Perfect Experience, Highly Reccomend!

Vorteile:

The staff are always right there to help solve my issues. Plus, I’ve never had to wait very long for an agent.

Nachteile:

I haven’t found anything I dislike, so far.

Nachteile:

Currently, you can not adjust how the memberships are displayed for your customers on the platform... it's displayed in the chronological order of when they were made. I would have to totally delete them all and then repost them in the order that I want them displayed. I hope this issue is resolved soon to help best display the memberships that are more popular at the top of the page.

Making My Massage Job Easier

Kommentare: I use Massagebook at one of my massage jobs. I work on a Chromebook during my scheduled massages. I used it to schedule, check clients out, process payments, and write SOAP notes for each client.

Vorteile:

I love how you can write your SOAP notes in Massagebook. I also love the way your schedule looks in Massagebook.

Nachteile:

All the controls are in different areas, on a Chromebook then on a computer. It is hard to find some of the controls.

Disappointed with features pricing and changing subscription level

Kommentare: Communication is awful I went to downgrade service and instead of finishing the paid cycle they scaled the features back instantly and I lost all the promotion links that had been sent to clients.

Vorteile:

Promotional offers with online booking allow you to track who actually engages with marketing materials

Nachteile:

Calendar sync is slower than most so clients are able to book times that conflict with personal calendar events other programs sync almost instantly with my Google calendar

Worth the investment

Ease of use, cost vs value and customer service excellence.

Some options that would make the experience better for users, such as insuring records access being open (medical charting) only to the provider.

A great system that is user friendly and has all the important features at a very reasonable price.

Vorteile:

Good people, reliable service. They always get back to me quickly and resolve any issues I have.

Nachteile:

The problem is less them than Square. Square took a cut based off of the 100% price when I only took a 20% booking fee.

Great Program & Fantastic Customer Service!

Kommentare: It's been great so far! Their customer service is SO excellent that I'm okay having to save my questions until Monday morning.

Vorteile:

The program itself is pretty user friendly considering how many complex issues need to be addressed in it. The Customer Support people bend over backwards to assist you with things you don't understand. They always pick up quickly and answer all your questions with friendliness and patience! I'm new to the service ... but it sounds like they take suggestions seriously and do regular updates to improve their program.

Nachteile:

Customer service hours are 9:30 am until 8pm. They close early on Friday and are not available on Weekends. They do not currently have credit card capture ... BUT it sounds like it may be available in a few weeks!

Long time user

Kommentare: Overall the experience has been good. It is easy to use and the tech support is good. Slow on improvements and upgrades to release fixes and new features due to the size of the company. However, the package of features offered for the price can't be beat and far out weighs the lag time on new releases for me. I have easily been able to run my practice with this software when I was doing mobile massage and now that I am fully in office. They offer an unbeatable product that creates my website, online booking, sells gift certificates online, tracks packages/memberships, client database, email and text reminders, online intake forms, sales reports, their online reviews engine has generated nearly 200 reviews for me effortlessly, etc. Can't imagine running my business without MB.

Vorteile:

Software created specifically for MASSAGE THERAPISTS. Not a spa, gym, or appointment based business. It is an all in one platform. It provides tons features that you can't beat the price and simplicity of it all. I have shopped around and compared every option for a small massage therapy practice and this platform is by far the best deal for what you pay. It is pretty efficient and simplifies things for me. The live tech support is great. To get everything they offer I would have to use multiple platforms and pay more than double the price. The intake forms are missing in most of the competitors platforms which is a huge issue for me. I use MB for 90% of my business plus Quickbooks for accounting.

Nachteile:

When there is a bug in the software, it takes a long time for them to fix it. They will try to fix it fast and provide work arounds but they aren't a huge company so it takes them a while to release updates to fix things. The caveat to this is I haven't ran into a bug that really effected my day to day work enough to make me switch software companies. I have been happy enough with the software to patiently wait for them to get the bug worked out. However, it can be frustrating when it takes a while for them to fix things. If they could speed up the releases and bug fixes that would make the software truly remarkable.

MassageBook is close to Perfect

Kommentare: The absolute best value for the money. Those who put the platform together really thought it all through splendidly.

Vorteile:

Customer support team. when I call the support team number, I am speaking with an intelligent person within minutes and often within seconds. Rare these days to get such perfect support.

