There really isn't a whole lot to like here. You won't save enough money on this to ever make it worth while.
The list is extensive. The software doesn't work all the time and there are a bunch of ticks that you will have to deal with. Any other software is better than this.
Kommentare: I was very skeptical when we were first installing this software, since then I have come to Love using this software. The support staff are wonderful people and always willing to help in any situation.
The ability to associate the accounting with ease of using this software is very helpful. When using other software ,it would be a challenge to associate vehicle sales and service accounting. It is a very user friendly product that will stop you from making foolish mistakes, as if something is not posted as it should be, it will not let you post it.

This question is the hardest to answer, it has been my experience that if something was not working to our best capability we were able to have a feature added or removed.
Most impact features include the ability to create shortcut keys in order to post service tickets quicker, as well as being able to receive help via remote desktop when an issue does arise it is usually resolved fairly quickly. This software is all I have ever known at my current employment so I cannot compare to another.
When a pop up message error occurs saying are you sure you want to do whatever that is frustrating to me because I obviously clicked on it because that is what I wanted to do in the first place. Otherwise, I cannot think of any issues off the top of my head that make me dislike this software.

Searching for customer and vendors has a delay some days.

The diversity of use. You can enter information in one screen and it shows up in most of the other screens.

IT TAKES FOREVER TO LOAD UP SOMETIMES AND IT WILL GO DOWN WHEN I'M IN THE MIDDLE OF A RECEIPT

Kommentare: Was very easy to learn it. Has been great getting help with any type of issue. They stand behind their product very well.
The ease of using several windows at a time. You don't have to get out of something to see something else.
There are a couple glitches about seeing history when your in the process of write up with an internal ro. Also that the information doesn't combine to the customer history when one is wrote up as internal and another wrote up as customer once the vehicle is sold. There seems to be blocks that doesn't allow it to merge.
A good web-based system.
The system we were using before Dealer Built was only partially web-based, so I love that Dealer Built is web based.
Being limited by being able to use only existing reports and the complexity of learning to use SAP Crystal Reports.

There are a lot of hidden time saving features. The layout is pretty expansive as far as the icons across the top go and also straight forward. I like the favorites tab so you can easily locate your most used tabs and not waste a lot of time searching.
I do not like that the payroll portion is unable to pull the correct hours over for employees. Tech time and clock hours are adding together causing some employees to be overpaid .

Very easy to use. If a problem occurs the support team is on it so the issues are corrected quickly.
I havent had any problems with this product. Little bugs here and there but as stated above the support team is amazing
