Vorteile:

Many features to retain customers and affiliates- Details are great when communicating with clients. Many areas of LeadDyno I don`t use but know where to find- Very nice product

Nachteile:

Somewhat hard to move thru LeadDyno dashboard. Some features can be accessed a number of different ways, hard to learn but after flows well

Great affiliate program

Kommentare: Experience has been very well compared to the previous software. Easy to set up and customer service is great.

Vorteile:

This software is very easy to understand. The features are laid out in such a way that it makes setup and customizations extremely easy to do.

Nachteile:

Our website traffic has been insufficiently tracked, but all has been handled by customer service - which is great! A wider selection of statistics would be nice, to truly understand how well the software is doing.

DON'T EVEN CONSIDER USING THIS APP

Kommentare: When they do finally get back to you days later they don't actually help you at all, they ask you questions like "sorry what account are you" even when you've given them your emails, your links, your exact details. Then you have to wait again for them to even consider your question. Eventually they told me that I had to wait for their shopify technician to come back from holidays. When that finally happened they told me we had to reinstall everything. We tried that multiple times didn't work. Finally after leaving it for a week we did another reinstall and finally leaddyno started to get data from shopify. Yay, we thought we are getting somewhere - ONLY TO FIND NONE OF THE AFFILIATE LINKS WERE WORKING. We went back to support yet again - by now about the 15th time, explained everything again and guess what we got "sorry what account are you" despite having fully given them all the details. We thought we will try one last time and the response we got last night - "the link is the wrong domain". Literally that is all the email says, no explanation of what they mean by that. The link contains our exact correct domain so we have absolutely no idea what they are on about. Finally after 8 weeks and SO MUCH TIME AND EFFORT we are uninstalling and it literally brings me to tears the amount of time and energy we have put into this worthless app. JUST DON'T GO NEAR THEM THEY ARE UTTERLY USELESS.

Vorteile:

I did not like anything because I could not get the thing to work EVER.

Nachteile:

DO NOT USE LEADDYNO. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER IT. For 2 months now we have been trying to get this system working. I spent a huge amount of time initially getting it set up correctly, creating all the content and the terms of conditions, instructions for affiliates etc. I correctly set up all of our affiliates. We created blog content, banners, ads, tiles, facebook and social posts you name it. We had our affiliates build their websites using their affiliate links. Great everything set up and when we pushed live NOTHING. The system could not get any data whatsoever. It was like it just couldn't talk to Shopify at all. There began 6 weeks of going round and round the houses with the abysmal Leaddyno support. They present themselves as a global company - what a joke. I'm based in Australia and the only time they make themselves available is between midnight and 5am - not really practical for a single mother! The Live Chat on their so called support is utterly useless, they have no power to do anything, cannot help you in any way not even with the most basic questions, all they can do is log a support ticket for you. So all we had was the ability to send an email and wait till they graciously get back to us.

Great tool for growing your affiliate audience

Kommentare: Overall we were very happy with lead Dyno and even though we have switched to another product there are still some features we miss that lead dyno has that our new soft does not.

Vorteile:

Lead dyno makes it easy to find and attract new affiliates and also makes it easy to pay them weekly through payapl.

Nachteile:

Although its a great way to get started with growing your affiliate audience it may not be the best solution long term. We actually switched to wooly because it has more robust campaign management.

First Month Using LeadDyno

Vorteile:

LeadDyno tools allow for ease of affiliate management. As I am still wrapping my head around affiliate marketing management, I continue to find new utilities that support my efforts.

Nachteile:

I have yet to find out what I like least about LeadDyno.

I use this software for my clients, we use leaddyno and shopify, the integration its so easy, and the support its good, The option to share my content to my affiliates its awesome!

Nachteile:

I wish more social networks on panel, linkedin, and other bad reason i dont have, i wish a app for admin.

This has been one of the best APPs i have ever work with, i have been using this type of APP for a long time and this one ( for me) has been the best so far

Vorteile:

I always wanted an affiliate program but wasn't sure where to start or how to create my own affiliate network. LeadDyno showed me how to do everything - an easy plug-and-play. Not only did they help me recruit affiliates from my clients' email/social list AND I got free access to their own e-commerce affiliate network! It's a nice boost! They advertise your website and affiliate program in their network at no added cost. Social links and great customer support.

Nachteile:

It's a growing company and there are always bugs to be worked out. I like LeadDyno because they are responsive to customer feedback and are working hard to create a better product.

Nice data and easy to set up

Vorteile:

LeadDyno has a nice affiliate dashboard, and it makes it easy to track affiliate commissions earned. And it's also nice on the affiliate's side of the relationship, and they can easily see how many leads and how much commission they've generated. It's also really easy to get set up compared to some self-hosted systems I've tried. Support was good when I needed it.

Nachteile:

I wish there was a lower tier, but I'm sort of a cheapskate. No other complaints that I can think of.

its a good software to the control of comissions

I love this app because now its so easy to pay the comission of my affiliates, the funcion to compose email and share content to my clients its awesome.

