Kommentare: Excellent experience. They are responsive and keep improving their software. It is a must have tool if you want to manage your employees

Vorteile:

HR Partner is a brilliant tool for small and mid sized companies to manage employees. It has all the features you can think about including Expense Claims, Leave Management, Recruitment etc.

Nachteile:

There are not really any cons but some improvements they can add. They need to improve the reports section. You cannot really generate quality reports. Also there is no option to print an expense claim or other things. Sure you can do ctrl+p but that prints the whole page. Would be nice if they can give option to print employee details and expense claims in nicer cleaner way.Have an inbuilt system to generate salary slips.Add live chat support on their website that would be awesome

Great HR Management System for Small-Medium Businesses

Kommentare: The customer service from HR partner is amazing. The team are very responsive to feedback and implementing improvement changes based on the user experience. It has been a pleasure working with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] over the past 11 months. They are fantastic and always give tailored advice to work with our business needs.

Vorteile:

- Use of checklists and e-signatures modules for distributing policy/procedure information across our business as it allow's clear employee attestation.- Organisation chart at a glance- Ability for managers to track leave balances, education and training needs, add in important notes.- Adding reminders for tasks and expiry dates for training e.g. OH&S obligations

Nachteile:

- It would be great to be able to have approval or action workflows attached to Forms so the person the form is submitted to can then action it e.g. Company Expense Form submitted to a direct manager to then approve or reject.- Performance management module is very new to this software so further improvements are required re: automation of scheduling so that the review is actually assigned to the employee , improving notifications to managers re: tasks they have to complete .- Performance review forms cannot be modified without losing data already entered against the form, so a new form needs to be created each time a small change is needed.

It's great to hear all the things you love about the platform, but it's equally good for us to gain insight into those areas you feel could be improved. We fully take on board your suggestions and they've been added to the feature requests list. I would like to just pickup on a few though. First, it sounds like you may be using the Custom Forms module for expenses, rather than the Expense module itself. The Expense module allows you to build in very specific approval rules meaning claims can go straight to a person's manager and then potentially onto an Admin in Finance for example. We're sorry that changes to Form templates can cause them to break, though this will be the case with many form building tools out there. To help ease the frustration this may cause, you have the ability to create a duplicate of an existing form, so that you can just jump in and change what you need to change in the new version, rather than having to build the entire form from scratch. Kommentare: HR partner has been an excellent software for our organisation. It has transformed how we manage and look after our employees. All the features are really useful and intuitive, and we have really enjoyed finding out what the system can do and how it can help with both our daily administrative tasks and wider strategy objectives. The system provides a great user experience for all staff as well, particularly when booking leave. We have had a fantastic onboarding process with [sensitive content hidden] who has been incredibly helpful and is always quick to assist us with our queries. The support team as well are brilliant and reliable and we would recommend this system to anyone who asks. The team behind HR Partner are always searching for ways to improve the software as well and listen to any feature requests we may have which is great. After searching for an HR system to use, we are very glad to have happened upon HR Partner!

Vorteile:

The approach to being introduced to this product was great by the support team. It was really easy to book a demo and find out all of the information. The support team didn't push the sale on us (as we found other companies did), instead they just showed us what it could do and we went through the various features and discussed how it might be a good fit for our organisation. The implementation was really good as well and we felt supported throughout. It also has great integrations with payroll and recruitment softwares as well.

Nachteile:

With any software there are a few things that can't be done however what we like about HR partner is that they always can find a way around this for you and if not can put through a feature request for you.

