Vorteile:

Man kann schnell Flowcharts und Prozesse im Team abbilden, Änderungen werden direkt in Echtzeit angezeigt

Nachteile:

Berechtigungsmanagement ist sehr schwierig weil man teils Berechtigungen mehrfach vergeben muss, damit Zugriff auf das Dokument besteht

Extrem schlechter Support

Kommentare: Also ich kann nur leider jetzt sagen "NEGATIV"

Vorteile:

Die Software war im Handling echt super, würde Sie zwar gerne weiter verwenden, was wir jedoch wegen extrem schlechtem Support Team und Accounting Team nicht mehr machen!

Eins der besten Diagrammzeichentools auf dem Markt

Vorteile:

Schnelles zeichnen von Diagrammen, Flowcharts, UML, wireframes etc. Für unterschiedliche Use Cases. Zahlreiche nützliche Features. Es kann fast für jeden Anwendungsfall und jedes Thema eingesetzt werden

Nachteile:

Manchmal ist es aufwändig Features zu verstehen und diese anzuwenden. Dokumentationen und Tooltips könnten verbessert werden teilweise.

A dream compared to Visio

Kommentare: Lucid has been a pleasure to work with, they incorporate the latest features and are constantly improving the product. They also provide excellent support with great resources and excellent training for the products.

Vorteile:

I like the ease of building flows and drawings. All the tools are readily available and visible and intuitive to work. I especially love the templates and the breadth of areas they cover.

Nachteile:

It takes users a little bit of time to become proficient with the interface as most are coming from tools like Power Point and are not used to moving the canvas along with moving objects. Once this is overcome the tool is a breeze to use.

Vorteile:

What I liked most about Lucidchart is its ease of use for creating ERD diagrams. The AI-generated feature is a great time-saver, and even the free version offers solid functionality. The templates are excellent for charts and diagrams, making assignments straightforward.

Nachteile:

The website navigation was a bit confusing at first, and the free plan limits you to editing only three documents. However, I found a workaround by reusing one document, which helps a lot when you're working on multiple projects.

Lucidchart - professional working experience in Agile project

Kommentare: We used this at builder.ai for development of workflows in real time for the client and the team. It is very useful in detecting the actual work to be done, helpful in determining the milestones. We used it in our scrum calls

Vorteile:

I like the issue management feature, which tracks down the deviations and later is helpful to monitor.

Nachteile:

It has smaller set of features as compared to similar products in market for the same price

Beginner friendly advance charting software

Kommentare: Overall it is great to have Lucidchart if you can afford it.

Vorteile:

This is most beginner friendly software. I got to know about this software while I was in college and it was so easy to understand that I didn't even need help from others.

Nachteile:

It requires paid services to do something extra ordinary.

Lucid chart My Experience

Kommentare: My personal experience was neutral as it fulfilled my use even with the existence of a paywall.

Vorteile:

The primary thing I loved about lucid chart was the drag and drop as well as the variety of diagram options essential for creating various diagrams during the planning stages before developing a software.

Nachteile:

The primary con is that if you want to store numerous files it is blocked by a paywall which hampers the experience of certain users.

Build Processes the Lucid Way

Kommentare: Wonderful experience using this tool to build my process flows faster and easily with simplistic structures for my manufacturing processes and standardize them across orgs.

Vorteile:

The easy but advanced level of functionality compared to MSFT Excel which helps me create my process flows in a more enhancing manner which are easy to understand for my users.

Nachteile:

Some times the templates are too confusing and have a hard time formatting them in the manner I want.

Great Product

Vorteile:

i like you can upload an staff list into the system and it will create the org chart. I also love the drag& drop as it makes life easier when creating floor plans

Nachteile:

nothing really, I like the product it does everything we need at a fraction of the cost compared to visio.

Basic versions have limited functionality , Some key figures are missing for Network diagrams

Very appealing UI, encouraging to explore the tool, easy to start using the tool

Nachteile:

the only downside is limitations around objects in one file with free plan, but it is still enough to explore the tool capabilities

Kommentare: Lucidchart allows us to use intelligent tools to create diagrams and charts which has been a key game changer. The experience working with Lucidchart has been very rewarding to us. It makes it easy for us to create all sorts of diagrams and charts that help us visualize our ideas and plans to keep our work streamlined.

Vorteile:

One of the things i like most about Lucidchart is how easy it makes it to create charts and diagrams through drag and drop instead of programming. I also love how Lucidchart had a multi-user workspace that makes it easy to collaborate and work together with others when diagramming. Lucidchart has also impressed me with the AI diagramming tools which makes ot easy to create even the most sophisticated charts. It also had readymade templates that gave us a big head start when onboarding.

