Kommentare: It has been an excellent option at a good price, this makes work more fun for the employees, they feel more committed and happy with the company, it creates the feeling of a family, it creates comfort and good business vibes, there is a lot of laughter and happiness in these awards for their monthly effort, we have best colleague or employee of the month programs that make everyone work harder, it also makes their girlfriends or their families feel more attached to the collaborator continuing to work with us.

Vorteile:

As a development team leader, since my title is Senior Software Development Engineer, I can use Tango Card to manage recognition and rewards programs for my team when appropriate. I recognize and reward the achievements and performance that each collaborator invests in the work and can, with some improvement with the rewards in gift, improve the morale and motivation of the team, which is crucial to maintain productivity and job satisfaction in an environment of high performance like Google.

Nachteile:

It is a bad option for making very large Gifts gifts since it does not allow us to give more than 800 USD repeatedly to a person in a single month, which prevents us from rewarding a user repeatedly with the same payment method in Gift. We have received indications that Wallmart cards have coding problems.

Not the most user friendly

saves on time to not have to send a gift card to someone and on the purchase of the plastic.

Nachteile:

most often when going to submit the dollar amount that you want on the gift card and then hit submit there is usually always and error that it can not be processed at this time. this can be frustrating when trying to reward individuals

Kommentare: It's been amazing, it gives us full visibility of the status of the incentive and follow-up with people who haven't redeemed it if necessary.

Nachteile:

I haven't had issues with Tango so I can't think of something negative at the moment.

It is super easy to use, and I have never had a problem getting my gift cards. They also are sent right away. They also show a history of the gift cards you received from your email address!

There are no cons to report at this time :)

Vorteile:

I like having different options to offer rewards to my customers during special sales periods. It is easy to use, and customers are always grateful when they receive a gift.

Nachteile:

I have international clients and it is not always possible to offer them rewards through this method.

Seamless employee awards

Kommentare: Great! Have used it to send cards to my employees and have used myself for gift card selection

Vorteile:

Easy to send a link to an employee who has won a gift card for Employee of the month, being mentioned in a review, etc., without having to leave the office and gives them the freedom to choose the card they would like

Nachteile:

No issues so far, has made this a lot less of a daunting task!

The vendor network is very spread out globally.

Nachteile:

I felt it takes some steps for the users to manage and review their rewards. It is still pretty much friendly but some steps can be reduced.

Tangos gift card value

Kommentare: It is a very good platform for feedback for clients who want to improve their company.

Vorteile:

It can help companies improve their performance, hear their customers, or use it as a future reference. A survey is a very good way to upgrade the survey industry.

Nachteile:

The least was when we started the survey. Tango is giving a very good amount of gift cards. In the rest of the surveys, it is getting smaller. I wish we could give a good gift card for better surveys in the future.

Great platform for incentivising people

Vorteile:

As an user, I found it very user friendly - very easy to checkout gift cards, and when support is needed, the resolutions are fast!

Nachteile:

At least for Romania, the gift card options are a bit limited, but I can work with what Tango provides.

Tango for the win!

Kommentare: It has been an amazing experience since moving to Tango for our gift card distribution and I know our team is now much happier with not having to purchase and mail out gift cards like they used to.

Vorteile:

It has greatly helped us to streamline our distribution of gift cards to employees whether that be for reaching service milestones, winning a contest or as a Christmas bonus. The amount of time savings is incredible as we sent several hundred gift cards together which normally would have taken several employees at least a day we now handle within an hour with one dedicated employee.

Nachteile:

The only downside I have noticed about Tango is the catalog does differ between Canada and US. In Canada it would be great to see some additional vendors added as we do still occasionally have some employees give feedback that a store they were hoping to purchase from was not listed.

Tango is very easy to use. Claiming rewards using the platform is made easy.

Breakdown of rewards cannot be matched. Meaning, there will be some funds left . You just can't claim all the total reward amount.
