Gutes Online-Terminplanungstool

Kommentare: Sehr gutes Tool mit kleinen Schwächen beim internationalen Einsatz und bei Integration in Websites.

Vorteile:

Calendly ist für mich die beste Online-Terminplanungssoftware und lässt sich im Vergleich zu Book Like a Boss oder die Online-Terminbuchung von Teams leicht einrichten, gut mit dem Kalender synchronisieren und ebenso gut auf der eigenen Website einrichten.

Nachteile:

Die Übersetzung ins Deutsche ist weniger gut. Statt "Abbrechen", um eine Änderung nicht zu speichern, heißt es in Calendly "Absagen". Man kann seinen Kunden keine Möglichkeit anbieten, selber Termine vorzuschlagen, falls die freigegebenen Termine nicht passen. Microsoft Teams kann nur mit der Business-Lizenz genutzt werden. Es gibt keine richtige WordPress-Integration (bspw. als Gravity Forms-Erweiterung), sondern nur die Möglichkeit, Calendly per iframe in die eigene Website zu integrieren. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, mehrsprachige Buchungsformulare anzulegen.

Der einfachste Weg Termine zu vereinbaren

Kommentare: Insgesamt hat mit Calendly sehr gut gefallen, was die Bedienbarkeit und Anpassungsmöglichkeiten betreffen. Calendly würde ich jederzeit uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Vorteile:

Mir hat besonders gut gefallen, dass ich meinen Calendly Kalender über einen individuellen Link in Social Media Profilen wie LinkedIn teilen konnte. Das Setup ist sehr intuitiv gestaltet und einfach umzusetzen. Erinnerungsmails sind sehr wertvoll, da sie mich und den Adressaten über den bevorstehenden Termin informieren.

Nachteile:

Leider nur ein Kalender zur Auswahl in der kostenlosen Version und das Mailing bei Absagen war hier eingeschränkt. Der Funktionsumfang von Benachrichtigungen war nur im kostenpflichtigen Plan möglich.

Das einzig wahre Tool für Terminplanung, leider mit dem entsprechenden Preis

Kommentare: Ich bin begeisterter Nutzer, das einzige, was mich immer mal wieder gestört hat, ist der Preis, auf das Jahr gesehen ist das doch nennenswert. Allerdings habe ich viele Alternativen getestet, die immer in Zuverlässigkeit, Schnelligkeit und / oder der Nutzerfreundlichkeit schlechter waren.
Termine bringen mir aber Kundenkontakt und das wiederum ist mein Cashflow, das MUSS einwandfrei laufen.

Vorteile:

Es funktioniert ordentlich wie es soll und das extrem schnell und zuverlässig.

Nachteile:

Einzig der Preis stört mich an Calendly.

Schnelle und Einfache Terminabstimmung

Kommentare: Calendly ist ein äußerst effizientes Tool zur Terminplanung, das uns in der täglichen Arbeit enorm unterstützt. Die größte Stärke von Calendly liegt in seiner Fähigkeit, den Prozess der Terminfindung zu automatisieren und zu vereinfachen. Mit Calendly können wir einfach Verfügbarkeiten teilen, ohne dabei ständig E-Mails hin und her zu senden. Das System synchronisiert sich nahtlos mit unserem Kalender, was Doppelbuchungen verhindert und sicherstellt, dass Termine immer aktuell sind.

Vorteile:

Uns gefällt besonders gut, dass die Terminabstimmung durch die Kalendersynchronisation schnell und unkompliziert ist, was uns viel Zeit spart.

Nachteile:

Bisher haben wir keine Nachteile feststellen können

Optimale Terminplanung

Kommentare: Calendly ist meiner Meinung nach auch optimales Tool für die Terminplanung, welches auch gut mobil funktioniert. Die Möglichkeit, Echtzeittermine für das Team einzugeben, finde ich besonders toll, falls es mal zu Planänderungen kommt. Alle sind sofort informiert. Ich bin insgesamt begeistert und nutze Calendly gerne seit geraumer Zeit.

Vorteile:

Am besten gefällt mir bei Calendly, dass ich es mobil nutzen kann. Die Übersicht ist schnell greifbar und die Termine schnell geplant. Auch die Echtzeitanzeige gefällt mir besonders gut, wenn es mal kurzfristige Terminierungen gibt und das Team schnell informiert werden soll.

Nachteile:

Bisher habe ich an Calendly nichts zu bemängeln.

Für Vertriebler ein wichtiges Tool!

