Kommentare: eGive is one of the worst companies I've ever worked with - both in their product and their customer service. Customer service ignores requests that come in via email and via phone call. One of the customer rep of eGive simply refuses to even respond. For their product, the financial data is just wrong/incorrect/bad. For example declined credit card transactions are put on the eGive report as though they happened, and eGive refuses to ever go back and correct the transactions. I hope no one chooses this product. I plan to get our church off of it asap.
