I also like that you can get real "payout" for your points in the form of gift cards for things people will actually use. Not just "1000 points for a 50% discount" on roller blades or tire changes.

Nachteile:

The only downside is to use it inside Yammer we have to download a browser extension.

Recognize your peers easily and quickly

Kommentare: Since I joined this company I started using Recognize. The first time a colleague recognizes you is really beautiful, they make you understand that the place where you are working really focuses on the human. Recognize makes these sensations possible.

Vorteile:

Recognize is a fantastic and simple tool that allows you to recognize co-workers in different categories. It allows you to create completely personalized badges according to what you want to recognize. Generates an ideal work environment and promotes the growth of camaraderie. Being from Meta, it integrates perfectly with Workplace. It also allows you to add points according to different activities.

Nachteile:

Its integrations are limited, it only works with Workplace, Facebook, and Outlook. Some interesting direct integrations would be missing, like Slack, for example, which is only achieved with third-party apps like Zapier. If it is not used well, it can generate unhealthy competition, but this depends on those who manage it, not on the app.

Allegiant Program Amazing Review

Kommentare: I've had a great experience with Program Amazing and I've noticed that Agents are very appreciative when they receive a Value Amazing Point. and I like how seamless the program is and easy to understand and the sense of recognition it gives our agents.

Vorteile:

I love the fact that Value Amazing is a companywide program that highlights allegiants core values so that we can recognize agents that embody what makes allegiant a great company to work for.

Nachteile:

The only con from my perspective is the point structure... I believe it could be a higher valued "points" structure so that agents could see more results in a timely manner.

I appreciate seeing positive feedback from fellow colleagues. It's rewarding and shows appreciation.

Nachteile:

I don't have anything bad to say about it. Except for when I tried to redeem an e-gift card it was difficult to use online and at the store. I had to exchange that and get a physical card.

I wish we could put a certain amount to each recognized status, instead of you telling us how much each one is worth.

Kommentare: Its nice and fun to interact. Its also rewarding to see the different animations of badges associated with the rewards. Very cute, Very demure, Very Mindful.

Vorteile:

I like the fact that we can use emojis and GIFs to interact with our rewards/Peers. It's very lovely and lively.

Nachteile:

I can't see how many points i get per reward when i go check it. I'd have to go to the separate reward list page to try and see how many points the reward i got was valued for. It would be nice to see how many points i got attached to the reward name.

Vorteile:

It’s a very great way to be able to spread your thanks and appreciation in so many ways and describe the reason for a Recognition. The society in all work environments need this. People need to receive and shout out a lot more and lift each other up. It’s absolutely crucial honestly!

Nachteile:

There’s nothing I can think of that I dislike at all! But there’s nothing more meaningful than a thank you; an appreciation, or shout to someone directly face to face. Yes I know not all people can be face to face so that’s why I feel Capterra gave society a way to speak out in a POSITIVE Manner…Great job!

Recognizing Recognize for being AWESOME!

Kommentare: Outstanding. This company is the first I've worked for to use it. I think it's incredibly easy to use and it is extremely flexible with regard to customizing the types of recognition we can offer.

Vorteile:

The flexibility to provide a detailed message so that I can be very specific about what the person did to receive the recognition. I also love being able to include a meme. It allows for creativity and fun. Lastly - I really like how you can "like" a recognition in so many different ways using the emoticons.

Nachteile:

Sometimes the system seems to "bind up" and there will be a white bar that shows progress to the next step in recognition but it stalls and doesn't allow me to move forward. This happens very rarely.

Vorteile:

I love that I can accumulate points and redeem rewards. Getting lots of recognize badges makes me feel good and I love I get a gift for it too. Its kinda like putting money where your mouth is and genuinely rewarding people for a job well done.

Nachteile:

At my company, peers can not give recognizes that give recognize points which limits its power and effectiveness in my opinion

Kommentare: I have been on both ends of the recognize app....received and submitted recognition. It's easy to use, fun to receive, but even more rewarding to extend gratitude and sentiments to others!

Kommentare: The overall experience has made it much easier to recognize people in an open forum to let all know they are doing great things.

Vorteile:

It provides a platform to openly recognize people. This enables a sense of accomplishment/pride for the person being recognized.

Nachteile:

Nothing at this point. I think people need to ensure they are equally recognizing others to prevent a sense of favoritism even though that is not the intention.
