Kommentare: Airtable ist ein leistungsstarkes Werkzeug für die mobile Entwicklung, trotz einiger kleiner Mängel. Es vereinfacht die Datenverwaltung und verbessert die Organisation meiner Projekte

Vorteile:

Airtable ist zu einem unverzichtbaren Werkzeug für die Verwaltung der Daten meiner mobilen Projekte geworden. Die Integration mit anderen Tools ist reibungslos und ich schätze die Flexibilität, die es für die Organisation meiner Datenbanken bietet

Nachteile:

Die tabellenartige Oberfläche kann manchmal in Bezug auf Funktionen und Formeln etwas eingeschränkt sein. Darüber hinaus erfordert der Zugriff auf einige erweiterte Funktionen ein kostenpflichtiges Abonnement

Super um eigene kleine Tools zu bauen!

Vorteile:

Super, Tool um kleine Automatisierungssoftware selber zu bauen. Ich konnte innerhalb von 30 Min. ein eigenes Recruiting Tool bauen. Was mir deutlich die weitere Arbeitet erleichtert hat.

Nachteile:

Bedienbarkeit könnte noch etwas besser sein – mehr Integrationen wären toll!

Great for Marketing Projects

Kommentare: I love it, it's my app of choice for most of my marketing processes.

Vorteile:

A lot of templates to start with. Highly customizable.

Nachteile:

Pricing depends on the number of users. A free account allows you up to 1000 registrations.

Airtable : Perfects for your spreadsheets and database

Kommentare: Airtable is an amazing tool especially when it comes to organizing data, managing my teams and project. using it for a retail business was the best because of its features that makes you track inventory also.
The collaboration features too are topnotch. I am able to integrate my Google workspace, Slack and Zapier and this makes work very easy for me.

Vorteile:

I like the fact that it is not just a spreadsheet, it has a very easy way of creating workflow and customizing the templates are simple.

Nachteile:

I do not have anything I like the least about Airtable at the moment.

Clunky with a dedicated niche userbase

Airtable has sort of carved its own niche for task management

Nachteile:

The initial setup seems difficult. Navigation is not user-friendly unless you get used to it, which takes a lot of time.

Streamline your CRM & Grants Tracking with Airtable

Kommentare: We use Airtable for tracking grants and as a CRM. It's a wonderful tool for sharing data across teams.

Vorteile:

Excellent tool for sorting and tracking data

Nachteile:

It take a little learning to set up color coding for columns and moving rows.

It’s collaboration tools, customizable views and automation and integration is the most I like about AIRTABLE.

Nachteile:

Pricing and scalability and offline functions are not that great

Vorteile:

Airtable has a really nice visual interface and some cool collaboration features, which makes it a breeze to work with your team. Being able to create custom apps without no coding is a major plus too

Nachteile:

The free version has limited records and features, which is a bit of a bummer. Also the formula options are not as advanced as in traditional spreadsheets, I guess

This product has been a game changer for my company. Being an Ecommerce business with inventory and teams. It has made it easy to set up bases, automations, dashboard to track a lot. It has made order management so seamless for easy for my teamm less clutter and so many features that has helped the business. Love that I can create multiple bases.

Nachteile:

It has evolved over the years with their updates. But I think the dashboard can be better. They can definitely take a few features from clickup especially with things like tracking and notes.

Powerful and Flexible Tool

Kommentare: We use Airtable on a daily basis and recommend it to all of our clients
Once you gain the knowledge to use it, it becomes a really powerful tool
The learning curve is a bit steep though

Nachteile:

The pricing structure, especially as the team size grows, can become a consideration. More transparent pricing tiers or additional features in the lower tiers could enhance accessibility for smaller teams or individual users.

Airtable made me shine in my legal team

Kommentare: I am very satisfied, and the page I worked on with the help of Airtable gave me a lot of praise from my colleges. I presume this is because my colleagues where not familiar with Airtable (they thought it was only for finance managers) and I deployed it in a new way. I made a page with a couple subpages, where my colleagues can find monthly posts with short summaries of legal news about AI. For instance, what new EU legislation was passed, how AI affects company policies, etc. Even more, my team is planning to start more projects in Airtable:)

Vorteile:

Firstly, the fact that you can deploy your creativity and the tools provided by Airtable allow you to. Honestly, I can't compare it to other products simply because I don't know any analogs. Google tables or Microsoft excel are far more boring to work with, and most importantly, don't give you the fictionality to be as creative as you want. By being creative I mean making tables that look aesthetically pleasing (not boring like excel), nicely design interfaces of your page, link different parts of one page to another one. Secondly, the way you can collaborate with you team is on another level compared to Airtables' rivals. Another advantage is the fact that you have two different interfaces. One that is published to everybody, and the other that is open only to you. I find this very useful.