Kommentare: We all really enjoy it, Everyone can see when people are taking time off. Managers can take more control by knowing and approving the leave without no one getting lost in the loop and they can easily find HR forms or questions about employees are all written there for them to find themselves. It look a while to set up but it has helped me immensely take a lot off my plate and added the aspect of working from home a lot easier

Vorteile:

I like that its all in one spot and I can be anywhere and can still check this, I do get a lot less questions as most of them can find answers to their questions by themselves instead of harassing me. The timeclock feature has been very handy for our casuals that work odd hours that way they can clock in and out where they are done. I also like the checklists so that I can create something once and then assign them to employees or managers and they know what they need to do for certain tasks written right there in front of them. Every time I had a question it always got answered pretty quickly so that I was able to figure it out and keep going with setting the program up

Nachteile:

It's a bit to set up so you need the time, I was very time poor at the beginning but I knew this would help me once I had it set up it was just moving everything across the platform. Sometimes the leave accruals aren't always correct and I still have to do a bit of updating in Xero with leave. I would also say some of the subjects on the side can be a bit confusing - I do have to keep re teaching the managers where things are

Vorteile:

After extensive research for a robust HR management tool, we decided to implement HR Partner within our organisation, and though we are still new in using the program, we can already see positive results. What stands out about HR Partner is its user-friendly interface, which has made it easy for our HR team and employees to navigate through various modules without extensive training. The cloud-based system allows for remote access, which is a huge advantage for our team members who work from home or are on the go. One of the key features we've come to rely on is the employee self-service portal. It has empowered our employees to take charge of their personal details, request time off, and access important documents without having to go through HR for every little thing. This has not only saved our HR team valuable time but also improved employee satisfaction. Support from HR Partner has been exceptional. Whenever we have had questions or needed assistance, their team has been quick to respond and very helpful. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a priority for them. Their documentation is very comprehensive and easy to follow that helps a lot with the training and information sessions that we did.

Nachteile:

If there's any drawback, it would be the learning curve associated with setting up some of the more complex workflows. However, once configured, these workflows have been instrumental in automating our processes.

Nachteile:

Not quite there as an all in one HRIS and recruitment software when it comes to feature set. But they are improving on this all the time coming out with new features.

Vorteile:

For the first time in the history of our company all HR can be found within the same space, no more spreadsheets, paper records, multiple people moving the same data around. I'm not HR manager but was able to set up and mostly configure the system within the 14 day trial period, and with the support of HR Partner was able was to roll out to employees within 3 weeks. So far team feedback has been very positive on look and feel.

Nachteile:

Nothing to add about the modules used so far.

The customer service. It really is 24/7 as they have people in every time zone (note - people, not bots!) But mostly it is very straightforward and easy to use

For advertising new jobs, editing the job template is a little challenging at the start until you learn to paste it all in with no formatting

The Complete HR Management Package

Kommentare: HR Partner is much better than the previous HR software we used. Switching to HR Partner was the best decision we could have made, having all employee information in a glance has made our life and work easier.

Vorteile:

HR Partner has all the information we need about every employee, it is easy to use, it allows us to have different leave policies and holidays depending on the location of our staff, so we can personalize it according to our needs. The note system is great to keep a record of every detail we need to review in the future. It is flexible and intuitive and it has a lot of extra options other systems don’t have like recruitment and a document library where all training documents or manuals can be uploaded. Overall is a very complete system that covers every employee aspect we need.

Nachteile:

The only issue I have is with the automatic leave accruals, I’m using the Upfront option where the employee will be allocated the entire default allowance at the start of the employment and every anniversary thereafter but I wish there was an option here where you can start the allowance on a certain date and not on the anniversary date.

Using HR Partner

Kommentare: Its fantastic, I'm new in post ( 3 months) and I've achieve so much and moving HR in the right direction to make this quick and efficient , with some interactive fun along the way.

Vorteile:

Love the Tutorials this was a great place to start for me as I had never used this system before answered all my immediate questions with the helpful videos.HR Partner portal for Admin user and Staff portal is fantastic, it really is a one stop shop and if you are very creative, like I am, you will love the variety this system brings. Recruitment, Onboarding and Inductions along with Probations are now all built, with videos, forms, and e signature documents. Our first year for Performance reviews has been successful and hoping that the forms will soon be downloadable too as normal forms......the list is endless!!

