Finally, A Tool That Just Works

Kommentare: It just works. It's taken away so many client collaboration headaches and given me back more time in my day. The structured communication and approvals have made my client interactions much smoother. I don't stress nearly as much about keeping clients happy and in the loop.

Vorteile:

I've tried my fair share of project management platforms that promise easy client collaboration but always seem to come up short. Emailing clients constantly for approvals and feedback has been the norm, until we started using this tool.What I love most is that it actually delivers on making client collaboration smooth and simple. The customized portals are a total game changer! It's so nice having a dedicated place where I can provide real-time project updates, share files, and keep all discussions in one spot for each client.

Nachteile:

Notifications can sometimes be a tad delayed. But it's a small price to pay for literally transforming how our agency collaborates with clients.

Great feature-packed note taking app!

Kommentare: I use Nimbus Note on daily basis and it is very convenient and probably the best place to store all my notes and documents.

Vorteile:

It is a great place to store all your notes. I really appreciate the option of sharing the notes with my team. They are able to create new notes and edit existing ones. The software is easy to use and there is a lot of ways in which you can customize your notes (especially the easy to use dropdown menu).

Nachteile:

Sometimes it can get a bit tricky to edit the text to your liking, since some options are quite hidden, for instance in order to undo an action you need to open up another menu, which can get annoying at times.

Usable but useless

Kommentare: I am leaving Nimbus Notes forever! How much work do your notes represent for you? What if you have to move your valuable notes to another system? When I choose a new system or tool the first question I ask myself is: how do I leave it and take my data with me? Will I get stuck and my data taken hostage? The facilities for data migration are much more important than any other features of the system. Nimbus had a feature for export to JSON (beside HTML and PDF, which are hard to use for migration) and they promised to provide a migration API. I have been using Nimbus Notes for a few years trusting the JSON export and suddenly that feature disappeared! "Plans have changed a bit", they told me - also about the API. After that there is no trust left. Don't go there!

The Leader in Enterprise Note Management

Kommentare: I'm a lawyer and have been searching for a program of which I can make and store case notes together with legal research. I can write comprehensive documents and insert references and media into the note as blocks. The entire system is whitelabelled and accessible as my custom URL in the event I want to provide clients with access to their file. Nimbus Notes provides the functionality of a complete case management tool and I'm honestly astounded at how well it has been executed.

Vorteile:

Simple and easy to setup with comprehensive functionality and excellent user interface. I have been searching for a solution like Nimbus Notes for a long time and have tried all of the major offerings. I consider Nimbus to have all of the functionalilty of Evernotes with the ease of use and understated look of Notion.

Nachteile:

There is really nothing I do not like about Nimbus, it literally has everything I could want.

Innovative, Greation Functionality & Brandable Own Evernote System

Kommentare: Overall I'm really impressed with Nimbus notes, you can really see how much hard work and thought has gone into the product.
I know they are taking on more and more feedback, so although there are a few things that are missing for me in how i would want to share my workspace, I'm confident that these guys are the right team to take on good feedback and keep innovating and evolving their product.

Perfect for specific use cases, decent for the rest

Kommentare: I am slowly making a friendship with Nimbus. I've been Evernote user for years, both for personal and work-related tasks. I see how much Nimbus team did to meet the expecations, and in my case – they overdelivered, which is outstanding. I am more and more convinced to move all my notes from Evernote to Nimbus, and don't even look at Notion.

Vorteile:

I love how it combines the feeling of a “standard” note (like in Evernote) with enhanced, modern features (like in Notion). That's exactly something I was looking for. And I love tables!

Nachteile:

I am not yet fully convinced that Nimbus is a piece of software that will last and will be developed for many years to come. That trust is crucial for a note-taking tool that I want to rely on every day. That's not a weakness, just a tiny thing that makes me careful for now and not allow me to entirely jump in.

