients are supported and work well. Integration - many core business systems have box integrations and the API works well.

Nachteile:

Pricing is higher than competitors for the same value. The web interface is clunkier than other competitors.

A Formidable Tool for Files Storage and Sharing.

Kommentare: It's simple to access files with Box on any device, anytime. I can easily search files quickly when using Box.

Vorteile:

Box enables ease to organize and manage files and documents. It is simple to share files faster using Box. I like how Box enables secure files storage.

Nachteile:

I have no negative remarks to make about Box as it best suits all my needs.

A decent alternative to it's competitors.

Kommentare: Overall it was a needed product at the right time but it didn't quite fill all my needs.

Vorteile:

At the time I was using it it was one of the only mobile applications available for cloud storage so it was valuable to me as a product

Nachteile:

The space available for free. I was struggling to get my business going and couldn't afford the cost for all the storage I needed at the time

Simple and sorted file sharing

Kommentare: Experience is good and helpful with Box. As our main work is logs management and analyse the logs by taking it from customer. This work is easy with Box to take logs and to see the issues with easy storing and sharing capabilities.

Vorteile:

1. Helpful in storing and accessing large size files with ease and security. 2. Easy login if there is a account and can provide permission to each file. 3. Sharing files with short links, handling company data and signatures are effective and not a big deal now.

Nachteile:

1. It urge to create account who is not in box to access file which sometimes a headache for customers, 2. Quite costly for small organizations.

Box is amazing

Vorteile:

I like how secure and convenient it is for storing and sharing files online.

Nachteile:

It makes everything we do easy, organized and quick to share so nothing to dislike.

Kommentare: Box is a good-to-use cloud storage app but there are better alternatives out there.

Box cloud is a browser-focused cloud storage app that offers generous free storage for personal use.

Nachteile:

Box Cloud's subscription is expensive for the storage amount offered.

Box is my number one cloud storage software!

Kommentare: Overall Box is my favorite cloud storage software. I use both Online and Mobile App and love the seamless use from one to the other. In all the years that I've been using Box, I have never had a single security issue. The functions are easy and intuitive. File loading and transferring is very fast. Box is a very solid and reliable product, with a high trust factor. I highly recommened.

Vorteile:

Box offered the best introductory deal, so I gave it a try. I like the clean interface, ease of use, security, and intuitive functions. Box makes file sharing easy and very reliable.

Nachteile:

I've been using Box for over 3 years and have never had a negative experience.

Helpful for collaboration

Kommentare: We've used it for years to track various parts of our business, with the persona on site and the one in the office, both able to update, without having to meet or even be in the same place.

Vorteile:

Quick, simple, easy way to collaborate with others across distances.

Nachteile:

I really can't think of anything. We mainly use the spreadsheets and it works great.

So easy, so secure, no limits.

Kommentare: Great. It's so easy to use and I can do all my backup files and sharing files with clients in the same place so I don't have to duplicate work.

Vorteile:

No limit to file size or number of files and folders for the business (PRO) account.

Nachteile:

If you want truly unlimited file size and number of files you have to make quite a big leap in price from the standard account.

Solid File Sharing System

Kommentare: I have been using Box for many years. As an early adopter, I can say that the brand has been loyal to it’s early adopters and that is really appreciated. I only ran into an issue once with a storage related issue and their support team had to run a script to fix it but they were very responsive as they tackled my request in a few business hours which was impressive. Highly recommend.

Vorteile:

Generous data storage allowance Competitive Pricing Top-notch support team and I’m talking from experience.

Nachteile:

Sometimes some files get duplicated so you might have to delete doubles manually but I’d rather have my files doubled than deleted. So far the archiving on Box has been a pleasant experience as I never experienced data loss.

Box is a great file storage, sharing, and collaboration tool.

Kommentare: Overall, the last 4+ years the tool has been really helpful for our organization. We also feel more secure adding files in Box that are sensitive vs Google Drive, so we use this as a backup up location for these types of files.

Vorteile:

Cloud storage of files that are also accessible in the cloud and desktop. Ability to limit access across staff, project teams, and internal or external organizations. Large capacity for file storage at your fingertips.

Nachteile:

Some features are not as thoughtout as other tools: renaming large amounts of items like photos, moving files from one folder to another, and many times links shared to outside orgs and emails dont work the first time.

Accessing Data Easily With Box Software

Kommentare: Box is accessible easily. I am able to access my data from anywhere in the globe as long as am connected to internet because they store our data in the cloud.

Vorteile:

Box is a secure software for storing data on and accessing data too. With Box am to access data easily because it is stored in cloud.

Nachteile:

Box has no dislikes at all it's just fine to use.

I improve my work tools

Kommentare: improves the organization, security and control of the projects that I am carrying out with my team

Vorteile:

It allows me to have better prepared work with my team to prepare projects, having all the information protected and everyone working together for better speed and collaboration among all. It is easy to access from any device and this allows me to always be in contact and work from wherever I am without having to be in person at the office.

Nachteile:

I would only like the response times from the customer service team to be faster and not have to wait for long responses.

A robust tool.3+ years using it and it is superb.

Kommentare: Box allows us to work at our full potential and make quicker decisions.

Vorteile:

The safety and security Box brings when sharing files is mond blowing,It is also very easy and effective to send files,download and receive files as well.

Nachteile:

Nothing really,I like the interface and the ease of use.There is nothing I would change at all.
