Highly recommended Digital Signage System

Kommentare: My experience with the system has been great. Easy to setup and deploy, with flexible content creation tools. My customer love the system and the assistance from ScreenCloud customer service makes this a great solution

Vorteile:

I love the ease of setup and deployment. Was able to set up two sites sitting at my desk, box up the P1 devices and send them to their locations without issue. The flexibility of the content and available apps is also amazing.

Nachteile:

It is not a con... there are so many apps that my clients can get a bit overwhelmed in creating their content

ScreenCloud has streamlined the management of our Welcome Screens across multiple global offices!

Kommentare: We've had a great experience with screen cloud. During implementation, the team was super helpful in getting us setup and answering our questions, walking us through how to use the tool. It's been pretty intuitive and straight forward since.

Vorteile:

Easy to use, has helped streamline our "welcome screen" management across many offices, time zones, etc.

Nachteile:

I'd love to hear more from the team at ScreenCloud about the latest features and functionality. The team was super helpful during implementation but havent heard anything from them since or evolved our use beyond where it was when we initially rolled it out. Curious if there's other new features we're missing out on because we haven't heard about them.

ScreenCloud

Nachteile:

Some TVs, depending on the preloaded software that comes with them, appear to interfere with the Screencloud app. It's easy enough to remove the software, but it requires a visit to the location

School Use!

Kommentare: Overall, it's been a great experience and anytime I've needed support it's been efficient.

Vorteile:

I love how user friendly ScreenCloud is. We use it heavily with Canva for our displays and it works seamlessly.

Nachteile:

I wish there were more app integrations or apps created for schools in mind.

It does everything I need it to.

Kommentare: I have no complaints. It's an affordable solution for my small business.

Vorteile:

It was easy to set up. I like being able to ee what is playing and where. I like that content can be scheduled with a start and stop time so I don't have to remember to add/delete it. I'm sure there are more features available that I don't use.

Nachteile:

Canvas is not intuitive and does not have enough default colors or fonts. Fonts should scale with the text box instead of manually changing the font size number. I would like to have a brand feature for company fonts and colors. It's not enough for me to rate it 4 stars, but might have selected 4.5 if it was an option.

Screencloud is easy and fun

Kommentare: Our screens are used for advertising resort offerings and for displaying ever-changing food menus. Having tried several other options, it is a relief to be using Screencloud on all of our screens.

Would be nice if we could set availability by calendar date, not just by days of the week.

Great addition to our gym lobby

Kommentare: One of the better digital display apps out there. I tried a few others but found Screencloud and haven't changed in three years now. I own a martial arts gym so it works well for scrolling through member content and announcements really well.

Vorteile:

easy user interface, lots of versatility in options for display

Nachteile:

Some apps don't work consistently. I only need one display but I'm charged for two by default.

Excellent for Post Primary school communications

Kommentare: Very positive. We use it for staff messaging and specifically for our staff shared calander. ITs also great for displaying photos etc and the flexibility it gives is just great

Vorteile:

Simplicity of using a screen for messaging

Nachteile:

A little difficult to get up and running at the start but alright once I figured it out. Also I suggested a few small changes like language and font colours within the outlook calander addin that did not happen (heard nothing since)

A great digital signage platform for marketers

Kommentare: We've been using screencloud for over three years in our company, after using other online softwares that weren't up to the job. We were seduced by the multitude of apps offered by screencloud and the compatibility with our other marketing tools. Screencloud is easy to use for our marketing team, and we use it to distribute information to all our offices, as well as plug and play at trade shows and conferences.

Vorteile:

Support is very fast, responds directly and solves our problems instantly. There's never a downtime on our screens. UX is great, easy to customized playlists to have a great amounts of diversified contents to show.

Nachteile:

Nothing the platform is greatr and was quickly adopted by our team.

If I can do it, you can do! A professional looking and very easy to use app!!

Vorteile:

I honestly didn't think I would be able to get this going! I have never worked on any digital screen software. The tutorials are easy to follow and I now have 15 screens successfully up and running for 3 months already and they look AMAZING!! Support is great, they get back to you very quickly I was quite pleased. Overall great experience!

