The ease with which we can set up reports, modify and publish them is fantastic.

Vorteile:

The ability to combine data from multiple tables, put in our own calculations and groupings so we don't have to do this in Excel is fantastic. It has saved a lot of time for the reporting staff and has made our reporting a lot for flexible. Being able to build and publish reports for others to use has saved our regional finance staff from having to manually combine multiple reports in Excel to get what they want.

Nachteile:

When setting up a report and then making it available to someone who doesn't have a developer license (i.e. just a console or read-only license) we have to manually add all the report filters in again. It would be much easier if the developer filters appeared automatically and we could then just take out the filters the read-only users didn't need to change.

Great tool for extracting the data you need from JD Edwards.

Kommentare: Hubble has allowed us to create and run many reports which would previously require IT resources and time to create. In addition, the reports are not a batch process where you have to go to one place to run the report and then another to retrieve it. They are easily exported to Excel. We have used Hubble for creating many exception reports which allows us to identify the transactions or records which have issues and concentrate on correcting these instead of spending hours sifting through data. We have also created integrity reports to compare subsystems such as the item ledger to the general ledger. This has reduced the time close the books at month end.

Vorteile:

The flexibility in filtering, formatting and the ability to create formulas. In addition, there are templates to compare different tables for integrity of the data. It is also easy to export data to Excel or PDF. You can even include a company logo in your PDF reports. The scheduler allows you to setup reports to run at any interval you prefer. These can be e-mailed, saved to a location or both.

Nachteile:

Each users needs a separate license but you can implement the scheduler program to e-mail reports. For example, if you have a person who needs a report once a week you can set this up on the scheduler so the report is e-mailed without having to buy a new license. I do prefer the model of concurrent licenses where all JD Edwards users could use the product but it is limited to a certain amount of users at one time.

Personal Experience

Kommentare: Overall, my experience with hubble was terrible. I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone. The poor quality of their service and the technical difficulties on their site made it a complete waste of time and energy. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a reliable AI essay writer tool.

My experience with hubble was incredibly disappointing. The website had numerous technical issues that made it difficult to use their AI essay writer tool to generate a free essay. The process was slow, and error messages popped up frequently, which made it frustrating to navigate.

Nachteile:

To make matters worse, when I tried to get help from their customer service team, I found them to be unhelpful and even rude. They didn't seem interested in resolving my issue, and instead, they just wanted to get me off the phone as soon as possible.

Hubble Gives Me Peace of Mind

Kommentare: I manage a small business and stalled Hubble cameras to monitor the space and employees after a robbery. We have been very happy with the service and have even noticed that more gets accomplished when the employees know that someone could be watching. It is a small bakery, but I recommended it to a friend who now uses it to monitor his wine cellar in his northern home when they are in Florida. He collects wine and some of the bottles are irreplaceable.

Vorteile:

Hubble makes monitoring my bakery easy and affordable. I can check on my employees and the state of my shop from anywhere and know that my business is running well.

Nachteile:

The cameras are quite expensive but the subscription rate is very affordable. It does the job and as long as I can view the feed, I am happy.

Hubble will blow your mind!

Kommentare: We've been using Hubble for 10+ years and loving it. It's a very powerful reporting and analytic's tool that saves us time and effort at moth's end, during the month and at audit time. Hubble is very user friendly, can start using it the minute it's implemented. The data is accurate and available very quickly. Integrity reports used to take us 20+ hours to run, had to do it overnight, but with Hubble we get our reports in minutes.
Can't say enough about the team behind the product. Customer service is excellent!

Speeds up Closing and Flexible Too!

Kommentare: I use this software so much for month end analysis and any ad hoc reporting or analysis I need, I don't know how I ever managed without it. Instead of spending time dumping data, I can focus my efforts on the analysis, where I can add real value.

Vorteile:

It is flexible. I have not come across a request for information/analysis that I have not been able to extract and complete using the Hubble software.

Nachteile:

Not specifically about the software, but the fact our company has not purchased more modules for us to utilize. As an add-on tool, it takes a separate task for audit review. So we are limited in the ability to use it in more areas, since it would require a separate audit review.

Insightsoftware gives you back hours in your day with the fast and efficient reporting

Kommentare: We have been using Insight software for around 5 years, it is a great support to our ERP program JD Edwards and draws information directly from the JD Edwards tables.

Vorteile:

It is extremely easy to use, it offers great templates to get you started and these are easily configurable and saved as new reports. Reports can be emailed to others and this can also be scheduled to a distribution list. It allows us to report information out of JD Edwards that isn't that easy to get out of JD Edwards.

Nachteile:

Formatting is pretty average but it can be fixed once in Excel

We love the Hubble/Insight Report tool. Our Finance reports are now being created by our Finance Dep

Vorteile:

User friendly and great templates. Customer service is always very helpful to resolve any issue we may have.

Nachteile:

Not as many Human Resoucres/Payroll templates. We would use these 2 modules more if we had more templates that worked for our company.

