Kommentare: Optisch einladen. Wirkt nicht zu überfüllt und lässt sich super gut strukturieren. Features lassen sich zu und abschalten, wodurch es genau an die eigenen Bedürfnisse angepasst werden kann. Für mich deutlich besser als andere Namhafte Konkurrenten.

Vorteile:

Task-Management. Die Darstellung der Aufgabenpakete innerhalb eines Projektes ist super. Man hat stehts einen Überblick darüber, was zu tun ist. Zusätzlich können alle Arten von Dateien hinterlegt werden.

Nachteile:

Für Mitarbeiter, die das Tool nur selten verwenden, kann es aufgrund der vielen Funktionen zu komplex sein. Ich empfehle, Monday nur zu beschaffen, wenn täglich damit gearbeitet wird.

Warum monday.com gewählt wurde: Mehr Funktionen. Bessere Strukturierung. Geringere Kosten. All-in-One Lösung bevorzugt.

Gründe für den Wechsel zu monday.com: Trello hatte zu wenig funktionen. Die anderen Lösungen kamen optisch nicht so schön daher. Wobei es Preislich und von den Funktionen keine gravierenden Unterschiede gab.

Einfach und übersichtliche Bedienung

Kommentare: Ich habe in der Vergangenheit mit unterschiedlichen Projektmanagement Tools wie Asana oder Trello gearbeitet. Aber monday.com hat mich von Anfang an überzeugt, weil es sehr modern, übersichtlich und intuitiv gestaltet ist. So macht arbeiten richtig Spaß.

Vorteile:

Übersichtliche Benutzeroberfläche, einfache Erstellungen von neuen Projekten, individuelle Anpassung und Echtzeit-Updates. Aber vor allem die Kommentarfunktion unter jeder Tasks hat es uns ermöglicht, fast ohne E-Mails auszukommen.

Nachteile:

Je nach Anzahl der Mitarbeiter, kann es dann irgendwann sehr teuer werden. Daher vorher genau überlegen, wer wirklich mit Monday arbeiten muss und wer nicht.

Super Tool für CRM und Projektmanagement

Vorteile:

Ich finde an Monday besonders gut, dass man nahezu alles nach seinen Vorstellungen automatisieren, integrieren und anpassen kann. Es ist eigentlich das beste allround Project Management Tool.

Nachteile:

Die Funktion der Monday Docs ist noch etwas holprig.

Sehr gute Software für ein Teamarbeit

Kommentare: Easy to use und flexibel aber ist nicht der beste

Vorteile:

Preislich finde ich top, also so solche software mit richtig viele Funktionen und Futures ist top. Außerdem es gibt noch eine kostenlose Version, und damit kann auch viele Sachen erledigen aber bestimmt kann man nicht auf alle Funktionen zugreifen.

Nachteile:

Die bearbeitung von Dokumente war bei mir nicht wie erwartet und zu zweite wäre noch besser für die Leute, die nicht Englisch sprechen können.

Gute Projektmanagementsoftware

Vorteile:

Gutes, übersichtliche Darstellung, besonders bei größeren Projekten mit mehreren Beteiligten (Abteilungen) sehr hilfreich

Nachteile:

Es gibt immer Verbesserungspotenzial. Einfache Verknüpfung zu anderen Programmen wäre wünschenswert.

Monday die ganze Woche

Vorteile:

Man kann sehr viel individuell gestallten und es lässt sich sehr viel auf sich selbst zuschneiden

Nachteile:

Am Anfang nicht ganz leicht zu verstehen, jedoch wenn man den Dreh raus hat sei gutes Tool

Eine Marketing-Abteilung organisiert

Kommentare: Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit Monday

Vorteile:

Besonders gut gefällt uns die einfache Verteilung von Aufgaben sowie die Möglichkeit per Updates auch Dateien in Korrekturschleifen zu geben.

Nachteile:

Leider ist die Software bei vielen Nutzern schnell etwas unübersichtlich, gerade was die Dringlichkeit der Aufgaben bzw. die zeitliche Aufteilung angeht.

Making Repetitive and Manual Tasks More Efficient

Kommentare: We had a lot of manual (repetitive) tasks that we had to manually track/update. With Monday we were able to eliminate a lot of those and allow us to onboard more people with less staff.