Nachteile:

There are a couple of add-ons that have to be purchased that I think should be included, and I don't like that the YouTube app STREAMS the videos rather than downloading them so you use lots of data if you do it this way.

Great product for multiple screens

It could probably use some more app connections like office products or Canva.

Boys & Girls Club: Telling Our Story

Vorteile:

Sharing the magic that happens within a Boys & Girls Club is transformative in our industry – who doesn’t like to be recognized. ScreenCloud Digital signage has been a hit throughout our organization and gives us one centralized platform to seamlessly broadcast information. As a nonprofit, sometimes we wear many hats - this platform is easy to use and integrates with many systems that we already utilize. We use the system everyday and it is easy to implement.

Nachteile:

As with any technology, sometimes it has glitches and although that can be frustrating, support has been really helpful in assisting us with fixing any issues in real time.

ScreenCloud review from basic user

Kommentare: Overall we're really happy with ScreenCloud. It works really well, has no downtime, is easy to use and is very cost effective for all its features. I have recommended it to area colleagues.

Vorteile:

ScreenCloud has made it simple to quickly put content on a screen and publish it. The interface is laid out well and if you have doubt about what it looks like, there's a preview option to see how it will look. Media types include photos and videos and connected to popular apps like Dropbox and Google Drive in addition to computer files. I like that we can create different media for our separate channels (areas of our building) and the playlists offer even more flexibility. I like that it has a windows app for the connected PC.

Nachteile:

It has a lot of features we don't use, and I wish we didn't have to pay for those. We only have 5 screens and show basic picture content. The channels vs playlists seem a little redundant.

Way more than just a digital signage solution!!!

Kommentare: As I mentioned above, we are still finding ways to leverage this product within our company! The devices are simple to setup and manage!!!!

Vorteile:

ScreenCloud makes digital signage so easy. With connections to Power BI, we are even able to pull live data from an internal system that tracks our pesticide applications for safe reentry times into certain areas of our greenhouses. We are still finding ways to leverage this product within our company! The devices are simple to setup and manage!!!!

Nachteile:

I can't think of anything that I really didn't like about this solution!

Set it and go! Easy way to keep employees up to date.

Kommentare: It is a great way to keep our employees up to date each month. Fairly easy to use and it's great how everything stays fresh.

Vorteile:

The features I appreciate the most is the scheduling. It works great having to not worry about when to post items and when to remove them. Just add them, set the schedule and done.

Nachteile:

I haven't found anything that I don't care for.

Screen Cloud User

Kommentare: It has been a good experience. I use it to upload menus in a restaurant and it's easy to change them from any location.

Vorteile:

The program is easy to use. It is easy to upload from my phone or computer to my screen.

Nachteile:

The app is not as easy to use as the computer program.

Great Platform

Kommentare: great tool for communicating events happening, updates, important notifications within our facility

very easy to use. visually appealing, like that I can download my own graphics and create my own posts Its a great communication tool used within our home

Nachteile:

No issues- great platform Sometimes there is difficulties downloading content to upload.

ScreenCloud Review

Kommentare: My experience with ScreenCloud is very positive, as it is the only successful screen solution I have found! Great UI, excellent support, fantastic product!

Vorteile:

I'd say I really liked the timer functionality where you can set days/times when ScreenCloud is active.

Nachteile:

The pricing is slightly higher than I'd prefer, especially because we needed to purchase units to download the software onto.

A great solution for displaying graphics/information on screens

Kommentare: Amazing, the one time there was an issue with one of the displays their customer service team was outstanding helping me to find a solution

Vorteile:

I reviewed 5 other programs for digital signage, and ScreenCloud came out on top for functionality, ease of use, and most attractive design.

Nachteile:

Screencloud still has some limitations and bugs that get in the way. For example, I have run into issues embedding videos from Vimeo.

Lots of capabilities

Vorteile:

I love all the options ScreenCloud provides to be able to manage multiple screen in our building. I can schedule different playlists throughout the days and weeks, do unique layouts with channels to have more than one image/playlist, or even show recent posts from our Instagram. ScreenCloud continues to evolve the service to fit our needs better.

Nachteile:

Currently I dont have any cons, since ScreenCloud started offering the studio version it meets all my needs.
