Intuitive and Reliable

Kommentare: Excellent reports and functionality

Vorteile:

Daxko is the gold standard of CRM tools. Every option is configured to where you expect it to be. Our IT Dept has integrated into our systems and I am working with vendors to use it with external software.

Nachteile:

the Mass amount of options and features it is easy to get lost discovering new reports and new ways of doing the same thing.

Daxko - User-Friendly and Simple!

Kommentare: Overall, Daxko is user-friendly, meets our needs perfectly, and is easy to navigate. I would absolutely recommend this product to others in search of a good database host.

Vorteile:

I enjoy how easy it is to find the information I need. Daxko is easy to navigate and learn, but it's also simple to search information in the database.

Nachteile:

The only thing I wish was better is on my end; I wish the site loaded faster.

Data Nightmare

Kommentare: Besides a few friendly representatives who are quick to respond, my experience using the product for historical data that I need for grant reports and our annual report has been truly awful.

Vorteile:

- Phone Representatives are friendly and transparent when they do not have answers. - They are at least attempting to have an organization specific report.

Nachteile:

- Representatives often do not have a way of assisting and cases aren’t resolved - “Not for Historical Data” - No way to track demographic data for activity check in The list goes on, I just don’t have the characters for it.

Navigating with ease...

Kommentare: Overall, I enjoy Daxko Operations and the support the system gives in doing my job. Whether signing up new members, registering for programs, or financial reconciliations.

Vorteile:

I like the ease of navigating through Daxko Operations. Once learning the program, the ease of navigating the site makes my job so much easier when it comes to doing what I need to get done.

Nachteile:

Initially, learning where each action that I needed to take was difficult, but after learning the system with repetition, it made it much easier to complete the tasks.

DAXKO Operations for the win!

Kommentare: Overall, I have used DAXKO Operations for over 10 years. It holds a lot of info right at your fingertips, is easily accessible, and I know it well.

Vorteile:

Holds lots of info at your fingertips, can be accessed from my desktop, off site on my laptop, or from my phone while I'm everywhere

Nachteile:

Sometimes it has too many clicks to get to where you need to be, also going "back" takes you all the way out sometimes... like while printing info sheets for kids in After SChool

User-Friendly

Kommentare: My Overall experience with Daxko has been great. I have been using Daxko now for about 10 years and I have never really had any problems with it.

Vorteile:

Daxko is very user-friendly and very responsive

Nachteile:

I can't think of anything that I don't like about Daxko

Kommentare: It has been a very positive experience.

Vorteile:

I love how easy it is to find a member and the new sub-roster function.

Nachteile:

I would like to see a function that allows you to remove old state contracts and adjust billing without having to un-enroll and re-register the child.

need for ability to quantities with unit entry as in sale of multiple items under person (not fast fee) or listing. Example: 10 costumes purchased by [sensitive content hidden] @ $10 each under Dance/dance Costume =$100

Daxko is Adaptable and Responsive

Kommentare: Overall I have had a positive experience with Daxko Operations. It is meets my needs 99% of the time. It also changes to improve my user experience.

Vorteile:

The relatively fast response to the needs of our organization and clear communication about upcoming changes.

Nachteile:

Getting rosters for events is a little tricky and I wish there was a photo roster of past member access logs. This would help when trying to identify a guest by appearance in the event of an incident where they have not or cannot give their own name

Kommentare: It is not intimidating like some programs...it makes sense! I also like the constant communication with the host.

Vorteile:

User friendly and I feel like Daxko is constantly making updates only improving the program.

Nachteile:

I like most everything and the fact that they keep updating it and making it more user friendly!

Kommentare: I think that over all it has been very easy to use and the problems that we have had were corrected

Some of the format that the recodes are kept in could be made to be a little more user friendly.

Kommentare: With Daxko eight years, If I have a problem theirs I can troubleshot.

Modest Review of An Employee

Vorteile:

I like that payments and membership profiles are not a hassle. Each screen is simple and easy to read.

Nachteile:

I would like an option for quickly undoing the last action made on an account.

Near perfection!

Kommentare: To sum it all up Daxko had been stable and capable to work with new and existing members. I prefer Daxko over previous systems I have interacted with.

Vorteile:

Consistency and accuracy of searching power.

Nachteile:

Emails amongst other information prohibiting from creating a new account if its tied with an other account irrelevant to the person signing on as a new member. Also an occasional lag on searches.

The evolution of Daxco

Vorteile:

It was prompt and precise with whatever actions needed

Nachteile:

It will freeze up and the program will shutdowns

i think once you get the hang of it, you find it is actually very simple to use !

there are so many different passwords, logging in! and makes you sign in twice .. what is that

Kommentare: It is a great software for use to use with our memberships and childcare

Vorteile:

We have had other systems in the past but this one user friendly.

Nachteile:

We would love it if we went back to name, date of birth, telephone number etc was all together like before

2.5 years of use

Kommentare: Daxko was overall okay. It provided what was needed, but ease of use was not where it should have been.

Vorteile:

Daxko Operations has been the only software I have known and used daily for the last two and a half years. It seems to be able to do all of the necessary things you would need (i.e. membership, reports, finance, etc), but it took some getting used to to be able to use efficiently.

Nachteile:

The layout of the web page was difficult to navigate. It seemed like certain tasks were hidden under irrelevant tabs. The was difficult to have a efficient work flow when running reports and dealing with finance. It took a long time to figure out where each report was hidden and still have trouble locating certain things on the web page.

Getting better, but still some distance to go...

Kommentare: Daxko Ops is much simpler to use than other CRM/Database systems, but it has some ways to go in terms of functionality and adaptability. Fortunately, Daxko has become very responsive to evolving user needs and has really stepped up its customer service. It can take hours searching for solutions on the user forums, however, Daxko staff are very responsive when you phone or email them. My YMCA association was among the first of the Daxko adopters and I've been here two years. From what I see, it has been an expensive solution that met basic needs, but was slow to adapt. There is now an enhanced effort to improve customer/user interfaces and interoperability in a web and cloud-based environment. It's basic and it does the job, but Daxko still has some distance to go to fully meet the evolving needs of a diverse, multi-platform client base. Fortunately, it appears to be on the right track as it rolls out new features. Perhaps the best part of Daxko is the shared community experience. Daxko users are very generous with their help, information and process documentation.

Vorteile:

Ease of use. Community forums are extremely useful. Customer service has become top notch and very proactive about providing training when new features are rolled out.

Nachteile:

Creating custom reports is a huge challenge when trying to pull and analyze data. Also, the Daxko Ops interface with our web site is downright awful for users trying to log in or conduct searches - although they are working on that.

SEVYMCA Review

Kommentare: Working with Daxko Operations has been a really positive experience. I've worked with Daxko Spectrum (CSI) and with ActiveNet in the past. Operations has been the easiest to use and to teach.

Vorteile:

It is very user friendly and easy to teach new employees how to use the Daxko Operations. We rely heavily on part-time employees to enroll memberships and programs and provide customer information. Daxko Operations is easy to teach new employees how to navigate the system.

Nachteile:

Finding some of the reports can be time consuming. I'm not sure how to create my own custom reports.

Kommentare: It's the best software for Y's but it can be improved on. Can't customize or make changes to the system.

Vorteile:

easy to use interface. can catch on quickly.

Nachteile:

Difficult to customize. Can only do it if Daxko allows it. needs to be updated to the 21 century. interface reminds me of Windows 98. Could use some better standards reports. like who is on hold, how many cancelations are pending or will be canceled at the end of the month.
