Kommentare: It is easy to use once it is set up the maintance department is superb and they are constantly taking care of the tenants

Easy to use. The office upgrades the software to make it easier for the user to work with
Nachteile:
There are still things that I personally will like to change but I always talk to their office and they had made the change

Great Property Management Platform!
Kommentare: Its going well so far! [sensitive content hidden] great working with Logan to understand the platform and get educated before registering. Seems to have the functionality I need with products and price points that are very competitive. Biggest wish is for the App version to make it a little more mobile friendly.
Vorteile:
Hemlane is quite intuitive to use and very simple once you have done a task once. Very handy in collecting rent and tracking payment status / back money owed
Nachteile:
I would love for there to be an App version of Hemlane so I can easily manage my properties from my phone and allow tenants to access it easier. I am finding that prospective tenants are hesitant to apply if they have to log in and do it through a browser.

Hemlane is a good product
Vorteile:
Excellent lease tracking which provides a relatively seamless way for tenants to pay electronically
Nachteile:
I don’t like that in Financials, I can’t look at what’s outstanding for the current month without filtering

Vorteile:
The ability to direct and monitor tenant payments to landlords without needing to have funds go through a trust account.
Nachteile:
Would like the ability to request security deposit returns from landlord to a tenant. Landlords seem to have trouble initiating this on their own.

Eliminate Steps in your Management Process

Nachteile:
The 3 to 5-day waiting period for payments to settle. Meanwhile, I'm sure technology will be available soon to expedite this process.

Nothing against Hemlane. Love the concept and experience. But all our properties had issues of some sort with the tenants that was best resolved by an experienced local property manager.

Very happy with Hemlane
Kommentare: Overall experience has been excellent. Very happy with customer service. From the sales, leasing, and tenant management team, everyone has been very responsive and effective in handling all my concerns.

User friendly. Clarity. Practicality. Website layout. Credit reports & Background checks Tool. Responsive customer service.
Nachteile:
Hemlane could have a little more flexibility in the automatic questionnaires prospective tenants receive when they first inquiry. Or we—users—should be able to customize those initial questions. For instance, Hemlane asks whether the inquirer has a "pet." Since service animals are not considered "pets", that question could be misleading when screening someone. While having a service animal is totally fine, some prospective tenants might lie saying they have a service animal when in reality they are actually trying to sneak a pet in. A better question would be: "What animals do you have?"

I like the flexibility of the platform for prospects, tenants & the organization of it. I like the automated messages, showing reminders & presets.
Nachteile:
I cannot reschedule or cancel then schedule showings, I cannot see all my property inquiries together for all my properties. Hemlane does not put enough emphasis when messaging clients about showings that they must confirm!

Excellent product, facilitates all aspects of property management
Kommentare: This program has greatly facilitated my ability to manage property, even though when I started I knew little about it.
Vorteile:
Easy for tenants to navigate. Takes care of all the aspects of the property management. Love that I don't have to deal with money. All documents in the right place. Useful for screening tenants.
Nachteile:
Integration with Zillow could be improved. Need a mobile app for tenantsPatients can not find the property guide too easily.

Best way to dive into real estate without paying for professional management
Vorteile:
I love the maintenance tracking and coordination. The cost for that is well worth it.
Nachteile:
Financials are a little challenging. Ideally it would sync with my bank and credit card accounts. I currently use Stessa to manage my finances.

Great Property Management Solution
Vorteile:
Hemlane is great because it’s easy to use, inexpensive, and has a lot of great features. Additionally, the support team is great!
Nachteile:
I wish it could stay logged in on my browser and phone so that I didn’t have to enter login info every time I want to access it.
