We use the software to keep track of our visitors in a social project.

Kommentare: We were able to get to know our visitors, nobody came in unnoticed, with issues concerning safety we were able to act quicker and maintain a safe environment. Last but not least we were able to give insight into visitornumbers to fundings.

Vorteile:

It's easy to use en does exactly what we need it to do. The software is not designed for our purpose and has features we didn't even use, nevertheless is is simple in it's layout and easy to explain to the volunteers who worked with it.

Nachteile:

When the wifi fails it doesn't work. Because there's no message or popup telling you this it sometimes takes an experianced user to find out this problem.

Customizable Visitor Management Software

Kommentare: A far better solution to pen & paper.

Vorteile:

The level of customization of this software allowed us to gather the information of visitors which we require. Every step the visitor goes through can be customized. The visitors only enter the data we need and are not forced to enter that which we do not, this provides a fast and easy sign-in process. The ability to serve different forms depending on the visitor type is great.

Nachteile:

ID scanning and OCR using the rear camera of the tablet is a desired feature.

Each of the other alternative products at one stage or another had mandatory data to be filled our by visitors or a flow order which could not be altered to suit our needs.

Good working system but needs improvement

Kommentare: would be good if the space inside was structured accordingly , there are a lot of spaces that could have been utilised for convenience of reloading the labelss, would have been better if there are other ways to customise the position the printer and the output labels....

Kommentare: I first did a free trial and made some enquires with Vizito before the pandemic, I had to put the purchase on hold whilst I figured out how we could operate. During this time, the team kept in touch in a non pushy, helpful way, advising me on how it could support us. When we were ready, I Purchased and immediately, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and no doubt the team were on it, making sure we could get up and running straight away. They helped me set up my registered users which saved me literally 100 of hours on time and within three hours, we are ready to go! Amazing service that is often hard to find.

Vorteile:

Vizito has allowed me to pre register the service user of my project as well as my volunteers and staff team. Vizito allows me to keep the people who use the building safe, allows me to report on usage and in this unprecedented time of Covid19, allows me to track and trace visitors down to the minute. It is beyond easy to use, I can add and change parameters very easily and have been able to make it look like our own app with the branding etc. I tried a few other before finding Vizito and I am so glad I did, you wont regret using this.

Nachteile:

I seriously have nothing negative to say

Much needed and loved tool!

Kommentare: By using Vizito, our receptionist had more to to answer calls of emails and do her administrative tasks.
We can always know how many visitors are currently in the building and can pull statistics on the number of visitors per day/month, ... .

Vorteile:

Touchless signin, easy-to-follow steps to sign in.

No touchless singout available (that we know of).

Excellent, user-friendly visitor management

Kommentare: Electronic sign-in was a whole new system for the business, and some feared that it might over complicate the visitor sign-in process, however, it is working seamlessly with no issues. An added bonus is that it is GDPR compliant, unlike the standard sign-in visitor books!

Vorteile:

Very user friendly, assisted set-up, can use static QR codes for different entrances and contactless sign in. Also have the option to select 26 languages which is essential for us as we employ a lot of overseas workers.

Nachteile:

We do not feel there are any features missing, it is perfect for our business needs

One of the most valuable aspects of Vizito is its robust security features. With the ability to pre-register visitors and automate badge printing, our security protocols have been strengthened. Furthermore, the real-time visitor tracking capability grants us insights into visitor traffic, helping us optimize our resources effectively.

Nachteile:

If there is one small drawback to mention, it is that the response time of the mobile app on the iPad could occasionally be a little bit faster sometimes. Furthermore, it might be helpful to have a phone application for the admin side, allowing us to easily and quickly access check-ins/check-outs on this. However, this small delay had minimal impact on our overall positive experience with Vizito.

Easy, Secure & Competitive

Kommentare: Visitor registration in line with GDPR. We previously had a book however other visitors were able to see who previous visitors were.

Vorteile:

Works on Android tablets which is great as i don't see the need for an expensive Apple tablet just to run a registration system. Some good features, most importantly documents/agreements for things like health and safety. Support is good and the value for money compared to similar products is great.

Nachteile:

I think the product could be a bit more attractive in terms of its interface. I also initially had an issue of my tablet locking rather than staying on the sign in screen but i think i made an error with the settings.

Ticks all the boxes!

Vorteile:

Easy to use, easy to set up, great integration with LDAP and Slack and very customisable looks. It's GDPR-friendly and it offers a myriad of functions out of the box that allow future functionality to be turned on as the business needs grow. Very satisfied as it is a fit and forget product! Have not had to do one bit of maintenance since we installed it.

Nachteile:

Generally very satisfied. The addition of camera support for taking a picture of the visitors would have been a bonus but it's not key to deciding whether to use this product or not.

Simple product and quick to get started

Kommentare: We now have a record of people coming in and out of the depot, which we did not have before. I've found the Vizito team very helpful when I have had queries about customising the experience.

Vorteile:

Vizito is really straightforward to set up and you can start signing your staff and guests in on day one. It works with Android tablets meaning that hardware costs are lower, and it is mostly very intuitive. It's quite easy to customise too, allowing you to add welcome messages and logos.

Nachteile:

We were hoping to be able to link visitors to a simple satisfaction survey as they signed out, but unfortunately this isn't possible as yet.

Any features that were needed were discussed with the Vizito team and some functionality was eventually introduced in later versions.

Kommentare: Overall, I am extremely satisfied with Vizito. I've had two separate calls with representatives and both times the rep was very helpful and nice. The first call was to learn more about the system and the second call was to help answer specific questions I had about the system.

Vorteile:

The system is very user friendly. I have been searching for a software for just visitor registration as all others are over priced and come with additional features that we do not need for our company. I found Vizito and it is exactly what I was looking for. The visitor registration is completely electronic, all of the data is electronic, I can customize almost anything and everything. The cost of the system is very affordable as well!

Nachteile:

Everything about the software is working out perfectly. As of now, there is nothing I would say needs improvement.

Kommentare: We were looking for a tool, which is easy to handle and also not expensive. With Vizito we found the best solution. We bought an bracket for our ipad, and so the customer gets welcomed and can register quick and easy.

Kommentare: Ease of use and excellent customer support have made the switch from a paper sign-in log to digital in a matter of a few days! So happy we found a great Android-compatible product.

Vorteile:

We like that Vizito is easy to use, easy to customize with excellent support. Email/SMS notifications enhance the product and live chat support is prompt and efficient. Import/Export features to take data to Excel are a great addition too. Works well on Android devices and web-based interface.

Nachteile:

We are based in North America, so Live Chat isn't always available in the latter part of the day, but email support helps bridge the gap.

Being a small company, every bit of time we can save implementing a system can help massively! The software is really easy to use for all of our visitors and great to update for our administrators.

Nachteile:

We haven't come across any bugs with the software, so cannot comment!

Vorteile:

This software presents a very professional looking check-in system that was easily adaptable to our needs. The technical support we had was second to none! I would not hesitate to heartily recommend this system to anyone who needs to impress their visitors.

Nachteile:

It could have done with a bit more steering on the badge design, maybe some templates, but i appreciate this could be very difficult to do as there are so many ways they could be outputted.
