Poor data, poor messaging and very slow to execute
Kommentare: No benefits at all unofrtunately.
Vorteile: Not much to be honest, the ability to quickly review and select contacts are good. If you negotiate you can easily get their service for 50% of what the salesperson quoted, especially towards the end of the month/quarter.
Nachteile: One of the most important things for target outreach is data quality. This is very poor with Righthello, most companies are in their platform but very few contacts and most of them outdated. The grammar and spelling of their messaging is very poor and needs to be reviewed extensively. Customer support/success is responsive but not pro-active.

Efficient lead generator
Kommentare: My campaign with RightHello was very successful in terms of leads generated. The open rate and the response were so high that it is hard to compare to any other tool. I have recommended it to at least 5 other companies.

Pathetic service with no support
Vorteile: Nothing! There's nothing to like. It's just database of top companies that you can easily find on internet. They will show you some sample contacts if you ask them before purchasing but even those are not present in their database.
Nachteile: There's no support. The data quality is extremely bad. 90% of the emails bounced back. There was no onboarding process. Emails sent to support or any of the sales person went unanswered.