Vorteile:

Als Vertriebsassistenz im Cold Calling ist es für mich besonders wichtig, effizient und schnell Termine mit potentiellen Interessenten buchen zu können, ohne dabei besonders viel Zeit zu verlieren und aus dem Flow zu kommen, der für einen Kaltakquisiteur entscheidend ist. Hier hilft Calendly extrem zuverlässig - es zeigt mir sofort an, welche Zeiten an welchen Tagen bei unserem Geschäftsführer frei sind und kann diese Termine problemlos am Telefon anbieten. Wenn sich ein passender Termin findet, ist dieser innerhalb weniger Sekunden gebucht und der Interessent erhält zudem eine Bestätigungsemail. Alleine diese E-Mail spart Minuten an zusätzlichem Aufwand. Durch die Automation ist der Vorgang schnell und zuverlässig erledigt, der Interessent hat alle Informationen erhalten, die er braucht und ich konnte mit wenigen Klicks mehrere Kommunikationsschritte auf einmal erledigen.

Nachteile:

Hier gibt es eigentlich nicht viel auszusetzen. Das Tool ist simpel und bietet eine simple Lösung und kann daher auch nicht viele Fehler machen.

Am besten finde ich die sehr einfache und schnelle Bedienung. Unsere Kunden kommen auch gut damit zurecht und freuen sich, dass wir diese Funktion der Terminbuchung anbieten.

Nachteile:

Für bestimmte Terminarten, hätte ich gerne mehr Felder im Formular anlegen können. Aber das war kein wirklicher Nachteil der störend.

Calendly als Online Booking Tool

Kommentare: Ich nutze es sporadisch für 1:1 Termine mit einzelenen Kunden. Als VA, die auch Kalender von Kunden verwaltet oder Meetings mit mehreren externen Kunden und Lieferanten planen muss, ist das Tool ungeeignet.

Vorteile:

Ich kann meinen Kunden den Link zur Verfügung stellen und sie können sich automatisch Termine buchen. Eine Integration in mehrere Kalender ist möglich.

Nachteile:

Es ist unübersichtlich zu bedienen. Der Kunde sieht nur ob ein Zeitfenster frei ist oder nicht. Eine Unterteilung in z.B. Abwesenheiten aufgrund von Dienstreisen ist nicht möglich und so muss im Kalender immer der gesamte Tag geblockt werden. Der Funtionsumfang als Free Version ist sehr gering.

Positiv überrascht

Kommentare: Ich war ursprünglich gegen eine Online Terminvereinbarungs App. Ich konnte mir nicht vorstellen dass diese besonders beliebt ist bei potenziellen Kunden. Aber ich habe mich enttäuscht und die app wurde mir empfohlen und es ist wirklich toll, es macht Spass mit der App zu arbeiten und ist erfrischend unkompliziert und benutzerfreundlich.

Unkompliziert, einfach - lässt sich in die Website einbetten und Lässt sich anpassen

Nachteile:

Ich war absolut zufrieden zu 100%, es gab wirklich nichts zu bemängeln.

Easy to setup, add to calendar, and reschedule

Vorteile:

I most liked that when a meeting was booked, it automatically went into both my and my guest's calendars. We did not need to go to our emails and confirm or "add to calendar"manually... it just went right in.It is also nice that I could customize and color code my profile and meeting types. Making meeting types was easy. Really the whole Calendly setup is easy and quicker than I would have expected.Lastly, when I book using other people's Calendly, I love being able to click on the event in my calendar and reschedule with a reason. This flow is so easy.

Nachteile:

I usually have great feedback on how to improve a product. For this one, Calendly has nailed it!

Calendly is the Sherrif of Convinience

Kommentare: On overall I have enjoyed every bit of Calendly. But majorly just how simplistic it is for use. Also it is convenient and valuable for scheduling each and every engagements

Vorteile:

Calendly is definitely the new Sherrif in town. I appreciate that it has a free plan which at the beginning came through for me. The free plan is also quite robust in terms of features and can also upgrade for more powerful features. It was also easy to deploy and adopt in my daily activities because I can access it on my mobile phone or even through the browser . In addition it syncs seamlessly with most common workspace tools but most especially the Google Calendar so that everything ends up centrally and scheduling is much succesful. I have found the round robin feature quite essential which label with priority per assigned members of the SONU ( the student organization). Creation of scheduling links and sharing it with others in just a click plus the customizable notification reminders has made collaboration mesmerizing

Nachteile:

Honestly it's quite a straightforward tool that meet every departments scheduling needs. Also kudos to the technical team that guide you on each step of the way from deployment through the entire experience with Calendly leaving absolutely nothing to challenge any user of Calendly.