Relief... can create reports without being a programmer.....

Kommentare: I can produce reports and actual data in the format our teams needs to function.

Vorteile:

The ability to create reports with calculations, real time data, projections, and just plain data in the fashion we need it....

Nachteile:

Screens where you get to choose the fields and filters are small and after a while it is a strain on the eyes.

It does so much, it takes a long time to learn all of the ins and outs. Having a mentor allowed me to get up to speed much faster.

Great ! I am using Hubble Edition 2 (Web), the visualization is good and easy to create.

Vorteile:

As it uses JD Edwards tables for the data, querying becomes easy with the filters. A user can use Hubble without knowing JD Edwards tables and Business View which is very much essential for a technical report writer in JD Edwards. The inbuilt templates helps the user to just query their required information with least programming.

Nachteile:

Hubble does not follow the naming convention followed in JD Edwards and hence the user has to create folders and files of their own. This becomes difficult as too many users create as many templates and queries in Hubble of their own naming convention.

A unforgetable and worth while experience that will blow your mind!

Vorteile:

The product is amazing in the sense it brings back results in what feels lightening fast! Our customers love the fact that they are able to see their real life data in a blink of an eye and not having to call us to get reports that they are now able to run. The vendor themselves are not only friendly but quick at helping you solve an issue. They are also willing to go the extra step in their training sessions.

Nachteile:

Its hard to say what I don't like about the product or vendor. They are always there to help when we have an issue and quick to fix it or find someone to get us to the solution.

Hubble has given us a tremendous amount of insight into our data

Kommentare: Huge time saver, in depth insight into our data that we just couldn't efficiently get before.

Vorteile:

What I like most is how flexible the tool is. We've created very useful inquiries across many of our functional areas - Accounting/Finance, Purchasing, Construction, Sales, Warranty, etc... I also like how fast it runs, much quicker than typical system reports we use.

We have been using the software for almost 4 years and love how easy it is to use.

Kommentare: I have been using Hubble/Insight software to create reports that have helped us shave the close down from 4 days to 2.5 - 3 days. It is so easy to create reports "on the fly" as requested by management. Much more user friendly than JDE FASTR reports. Additionally, as questions do come up, the support through their Portal is excellent - patient and understanding as I consider myself to me an Accountant who has an understanding of the JDE file structures, but not an IT professional. I have used the software to create basic actual to budget analyses, and love the drill down features that enable us to quickly analyze issues. Additionally we have created 12 month trend reports that also help us analyze our monthly expenses. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a user friendly analytical query/report writing product.

Hubble view at ease...

Vorteile:

The product is by far so easy to use and i can't help showing family and friends the great features and capabilities it has. When i need to i can access the main camera from a remote location.

Nachteile:

The customer service needs a bit more work. I kept having issues and couldn't connect to anyone for help.

Great tool

Kommentare: Excellent tool that give me visibility to information I would struggle to get out of the ERP directly. Customer service is excellent. One thing I would like to see is more flexibility for explorer users. As an example, expand a summarized hierarchy to see details with a single click instead of having to open up each level individually. It is pretty pricey too.

Love my Hubble!

Kommentare: We first got Hubble in 2009 - from day one I was in love! I am able to make my own reports in minutes - reports that used to take weeks of development time when trying to create them through JD Edwards. It is so easy to make changes, and getting information that used to take days now takes minutes. I haven't written a spec for a JDE report in years - I do them all in Hubble!

Easy to use and great customer service!

Kommentare: Our organization was considering moving away from our JDE system due to the difficulty in creating reports and poor access to data. Hubble reporting changed our view of JDE, we now had access to all of the valuable data that was stored in JDE. We have had such a great experience we have now added Hubble Budgeting.

Hubble Review

Kommentare: We have been using Insight Software since 2007. It has been a tremendous asset and enables us to drill down, prepare our f/s with ease and coconduct our research of outstanding items. We would be lost without it!

Challenging, rewarding, powerful

Vorteile:

Hubble is extremely robust with flexible reporting capabilities. I like the ability to run quick and simple reports, as well as complex reporting tools.

Nachteile:

The learning process is long and, can be fairly complex from a development side. It requires patience, persistence and an "all in" mindset. Once you learn the program though - very powerful!

Simple, consistent and easy to use. Support is knowledgeable and attentive.

Kommentare: As the DBA, the tool is easy to install and maintain. Support is on top of everything and helpful with upgrades and maintenance. Users have been very happy and continually finding ways to save themselves time by using this tool.

Strong product - especially finance

Kommentare: Extremely easy to use. QUick adopption, easy to identify and analyze issues and problems. Only con is high price of licensing.

The Hubble Experience

Kommentare: Although I don't have a lot of experience with Hubble, my IT coworkers are loving it. The reports that they're able to generate has gotten me really interested on it. As an accountant, I think the reporting features are great! I'm hoping I will have full access soon!