Vorteile:

I really like how we can build automated emails/actions based on a variety of things (either when a date arrives, something else gets done or somethin gets updated). It really helps to still get the emails out that we want to, when we want to, without having to wait until that day and copy and past templates into Outlook. It also gives us visuals on where things stand and what the team is working on

Nachteile:

There ALOT of options and things to choose from with the integration/automation lists. Sometimes it is hard to find exactly what you want or have it do what you want without some research. But, once you get used to looking at it differently it makes it a little easier.

Gründe für den Wechsel zu monday.com: Workato is a massive project that can do even more then Monday.com, but, because of the pricing, it would only make sense to use it once we ramped up to a larger scale to get the value out of it, which we werent ready for at the time.

Monday.com streamlines task management

Kommentare: The high degree of personalization available on Monday.com is its most notable quality. Users are not limited by the platform's predefined structure but rather can mold it to their own needs by constructing dashboards, columns, and workflows.

Vorteile:

Monday.com allow me to maintain order in my workplace. I appreciate being able to create individual boards for each member of the team, complete with tasks and subtasks. It's simple to establish due dates and a system for conducting reviews. It's also great that we can use automations to notify the sales staff when a task is finished. It's convenient that I can customize my labels with names and colors.

Nachteile:

In an ideal world, I'd be able to view all notes associated with a job without having to open it. It would be nice to have, but it wouldn't change the game.

Project Management Made Simple (But Customer Service is Not Helpful)

Kommentare: Overall, managing projects and collaborating with my team is easier with Monday.

Vorteile:

It's incredibly easy to use. A first-time user can easily start planning projects and tracking progress from day one.

Nachteile:

I emailed our rep at Monday.com and he didn't even have the courtesy to respond. As a paying customer, I shouldn't have to chase their team when I need help accomplishing tasks on their platform. simply put, once you sign up for Monday.com, expect to figure things out on your own.

Monday works wonders for project management in manufacturing

Kommentare: I'm very happy with the boost Monday's given us in managing our projects. We first bought it to set up shared boards for our projects, but very quickly expanded our use into shared documents, forms, notes, and more. I definitely recommend it if you need one source of truth for project management.

Vorteile:

I like the sandbox environment it creates to boost collaboration. We have shared boards to monitor everyone's tasks, shared documents, forms, etc. When you need a new type of document or collaborative environment, chances are, Monday will already have it.

Nachteile:

It's hard to start using it confidently in the beginning. I was a bit overwhelmed in the beginning by all the different modules available. It might be a bit frustrating to onboard to it if you can't spare a lot of time to learn it in the beginning

Managing Projects for business

Monday is the backbone of our project management efforts

Kommentare: I'm very happy and impressed with the value Monday has produced for me and my company. We mainly use it to manage our projects but since we first bought it, we've been expanding its use to different areas like managing forms and documents. It's definitely one of the tools that have produced the most value for us and our operations

Vorteile:

The best thing about Monday is by far the sheer extent of the product. Thanks to that, we've been able to use a single tool to manage our projects, tasks, forms, workflows, docs, and more. Some of the modules are far from perfect, but we've definitely benefitted from being able to manage all those things without using 6-7 different softwares

Nachteile:

We run into bugs here and there, which doesn't affect our work that much but it would still be nice to be able to use the product more smoothly

Vorteile:

Line-by-line lists are helpful for tackling certain tasks. Use a calendar for some, a kanban board for others. Monday can accommodate your group's demands for planning and collaborating in any project, in any format.

Nachteile:

Excellent resource. When comparing simply kanban boards, Trello has more helpful automations and more aesthetically pleasing card functionalities. Its kanban capabilities are adequate even if that methodology isn't your main focus.

Monday helps me perfectly manage my daily tasks with my team

Kommentare: The nicest aspect is that it's simple to set up separate boards for each division on Monday. I need this on a daily basis, and it needs to be user-friendly enough for novices like me to keep up with my to-do list and prioritize my tasks.

Vorteile:

The ability to monitor the progress of our Legal department and keep everyone on the same page is invaluable. Since we have an in-house administrator that handles all interactions with Monday.com, I can't speak to their customer service.

Nachteile:

Each board must use the same settings. It would be great if you could customize the design for various user demographics. The staff has informed me that I do not have the permission to delete these.

A great tool for remote teams to manage their projects

Kommentare: I have used two other project management tools in the past but this one is the best in terms of task management and visualization of project workflow.

Vorteile:

I liked the colorful options, time tracking, task management and automation.

Nachteile:

While I was using Monday.com they updated the platform twice, adding a couple of features I wanted to see, so at the moment there is nothing negative I can think of.