Nachteile:

Lucidchart has impressed in all areas. We have been fortunate not to have anything that is not liked.

Lucidchart for the win!

Kommentare: Fantastic! I cannot recommend enough. I was introduced to it through LEAN training and man oh man has it changed the way I do things. When processes get bogged down, I go to Lucidchart and map them out. This allows me to track wasted effort make small improvements with my team -- and the process map is its own road map!

Vorteile:

Lucidchart is an incredibly valuable tool for productivity and efficiency -- without sacrificing the human element. We use process maps a TON in my org, and Lucidchart makes it so simple!

Nachteile:

There's a small (and I mean really small) learning curve to figure out how everything is supposed to work, but it's pretty straight forward and their tutorials are great.

Diagram planning

Kommentare: The artificial intelligence technology included in Lucidchart makes everything easier to do, eliminating hours of work and reducing long processes that sometimes became boring

By importing data, it is easier to create a diagram with real information and have a well-understood visualization. I can create diagrams as a team in real time to organize the information with my colleagues and have maps or diagrams in record time. The pre-designed templates make everything easier to do and I can have a broader inspiration and with the help of artificial intelligence

Nachteile:

I can't say something that I dislike because I have never disliked anything

Kommentare: Lucidchart has been a great platform for designing diagrams like flowcharts and has given us the most impeccable experience. It provides us with AI design tools that help us come up with very attractive and productive diagrams. Lucidchart intuitive interface makes it easy to surf through.

Lucidchart has a robust set of diagramming features making it possible to design any kind of diagram with ease. It has AI design enabled features which help draft very accurate and appealing diagrams. Lucidchart also makes it possible for us to collaborate on our diagramming projects which help us achieve very productive results.

Nachteile:

There has not been any major issues with Lucidchart whatsoever. It has given us no cons.

Great process mapping tool

Vorteile:

The ease of digitalizing all of the processes is just awesome. When I discovered this tool I was really impress how easy it is. I had some basic knowledge of UML and BPMN so it was clear to me what type of block to use when and why. It allows me to create really robust process maps, that's my main use case for that. Since I learned how to use it, every time I talk to with somebody about any kind of process we start to map it there, just to see how it looks and visually look for some errors and things that can be done better.

Nachteile:

The free version in my opinion is just not enough to really get your hand on this software. You got just 3 documents with 60 shapes, if you're a person who is really detailed, that amount can be used really quickly not making you see the value in it.

Lucidchart is great for generating visual representations

Nachteile:

Despite Lucidchart's diagramming templates, I've always felt that they fall short when it comes to most of the charts and data process maps we've created with Lucidchart. And that's how it's always been: many data graphs are completely hand-drawn.

Easy to use and one of the best diagramming tools that I have used.

Nachteile:

Lack of offline mode on both desktop and mobile apps is disappointing.

Nachteile:

Not really a finder of dark side of things

Vorteile:

Lucidchart is a great product for workflow mapping, brainstorming, and any other visual requirements for an organization. The collaboration and ability to visually work together on projects helps organizations take their business to the next level.

Nachteile:

Lucidchart sometimes feels a bit "clunky" and has an older feeling than other products like Miro. Sometimes I felt limited by the way the shapes are able to be edited and there are issues with requiring guest users to create accounts... slowing down the process to collaborate with clients.

Great functionality - just wish you could share a single link for non-Lucid users to access.

Kommentare: We’ve had a subscription for ~3 years. We’re happy with the functionality. Given that we do a lot of work with external collaborators, the process of asking a collaborator to create an account, log-in, etc. just to view a Lucidchart with us is tiresome. Lucid’s other (very similar) software, Lucidspark has this feature. Please bring it over.

Vorteile:

User interface and functionality are amazing for a web app. It honestly feels like you are using OmniChart, OmniGraffle, or other traditional computer app. It’s hard to believe Lucid is operating wholly in a web browser.

Nachteile:

The inability to create a shared link for a non-Lucid user to access is really bothersome. This functionality is present in Lucidspark - the “brainstorming” companion to Lucidchart. But not in the latter. I’ve recommended adding this feature to Lucidchart. It feels like a no-brainer.Also, it’s not inexpensive. Would love to see the cost lowered so that I could afford to purchase licenses for some of my external collaborators.

Lucid Charts Can be better

Kommentare: It was average, it is easy to use, but the product can be much better with story based auto- flow creation.

Vorteile:

Simple, elegant, Easy onboarding. It has a sync and also a collaboration feature, that has been helpful at times.

Nachteile:

The limits for subscription, these tools are free now, the payment / business model should be something simpler, and not forcing users to stop.