The tab that is constantly open

Kommentare: My note-taking became smoother than ever. I used to have Evernote back in the day so I don't honestly know how much Nimbus Note is better than them. I tried Notion and I felt Nimbus Note AI to be better and feel better. About Nimbus Note, I love how I have all my thoughts in one place. It's like a borrowed brain, to uncluttered mine.

Vorteile:

As a copywriter, I spend far too much online doing "research." And it's easy to stumble upon something I believe might be useful in the future. I have tones of draft emails, text files on my computer, random notes on my phone... And do you know what happened to all those notes? Me neither. Because I always lacked structure and organization to know where to find them when I needed them. With Nimbus Note, my note-taking is like a well-rehearsed orchestra. I know where things are. The tags, folders, and workspaces make everything so smooth. I can add pictures or documents. I absolutely love the outline option where I can immediately see what's inside each note, making it easy to access it. Right now, it's the only tab that gets to stay open throughout my day.

Nachteile:

When adding a table on a note, I wish I could freeze the top line or something. Just like we do on a normal spreadsheet. Other than that, the workspaces, especially at the beginning, can be a bit tricky. More than once I thought I've lost all my work just to find it in a different workspace. It can get your heart to run faster, but everything ends up being fine.

Excellent Evernote (and Loom) Alternative

Kommentare: Excellent at organizing my notes for my current books I'm writing, and journals.
I love the ability to use it across all my devices without any penalties whatsoever.

Vorteile:

I love the folder structure I love the ability to pick what format each block of text. Ability to write infinite notes Ability to record videos on the fly (alternative to Loom) Ability to screencapture AND edit with arrows and other editing features 100's of templates available to start my notes! (so cool)

Nachteile:

when using smaller-sized windows, I must scroll horizontally to view the rest of my text. A bit annoying, but I am sure they will update something in the future. The android app seems kind of clunky and unnatural at first - I think i just have to get used to it

Keeping our customers in the loop!

Kommentare: Overall I am very satisfied with this tool. I used to use another tool similar but they continued to crash or request upgrading to continue with the same functions I had become accustomed to. Nimbus has been very reliable and I often suggest it to my clients.

Vorteile:

This tool is very useful in my everyday campaign management. I use it to keep track of my projects and their successful outcomes can easily be shared with my clients. Also love that I can use it in incognito to search for results in any location, very helpful with clients across the USA and Canada.

Nachteile:

Honestly, I have not found any part of the tool to be hard to learn or teach someone else how to install and use.

A Practical Tool for Client Engagement

Kommentare: Overall, my experience with FuseBase has been pretty good. It's made dealing with clients a bit smoother and more organized. We're able to respond faster and keep everything in one place, which has been helpful. It's also given our company a more polished look when interacting with clients. Vorteile:

I've found FuseBase's client portal to be a solid tool for our daily operations. It's great for sharing documents in a neat, organized way. The portal supports various media formats, which is handy as well Also, being able to chat with clients right in the portal has made communication quicker and more direct, which is important too.

Nachteile:

There's not much to complain about with FuseBase. If I had to choose, I'd say a few more options to customize the portal to match our company's style would be nice.

Best Alternvative for Evernote

Possibilities of iOS apps are limited and performance should be better with large number of notes, import of several files at once should be possbile and makes the data transfer of large volumes of data slow

Great value for the money

Kommentare: It all started great, I could import thousands of notes from my evernote and file them easily in the same way.
Then I installed the browser extension and the desktop app.
That's where I felt like the tool was still good value for the money but not the best on the market.
You lose quite some time waiting for the apps to sync and retrieve content, wether it's the web app, the browser extension or the desktop app.

Vorteile:

Nimbus note has a lot of features under the hood to help you file and format your notes in the best possible way (private and business workspace, folders, sub-folders, tags... And a lot of options within the note like different headings, import files, copy images, create tables, etc...). The "import from evernote" feature worked flawlessly.

