Some features PROS and CONS of the product on the behalf of my experience.

Kommentare: overall experience with this product is very good in term of support price and functionalities ratio.

Vorteile:

It's easy to use flexible configurable and excellent report generation on behalf of my experience I am extremely satisfied with this collaboration of Opium it provides cheap solution of may problems excellent customer support.

Nachteile:

Need some improvements in terms of interface and some functionalities that may need to custom development prove costly.

La facilité d'apprentissage pour une utilisation indépendante et la flexibilité/le choix des applications. Un environnement IT à disposition sans devoir se soucier des mises à jour & autre.

Nachteile:

L'attente d'un expert pour la configuration du data hub à nos besoins.

The interface and the charts: not friendly and few possibility.

Kommentare: La plateforme Opinum nous offre les fonctionnalités essentielles au traitement des données issues de nos produits connectés. Son ouverture nous permet une intégration aisée et simple avec tout notre écosystème applicatif et la création de nouveaux services en ligne.
Son hébergement et son exploitation en mode Cloud souverain nous permet d'apporter des réponses particulièrement pertinentes à nos clients soucieux de la sécurité et de la souveraineté de leurs données.

Vorteile:

Fonctionnalités liées au monde de l'énergie, ouverture, interopérabilité, simplicité d'intégration par API.

Nachteile:

Certains mécanismes additionnels de gestion des hiérarchies de comptage et de gestion des données et des équipements connectés pourraient apporter encore plus de valeur à cette plateforme. Des connecteurs métier additionnels permettraient également de créer encore plus de valeur (connecteurs fournisseurs énergie). Un moteur de modélisation des tarifs pourrait également avoir un intérêt certain.

EMBIX review

Kommentare: My experience with Opinum Data Hub has been very pleasant so far, and will greatly simplifies my workflow.
The Opinum team is available and pleasant to work with.

Vorteile:

It was very easy to make the transition from our old tools to Opinum DataHub. Calculated variables, and especially R language integration, offer pretty much limitless possibilities. The documentation is clear and complete.

Nachteile:

While working, the push API is confusing. Two examples : - if you try to push too many datapoints, the API still answers with HTTP 204, but the request is effectively rejected/ignored, without any warning for the user - there is a delay (sometimes minutes) between the moment of the request and the moment when the new datapoints are available via api.opinum.com/data or the user interface

Cheap, efficient, versatile data platform, with a good partnering spirit

Kommentare: We have been working with Opinum for almost 3 years, and we are very satisfied with this partnership. Opinum proved to answer our needs for a reasonable price, and proved very open for discussions on the product and its roadmap.

Vorteile:

It is very configurable and easy to use. The team is skilled and flexible, with a good partnering spirit Pricing for the software is very reasonable (as long as we don't require strong modifications)

Nachteile:

There are still a few functionalities missing, and custom development can sometimes prove expensive

Vorteile:

The most important of all Pros is the quality of the relationship with the Opinum team, which is always attentive, responsive and looking for the best solutions

Nachteile:

None. The functionalities we needed have been, if absent, included into the roadmap of development

High technological asset

Vorteile:

It is very easy de connect with IoT and customer's data base. The marketplace is also going to be very usefull

Nachteile:

I actually do not know what has been an issue for us

Use of Opisense as Energy Monitoring Tools for EPC contract

Vorteile:

The flexibility in terms of report generation is quite large due to the use of MS softwares as editor.

Nachteile:

Forecasting to be developed with implementation of specific algorithm regarding energy performance.

Remote control deployment

Vorteile:

Ability to adapt connection to different architecture

Nachteile:

Time required to understand what has to be done for set-up - from a technical point of view