Missing key features, sneaky billing for empty seats

Kommentare: Awful. Lots of lost time and money. Now we need to start over with implementation of another system (likely SavvyCal), plus pay for both for at least a month or two for overlap during the transition.

Vorteile:

It was our first foray into using meeting scheduler links. It was a time saver for scheduling client meetings, and it streamlined communication with clients. No more going back and forth to negotiate dates and times. It was better than Squarespace's built in Acuity forms (at least based on our experience with those in 2021), but that's not saying much.

Nachteile:

There are dozens of other tools out there that provide this same functionality, and Calendly makes zero effort to come out on top. Deal breakers include 1. not being able to edit availability or any other settings for one-off meetings after you click the button (can't count how many times I had to start over from scratch); 2. not relaying the chosen event title to the calendar event; 3. forcing this dumb question "please share anything that will help us prepare" for one-off events, which creates extra work for our clients and makes them think we're not listening; 4. inability to set turnaround for one-off events (so client can book it 20 minutes before the start time); among other flaws. For as much time as it seemed like it was saving us in the beginning, I feel like we now waste at least as much wrestling with these flaws and remaking links. But the final straw for us was that they bill for empty seats. For months, I've been deleting teammates who aren't using it, so we can save money. We pay month to month instead of annually, because we know we're going to switch to another platform. What's the point of paying monthly if you're billed anyway for seats you're not using? There was no warning, no message anywhere to prompt me to delete the empty seat in addition to deleting the user. There was no friendly automated email to say, "Hey you have empty seats - add someone to your team!" I get these kinds of emails from other platforms (platforms where we pay annually and therefore it actually makes sense that we'd end up with empty seats). Calendly knows exactly what they're doing. And "customer service" (lol) is not helpful.

Amazing!

Kommentare: Overally, I love Calendly and would recommend it to anyone. The best part about Calendly is the ability to integrate, the fact that it's user-friendly, and the ability to automate everything. It's easy to manage and easy to customize. The only downside is that it is reasonably priced for one person, but it gets very expensive once you start adding additional users.

I honestly love Calendly! I used a lot of different calendar services, and none of them compare to Calendly. It's easy to set up, easy to integrate, easy to manage, etc. It's easy to embed into your website. It's easy to manage as a CRM for appointments. It's easy to set up the form and required questions. The workflow is my favorite! You're able to send automated emails and texts whenever someone schedules an appointment. It's great to integrate into whatever CRM you're already using (Google, Microsoft, etc.). It's easy to link to your virtual meeting provider and send the client the proper link (Zoom, etc.). I love that Calendly links to your calendar and adjusts availability based on your actual availability. For instance, if you have a doctor's appointment, it will automatically block off that time, and no one can set an appointment for that time. You have to set that part up, but it's wonderful to have. It's great that you can set an attendance limit and once it reaches that threshold - it will no longer include it as an availability. You can have different services to choose from and different time slots. Overall, really love Calendly.

Nachteile:

There is a small learning curve to setting up Calendly if you're not familiar with calendar services. But it was still easy to use. It could be just slightly cheaper, but it saves so much time that it's worth paying for. It definitely gets more expensive the more people are on your team, but if it's only one person managing it, then it's very reasonably priced.

it is good but grown too expensive and not really become much better

Kommentare: There is nothing really I am likely to fault about it, it is a decent tool, and the biggest thing about it when working with it is it has reached a level that other people are familiar with and trust it. I would have no problem using it and great when you show up somewhere and they are already using tools you do not need to relearn. But in reality, this is a scheduling tool, not piloting a Boeing 737. I do not think it is that hard to turn away from it, and I think there are cheaper things that do the same or do more.

It is easy to use and does pretty much all the basic stuff you would want, and it does that well.

Nachteile:

Really it is the pricing and the fact it really seems to just be focussed (maybe for good reason) on the basics and does not seem to do much more than just the basic booking process. Sure, for the most, that is all you want and there is no need to add additional complexity, but then I do feel a bit disappointed I am paying as if it should have more on offer.

Calendy is highly customisable and most common booking system

Kommentare: Calendly is a powerful appointment booking that integrates natively into Google Calendar and other CRM platform like Hubspot.