Nachteile:

Just when I think I can't do something I seek advice with the support team and they find me an alternative, and generally that works out better than my original idea.NO CONS from me.

So happy for our choice

Vorteile:

HR Partner contains all the features we needed and, more we use, more we see the benefit of an integrated set of features covering all HR needs. The Recruitment function able to push on Job Boards has increased a lot the visibility of our Job Offers. On top, fantastic support from the developer, quick and precise to reply effectively to any request we ever made.

Nachteile:

We were missing the Employee 's Appraisal. We discussed this option with the developer. But it will come soon. Timesheet a bit too tricky to use / report.

User friendly and friendly towards users!

Vorteile:

I've used a handful of HR platforms, both as a general user but also as an implementor/ admin. HRp outperforms 99% of those and 100% when considering value for money. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and the team are absolute rockstars when it comes to support. Setup in itself is extremely intuitive but there hasn't been a query that hasn't been answered within the day, including weekends! There's a host of features and for a scale-up like us, the pricing tiers is perfect. Honestly, in 3 months of using the platform it's evident every feature has been thoughtfully curated. Our company is co-located across 2 countries and this still does a fantastic job across all the modules we're using. There's even a user-pushed feature implementation which is huge!

Nachteile:

Genuinely, none that I've used so far. 3 months in and all is gold!

Straightforward solution from recruitment through whole employee lifecycle

Vorteile:

We were looking for a solution which had an Application Tracking System for recruitment, and worked as a database for our people and supported their HR needs throughout the employee lifecycle. Plus we wanted a good suite of APIs and documentation to allow us to integrate with other systems. HR Partner has given us all of this and we haven't regretted the choice.

Nachteile:

It doesn't have some of the bells and whistles of more expensive HR software, but HR Partner do listen to the customers and add things to their roadmap. We have multiple shift workers on different working patterns, which is complicated for HR Partner's holiday booking. I'd like that to change, but appreciate that most organisations have simpler holiday booking needs.

Best HR tracking system out there!

Kommentare: Every time we have contacted support to look into an issue we found them extremely responsive. Many of the issues were a result in something we were doing incorrectly but they still worked to resolve the issue.

Vorteile:

We looked around for a simple to use HR tracking system to replace our outdated in house access based system and it was hard to find something that had the features we needed without tons of things we didn't. We love the employee's note section where we keep detailed notes about every employee. Also, the recruiting module has simplified our hiring process. There are too many things to list but we highly recommend this software. As a call center we need to keep detailed notes for every interaction we have with employees and this system allows us to accomplish this need.

Nachteile:

I really can't name anything we don't like. Many of the suggestions we gave to improve the system were implemented. No complaints!

Good database with additional self service functionality.

Kommentare: I love that leave can be tracked through the system, and it can automatically work out how much holiday has accrued and how much can be taken. I also like that people have self service to update their personal details, and forms can be created to gain feedback and upload data from employees. It also has a central library where policies, procedures and inductions documents can be stored.

Vorteile:

Really good and easy to use People Database, with easy personalisation. I also really like that there is the added functionality of self service and restricted line manager admin access.

Nachteile:

The main issue I found with this software was personalising the permissions of other admin users. Features tend to be blocked together, and some additional functionality such as the ability to fill in reviews and appraisals of team members is only available to line managers if they have access to all the core personal details of their team. Another issue is auto-accrual of annual leave for someone who works a totally flexible schedule.

Human Resources Information System is a must for organizations of any size!

Vorteile:

I like the feature set and the scalability of HR Partner the most. In my experience, the support has always been prompt, and the additional HR materials and resources, including the webinars, are immensely useful.

Nachteile:

As a side effect of having a lot of features and customizability, the onboarding and getting buy-in from the users, especially the less tech-savvy managers, is a bit tricky. However, that's the case with any and many tools. Thankfully, the modular implementation allows for gradual roll-out of features to the end-users, so we can properly train the users in time.