Nachteile:

1) It's very slow sometimes. You're typing your note and your app will freeze (web app or desktop app : same issue). I never had this problem with evernote. 2) It's very slow to sync. 3) Results aren't presented with the most recently created/edited files first. And then you have to keep scrolling through dozens of notes until you find the one you created yesterday... 4) The browser extension takes forever to capture a full page. Evernote did this very quickly in comparison. 5) Trying to save a note from my android phone (with the "share > Nimbus" feature) is cumbersome. You have to put the focus back to title to add a title on your note, it's not prefilled by default, no auto-tagging, just a link to the page, no content capture. Don't get me wrong, it's still great value for the price. But there is still a long way to go until it's on par with evernote.

Nimbus Notes is Indispensable

Kommentare: My overall experience had been very pleasent. I plan to continue using Nimbus Notes for a very long time.

Vorteile:

What I like most about Nimbus Note is the fact that I can create folders and sub-folders for the information I need to save for future use. The templates and favorites folders save me so much time when it comes to finding a specific document. Also with Nimbus Notes, you are able to create "to-do" list, add attachments, set reminders and get public links for your documents. You can even change the appearance of your document and export documents/notes! Nimbus Notes is so much better than the other app I've been using. In Fact, I have just about completely stopped using the competitors' app. Now, I'm strictly a Nimbus Notes user. I love Nimbus Notes!😁

Nachteile:

I really can't think of anything that dissatisfied me about Nimbus Notes. I haven't had one bad experience. The only thing I can think of is that I couldn't figure out how to access the app at first. It took me quite a while to figure that out.

Great choice, especially portals

Kommentare: It helps me in two major ways. First, it streamlines collaboration by removing the need to toggle between disconnected platforms. Having one hub for the full project lifecycle is invaluable.Secondly, this tool enables me to “step up my game” in how I engage and interface with clients. The ability to provide branded, professional portals gives me an edge over other solopreneurs while delivering transparency. Consolidating each engagement into this tool has leveled up my consultancy.

Vorteile:

The number one benefit I've experienced with this tool is how it enables me to take a more professional, consolidated approach to working with clients. I can brand and customize portals to give each client an elevated experience for accessing documents, communicating, and giving feedback. It makes me look like a larger firm.

Nachteile:

Some of the project management tools don't translate 100% to mobile yet. But I rarely use my phone for work

My review on FuseBase

Vorteile:

The Best Note-Taking Management Tool

Kommentare: Well, it is just splendid. I am actually now using several note-taking tools: Nimbus Note, Evernote and Google Docs, but for some specific things which you need to be able to access quickly, create some drafts in one moment and save, it is probably the best solution.

Vorteile:

I really like that it is easily accessible, adaptive, affordable, adjustable to the needs of every user, appealing and aesthetical. Besides, it is really user-friendly, useful and ultramodern. What's more, this note-taking tool is practical, powerful and helps you effectively keep your promising drafts. I enjoy this software more than just using some editors because MS Office and LibreOffice sometimes may be really slow-working, despite using good hardware, enough physical memory space, order and no bugs in your OS. Nimbus Web is responsive, reliable and really remarkable. It is absolutely not costly, and this thing is stylish and detail-sensitive. Word search is almost flawless, docs downloading is fast, notes ordering is easy-to-use and apply. You can easily add any tags, change fonts or wordings coloring, add to favorites or remove them, create tidy folders or clean them, restore the notes from trash, name and rename them. You can even create to-do-lists, share things, set reminders, or even upload some files. You can quickly print out note, search through notes, find something in a note. It is really a pragmatic, neat and just professional thing which I always need.

Nachteile:

I dislike that I cannot change my email easily in my account. They offer to write to their support team, but it is just some extra hassle and I would want to have a reliable and quick way to change my email. Besides, sometimes it is working slowly in some browsers (especially in Chromium, OS Ubuntu Budgie 18.04.)