Nachteile:

Probably the fact that the website lags sometimes. This is especially visible when I switch between pages of my published base. It takes a second-two to load the page (my internet is super fast and my Mac is brand new so that's not the reason). Also, the guide that displays templates is not very useful if you don't intend to make a page about finance, hiring or managing teams. I made a page about laws governing the use of AI, but I ended up using a template for hiring people, which is a totally different topic, as I didn't have another option. Would be cool if the company broadened the topics of the templates and had some touching the topics of: blog posting, reviewing legislation, posting news.

Great for organizing and managing projects

Kommentare: Airtable was versatile and useful for managing creative projects and tracking design tasks. It took a bit of getting used to, but once familiar, it really streamlined organizing work.

Nachteile:

Some features are locked behind higher-priced plans, which could be limiting. Also, the interface can feel a bit overwhelming when setting up more complex workflows.

This is the cool brother of your office package

Kommentare: It has been extremely beneficial and we use it absolutely every day. There are drawbacks, for sure, but once you learn how to navigate it and use this tool, it will be game-changing.

Vorteile:

Airtable feels like the cool brother of Office packages out there. It is great for keeping track of project statuses, or the status of work left undone. It also allows you to build forms that will populate the data in their version of spreadsheet, which is highly powerful and supports some cool features, such as complex relational data structures, that usually other competitors don't.

Nachteile:

There are a few downsides to Airtable. As a user, they could offer better reporting and analytics, this way our teams could better understand what is working and what could go better just by assessing data. Also, sometimes it can be a bit overwhelming to use its customisation options.

Sharable and relatable data solution

Kommentare: By far Airtable is the easiest way for anyone without a deep understanding of spreadsheets to create relational database.

Vorteile:

I like the option for filtering and tracking data, multiple views of the same data set as well,my favorite aspect of Airtable is once data is entered it can be used in multiple places,no more copy pasting email addresses.

Nachteile:

Pulling data from different sheets can be a little overwhelming.

Using airtable for project estimations

Kommentare: The experience with airtable is good at the beginning and great once you know how to use it,
The product is helping us to manage and breakdown projects, so that each row is a task with estimations, skillset, feature, story, epic ect, and using the grouping we can then assemble the sprints according to the manpower

Vorteile:

Very easy to onboard, user firendly, helping stracture projects, great usage of filters and groups, the fact that it almost predicts what type of data is there and suggest how to categorize it it great,

Nachteile:

It's hard to create reusable templates as each project we manage there is unique with it's own features, AI is not there yet and it can be a good addition to help take decisions and summary based on data

Great tool for nonprofit donation drive management

Kommentare: I managed a nonprofit social services program that took in tens of thousands of donations per year from the public. We needed a way to to organize different "drives" we were conducting and barrels or other resources we were allocating to different companies, school, churches, or other groups that were supporting us. Airtable was a highly powerful product that provided the blank slate we needed to customize to our particular needs and use case. It greatly enhanced our efficiency and visibility into this important part of our business.

Vorteile:

- So many different use cases -- highly adaptable to operational needs - Tons of integrations with other products - Mobile app is great -- very helpful for mobile workers who need to access and manage database on the go, such as a truck driver

Nachteile:

I have nothing bad to say about this product!

Airtable makes it all better

Kommentare: I have brought Airtable to countless organizations as a consultant and I highly recommend it for its reliability, easy of use, and flexibility.

Vorteile:

Airtable unlocked my ability to create and maintain high quality data, and use it immediately in a variety of other software appliations.

Nachteile:

No downsides to Airtable, however it could use more training on how to design data systems that can be shared when onboarding new colleagues

Amazing life saver tool, efficient and convenient

Kommentare: - I love the product, in the earlier days during the training, it seemed a bit difficult nut to crack but once you get hang of it, it is the best tool you will find for task managment.

Vorteile:

- It priorities tasks as per the requirements which makes it easy to work on the most important task in no time. - It tracks the progress and updates in the workflow. - Easy to use as using it daily for more than 8 months now.

Nachteile:

- A bit hectic when one could not close the task as we need to fills multiple forms to but it otherwise helps to update the task in the detailed manner so that it could be easy for the next person to understand the context. - sometimes act funny.

MUST HAVE!

Kommentare: Our overall experience has been incredible. I admit I was skeptic at first, but is has been CRUCIAL in our task management system for content production.

Vorteile:

I LOVE the different views between lists, boards, calendar, etc. It's easy to plan content and communicate with the rest of the team to stay ahead on projects.

Nachteile:

I don't have a particular dislike for any feature in Airtable.

Airtable is intuitive and the best colllaboration tool

I like how projects are always managed properly using Airtable. Also it is the best since it has excellent and unique functionalities that has made it easier for teams to share data and resources that are relevant with their projects.

Nachteile:

Airtable is really great, no dislike towards it.