Amazing for cross-functional teams but needs to improve pricing model

I love the way I can organize the tasks, details, add columns, and assign the tasks to teams

Pricing. If I add 16 people, I need to pay for 20 seats. I cannot go from 15 to 16 members. IT doesn't make sense

Helpful Platform for Business Management

Kommentare: So far, my experience with monday.com has been positive. It is a very user-friendly platform that has made managing projects much easier for me. I love being able to see all of our tasks in one place and the fact that I can easily communicate with team members via the chat function. The only negative point I would make is that the platform can be a bit pricey for larger teams.

Vorteile:

I liked the flexibility of monday.com and the ease of use. I also liked the ability to customize the interface to my needs. The ability to customize the workspace to fit my team's needs was really helpful. Being able to drag and drop items around to create a visual representation of our work helped us keep track of everything we needed to do.

Nachteile:

I wasn't a fan of the design and found it to be very cluttered and confusing. Also, the pricing is a bit high compared to other options.

Easy and addicting!

Kommentare: Monday.com makes productivity addicting! Our small team likes seeing our progress and watching as tasks/"pulses" turn green and complete. It's very flexible and customizable. If you can figure out google sheets, you can figure out Monday. Their support team is also pretty good at answering emails quickly and they are very friendly.

Vorteile:

- Monday.com is truly flexible and as easy to customize as a google sheet, but with way more power through smart columns, formulas, automations and integrations - The color coded status column(s) make it easy to see how things are going at a glance and it's addicting to work as a team towards "all greens"! It's like the professional version of "closing the ring" on apple watch or reaching step goals on fitbit. - The mobile app is almost as powerful as the web version, though I do wish they would bring "info boxes" on pulses to mobile since right now you can't see or edit those :(

Nachteile:

- Monday.com is a bit expensive if you're a small team. I wish they had per user licenses for small teams instead of bundles. - The My Week feature is nice to show you all of the tasks from all projects that you have due coming up, but I wish Monday.com let you create a "timeline of timelines" similar to Asana portfolios that let you see how all of your projects are progressing and how much (planned) time is left on them before final deadline etc.

Gründe für den Wechsel zu monday.com: Basecamp doesn't have things like gantt/timelines built in and, though it's super nice and easy to use esp with clients, it's a bit expensive for a small team and way less flexible than Monday. Write is just way overpriced and has add-on charges for every little feature. We like that Monday.com doesn't charge extra for each individual feature like Wrike does.

Very disappointed.

Kommentare: The tutorials were worthless. They went too fast and left out steps. I wasted hours trying to come up to speed. They had music and were very pretty. The ones I saw were by someone well versed in using the code and missed steps. After time being frustrated with the chat and then telephone support; they couldn't even make an appointment with someone to just help me get started and import my old CRM. I've worked with other programs and they have a link where you can make an appointment to get support. She wanted me to wait an undetermined length of time while she found an 'expert' to help. Two of their support people didn't know how to help me started. The first one suggested a video that wasn't helpful and missed steps in the process. Really? The tutorials should have been done with an expert watching new users to even show where the problems and startup issues appear. I had the feeling they wrote this software and made the tutorials for themselves not the new users.

This program may have a huge number of capabilities.

Multiple boards can be created by various groups

Kommentare: Work orders that have been completed and those that are still in progress can be saved in the system. Council members are able to read updates without having to get regular email updates. Keeping tabs on my immediate team's daily workload and expected workload. Anyone who is suffering and needs more support or time, or who is short on work, may be easily identified.

Vorteile:

It's the most user-friendly tracking tool available. Especially when teams are spread out across the globe, updates are almost always instantaneous. works on both Chrome and iOS. The views are simple to grasp and adjust to your own method of working. It's a breeze to get up and running, and it only takes a few minutes to learn and collaborate with your team.

Nachteile:

The timeline feature, one of the nicest features, is not available in the free edition. Some of the integrations are a tad constrained. If you don't handle your email notifications, you'll be flooded.

Easy Project Management

Kommentare: Monday.com keeps my team organized. It took minimal time to set up and keeps us on track. Two thumbs up!

Vorteile:

My team loves Monday.com as it keeps us on the same page with projects and tasks, and helps us present our overall marketing calendar. We use it on a daily basis and it helps me keep my team of 8 organized and efficient.

Nachteile:

I wish the different boards were integrated a little easier so I could have one board for sales, one for marketing, and then one for my overall calendar I could share with my management team. I'd like to be able to see things from a high level and then be able to drill down but unfortunately, that is not offered.