A Nimbus that even Harry Potter would be jealous of.

Vorteile:

I was actually turned onto Nimbus a couple of years ago when I needed to screenshot an entire email template for a client. I used to try to stitch together multiple screenshots to make it work and that's when a coworker told me about Nimbus. I can quickly and easily screenshot anything and everything, as well as record video, upload it to my account and share a link with all to see. I can even CNAME it so that it's branded. Wonderful! The team behind Nimbus is constantly pushing out updates and has added new products to its core offering that are amazing as well.

Nachteile:

There's absolutely nothing I don't like about Nimbus. I wish there were some minor updates to the video recording aspect, but they've already said this is in the works and will actually deployed soon, so if that's my only pain point and it's already addressed, then that leaves...nothing!

Best Note taking software I used

Kommentare: Overall, Nimbus Note is easy, efficient and time saving. I usually use it to note down my office related works, meeting schedule, timings, appointment schedues etc. And the best part I like about Nimbus Note, I can reach them anytime I want. They makes my work much easier and I no longer have to remember all these, because of Nimbus Note.

I like nimbus note mostly because it helps me to note down all the necessary office work, meeting schedule and details instantly and I can reach them anythime I was. There's lot more exciting features they offer, voice note taking and more. And it is best and efficient than any other note taking applications available on the web.

Nachteile:

There are some bugs and minor issues they need to work on. Somethimes it gets laggy and sometimes it stops working and all these was happening in the last version of Nimbus Note. But now, their latest update fixed some of the issues and I am happy that they are trying their best and fixing such issues.

Nimbus Review

Kommentare: I am happy to use the application thanks to its Chrome extension, offline use and easy use. Although it has some development features, I can say that it is a 6/10 application.

Vorteile:

I use Nimbus mostly via chrome extension. I find it very successful in offline use and note management. I recommend the add-on feature of Nimbus to all my friends. While working through the browser, I take short notes to Nimbus.

Nachteile:

Actually, I don't use every feature of Nimbus. I think that note management and content scanning feature need to be developed more. With a little development, they can include me to use it outside of the chrome extension.

Works well

Kommentare: I been using this product for over 5 years. I like it. I have the pro version. Got a special deal last year on the pro and will continue using it for all processes. It has a lot of features that help with all tasks in business management, and you can add your team.

Vorteile:

screen recording is great and the workspace. I can select templates and get started quickly.

Nachteile:

Sometimes doesn't work as it should - recording and copying screens Customer service needs work I lost some recordings because they didn't render

Stunning and feature-rich alternative to the biggies in the game

Vorteile:

Nimbus has become my go-to app now because it has one amazing feature that no one else has - custom domain/CNAME support - makes it so easy to share resources or content with your team or community. Best of all, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is super approachable and always open to hear ideas, suggestions from the users. I have seen a few my suggestions implemented in a matter of weeks.

Nachteile:

The team amazingly responsive so I don't have a con. I remember how Nimbus was a few years ago, it has drastically changed now. Well done

I am a Nimboss with Nimbus

Kommentare: I am too pumped up with the tool and I use it almost daily. Rather I would say that I start my day with Nimbus and also End my day with Nimbus. It has become a spinal cord for my day to day work and I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Vorteile:

I love the fact this amazing note-taking web app has a fully syncing android and ios app. Nimbys are just so amazing as it is not just a note-taking app, rather it can do much more. Some of the most unbelievable and well-tought features of nimbus are, the ability to share my notes publicly like a webpage and also add a layer of security to it by adding a password to it. Also, I really feel happy to see how well they make use of emoji in our notes and the possibility to organize our notes with folders and tags.

Nachteile:

Every tool or software has cons and Nimbus has cons too. But as I say the company is very open to feedback and they implement the needed changes as early as possible if they see it to be fit. Expecting Nimbus to make it a bug-free tool within a few months after looking at the pace of the development and improvement of the whole app and user experience.