Vorteile:

We like the roundrobin feature with priority labeling per assigned staff. Native integration to Google calendar and google meet. Customisable notification reminder. Buffer setup and appointment groupings.

Nachteile:

There's no limit booking feature per specific client email or block email that has previously been booked. There's no Appointment tracking to limit based on the number set per client email. Quite expensive to order seat per staff.

Great product!

Kommentare: It has been a great experience. I tried similar products and Calendly is just easy. Even the free option is good and sufficient.

Vorteile:

Providing clients and prospective clients the opportunity to schedule their own appointments is helpful to me and them. No more back and forth.

I do not see anything wrong with the product.

I love how easy it is to set client's up with an easy booking tool. Creating accounts and the set up is fast which is exactly what I need.

Nachteile:

I don't like that the dashboard is "busy". There are a lot of things to click in and out of and when you don't have those features activated it can be annoying to have to always explain, it doesn't work because we don't have that activated.

Easiest way to book meetings

Kommentare: It's been great. I use it for three main purposes. To schedule meetings with clients, to schedule interviews with candidates, and for internal meetings.

Vorteile:

I like its simplicity in using a link to schedule meetings, reducing back-and-forth communication. The features are user-friendly and easy for the other parties to book appointments.

Nachteile:

I wish there were more options to control my availability like being able to add block out times instead of adding date overrides

Kommentare: I was pleasantly surprised by Calendlys performance.
My job has multiple functions, one of which is scheduling for my team and our attorneys. This is often a tedious and daunting task, however Calendly has streamlined the process.
There are drawbacks such as the lack of customer service accessibility and some inconveniences in the way the software is set up.
When analyzing both the pros and cons, it's evident that the pros drastically outweigh the cons.

Vorteile:

If you have a complex schedule or need to manage a complex schedule for someone else, Calendly will be an exceptional asset. The ease of use is wonderful, as is the setup process. It is optimized for online scheduling however it's suited for in person scheduling as well. Rescheduling is dramatically easier with Calendly. Features a client portal, reminders, automated scheduling, team or group calenders, notifications and alerts in real time, and convenient mobile access plus payment processing via third party integrations.

Nachteile:

The one thing that really hinders me are the meeting location options and how they're set up. In person and phone/ video can't be included in the same meeting type. The only other con I've experienced thus far is the customer service and the lack of ease in contacting an actual customer service representative vs the incompetent chat bot.

My Go-To for Scheduling

Kommentare: When I first selected calendly, I was using doodle, and someone recommended this as a better app to schedule meetings. I was surely in for a surprise. This app is efficient, customisable enough, and just does the job right. Since starting, I now have an automatic response when someone mentions wanting to meet up - I identify the correct calendly link to send. "The right link" actually means something here. I have a few appointment types:
- Zoom meeting
- In person meeting
- Paid consultation
- Recreational meetup Sometimes, I meet an old friend, and it's so much easier to have them select a time and suggest it, but calendly automates it, because now I can set parameters and they can schedule that hang-out at a mutually convenient time. It requires some discipline, because you will need to put your engagements onto the calendar (I've had double bookings because I didn't put my plans into my calendar before) but now I understand the benefit, it works perfectly.

Vorteile:

My favourite part of calendly is the ability to set a variety of appointment types, and even include paid appointments which all integrate directly into my calendar

Nachteile:

I'm not sure there is a con here. I wanted group scheduling for meetings, and now they have it - even though I haven't used it as yet.

Calendly Is A Great Business and Personal Productivity Tool

I get appointments at the time that are convenient for me. Our team also work as convenient because a client can only book based on our availability.

Nachteile:

Calendly does not have the capability to handle recurring events with different schedules for different weeks.There are lots of limitations that come with the free plan, such as a Limited number of integrations, Limited customization options, and Limited analytics and reporting options

Prepare to get time back!

Kommentare: I was able to get back likely a few hours a day and headaches while working as a recruiter. Now running my own company I am able to send this off to candidates and clients to book in time to speak with me.

Vorteile:

I absolutely love this product and have been using it for over 3 years. I introduced it at my last corporate workplace and switched all recruiters over to using this product instead of calling and booking in candidates for interviews - we simply sent over a link and they plugged time into our calendars! The functionality and emails you can send to the people using your link are also super helpful.

Nachteile:

They introduced a fee to pay, I always have stuck to the free version which has been great for me. I wish you were able to book in multiple time durations and not have it split up, also I wish that you could integrate it with more platforms such as Wordpress.