Nachteile:

Not a dislike really, but the platform does take a while to learn all the ins and outs. for example I only just found out that the business hours you set are NOT the hours clients can book online -- and people were booking outside of my normal business hours well into the evening which I didn't want. I figured out this was because i didn't know I had to align my hours as an available massage therapist with the business hours.

Great Company

Kommentare: Overall it has been Excellent even as I am transitioning out of massage. Massagebook has worked with me.

Customer Service is top notch!I personally valued all of it for the 10 years I've been using it however as I am winding down my business. I still love the online booking! Don't have to play phone tag!

Nachteile:

I found it pretty easy to use and I get good feedback from clients that use it. Not really any cons . Maybe the online store... it's pretty basic and don't have much. I used it early on but found most products sold out or not available. I think I would nix it or develop it more.

Best business toll

Kommentare: I had an awful product before MassageBook. They literally just stopped one day, and you couldn’t get ahold of them at all. I switched to MassageBook. It is very reliable, professional, and easy to use!! Won’t go anywhere else!!

Great solution for running my successful massage business

Kommentare: Excellent. Support is always responsive. The program gets more robust with each upgrade.

It is a one stop app for running my massage business. I picked it when I started almost three years ago and it keeps getting better. Support is always there if and when I need it.

Nachteile:

Nothing. I would like the receipts I send to clients by email to include a list of their next appointments. This not a con but would be yet another way for the program to help me be successful and fully booked.

MassageBook - Like a "Swiss Army Knife" Tool for your massage business!

Kommentare: Five stars! I highly recommend MassageBook as a tool for solo massage practitioners, such as myself. And I can see how it can be just as useful for businesses with multiple practitioners.

Vorteile:

Everything I need to organize my client files, schedule appointments, create email promotions, have an online presence, and track my income is included with MassageBook. And did I mention that the support team is always responsive and patient when I have questions?

Nachteile:

I am an older Licensed Massage Therapist. Computer skills do not come naturally to me, so working with MassageBook is a learning experience and can be a little frustrating when I'm trying to navigate something new for my business. That said, my membership is very user friendly and text or phone responses from a real support person are always available to me in a timely manner.

They are reliable and USA based.

I love MassageBook. I can call customer service and get an answer. every time i have an issue, which isn't often, they have been super kind, helpful, and efficient.

Nachteile:

Ha! Like everything else the rising prices.

Easy to use, but needs work!

Scheduling and booking is easy from the app and website.

Nachteile:

It often double books on sessions that require two massage therapists, as it only cares if you have one available. No way to set a service to require two staff members. Add ons don’t allow a time allotment or associated service provider, so can’t be used or they double book staff members.

MassageBook is a GODSEND!

Kommentare: Recently I sent in a question and received a call back that offered me a solution I was not aware existed within the site. This solution not only saved me time, but money as well. I am super grateful for MassageBook and all of their team that allow technically challenged individuals like me to maintain a professional online presence.

Vorteile:

I love the ease of use with MassageBook. I am not very tech savvy and MassageBook allows me to keep my business running smoothy. My clients love it as well. They say it is so easy to schedule with me and I it has increased the number of reviews I receive, which has helped me get even more clients.

Nachteile:

I have yet to find anything that I do not like about MassageBook.

Kommentare: MassageBook has made doing business easier for me.

Vorteile:

Once I signed up for online booking with MassageBook , my business changed. Having people be able to pick their time slots, pay or not pay and make changes to their appointments simplified my day. Clients love being able to book from their phone and I have access to administrative info at my fingertips.

Nachteile:

Being "of an age" , sometimes the technical instructions baffle me. Customer service is sometimes time consuming but once I can talk to someone , I get what I need.

Great Value - a must for a massage therapist business.

Vorteile:

There is tremendous value I get from this tool to help me manage my business. It has saved me so much time and actually made me a better marketer because of its tools. I'm not the most techy person and constantly need help and the staff couldn't be any nicer or responsive. They helped me get all dialed in when I set it up and have even built new functionality based on suggestions from me! They a great partner and look forward to them continuing to offer tools to help massage therapists.

Nachteile:

I wish the built in website templates had more functionality, but it works as bare bones. If you want a really robust website, then you might need to host elsewhere and just use the tools and functionality part of Massagebook.