Nachteile:

Not really but I wish a better integration with magento, i should modify a little the js code to integrate perfect.

Used LeadDyno for my affiliate program for several years with some great results

Vorteile:

Integration with Clickfunnels and Stripe is really easy. Paypal has been a little more of a struggle but I think that's probably more Paypal's fault then LeadDyno.

Nachteile:

They recently fixed the thing I liked least about it - before you could basically only have your affiliates promote one link at a time. There were ways to workaround it, but it wasn't as convenient or intuitive. They recently changed this though which is great!

Customer Service Awesome

Kommentare: I like to watch the traffic on our site knowing what people are doing on our site. The affiliate link is useful.

Vorteile:

We are not using all the features of this product, however, we do use it to track users and for the small number of affiliates that we have. Honestly, the service has been great. They respond quickly to any question and are knowledgeable.

Nachteile:

It's not a software problem, it is more a me problem. I know I am not optimizing the use of this product. But it does do what I need it to do.

Easy to Use ! Love the product!

Kommentare: It's great with calculating our affiliate commissions through Paypal. Now we need to figure out how to link it up to Metamask wallet instead.

Vorteile:

Very easy to use, love the automatic calculations of our affiliates commissions.

Nachteile:

I need to have a feature where I'm changing out leads from one sponsor to the next and they automatically will get the New Lead or New Sale Cha-Ching emails instead of me trying to do it manually and ending up not being able to send it out because the email said it's spam. Also a customer representative said to whitelist the email which I don't know what that means?

Great way to track lead conversions and affiliate commissions

Kommentare: We use Leaddyno for three reasons. 1. Tracking leads/customer conversions. 2. Affiliate Program 3. Marketing Automation. Tracking Leads/customer conversions: It has been really useful to be able to see where the majority of our leads are coming from, which sources convert to customers the best, and exactly how many sales come from various campaigns. This allows us to know exactly where to focus our efforts. The affiliate system is really simple and allows us to pay affiliates monthly in a few quick clicks. We have used Shareasale in previous businesses but prefer Leaddyno due to its simplicity. As far as the marketing automation the ability to automatically send a drip of emails to folks who have signed up for our service really helped our conversions. And once the leads become a customer we continue to send them more drip emails for added engagement.

Vorteile:

Nachteile:

- It would be nice to have more robust reporting options - Would like data on how certain landing pages drive conversions

Highly responsive support team

Kommentare: My business focuses on clients living overseas in addition to in-state customers. Since traffic is generated from a number of random places, effective data analysis and monitoring can get slightly overwhelming. However, thanks to LeadDyno, I don’t need to be worried about that anymore! I signed up for their starter pack a little more than a year ago. At that time, I had roughly about 2800 to 3000 visitors on my website and let me just say that thanks to their visitor lead conversion tracking software, I am now a proud client in their Accelerator Program! Their marketing automation actually helped me pinpoint where the maximum traffic was being generated from and that eventually facilitated our overall marketing strategy. Now, I have almost 6500 unique visitors on my website. I commend the way they have developed their software to help businesspersons like me, with borderline IT knowledge. Their incredible affiliate program is highly strategic, as they structured the team in accordance to my target audience requirements and we not only generated more leads, but also saved a great deal of time. Lastly, the best part, in my opinion, is the highly responsive support team that has been with us all the way through! Thank you guys, keep up the good work!

Easy to use affiliate software

This is incredibly easy to set up and use affiliate software. It allows you to track and see so many insights as well.

Nachteile:

The quality of advertisers In the marketplace have not been the best so far. I would love to see them advertising to better candidates!

An easy affiliate-solution to use

Vorteile:

The system is very easy to use and if you need support, you get a reply fast. My affiliates love using the system and give me good feedback.

Nachteile:

Only thing I think can be better is language support. I have found a solution for changing the language on the pages, but would be great if it could be easier.

Excellent Product and Service

Vorteile:

LeadDyno has brilliant tools to help with your Affiliate program and are teamed up with ECA Affiliates who have so many well qualified and experienced Affiliates. Best Choice I have ever made.

Nachteile:

So far I can honestly say I have not found any cons to tell you. The only con that I might say is that because the two companies ECA Affiliates and LeadDyno who fall under the same company would be better off merging into one easier to use platform but its not a big deal as the service is excellent and help you every step of the way if you get stuck.

The Best Affiliate Program App I've Used

Vorteile:

Leaps and bounds ahead of other apps I've used to manage a large Affiliate Program. This is truly a professional, user-friendly tool for both the administrator and affiliates. Excellent!

Nachteile:

I honestly don't have any complaints with the software - if I had to say anything, perhaps the setup time?

Solid platform for the price

Vorteile:

Integration was seamless, interface is easy to use, and functionality is strong. Customer service has been responsive and very helpful! Love all the content they produce to support businesses in creating a successful program.

Nachteile:

The ability to have a 'chat room' type feature to allow affiliates to ask questions or post discussion topics would be so valuable! Would also love to be able to have photos as part of our shareable content rather than text only. Currently we are relying on a separate app for each of those functions.

GREATEST ASSOCIATE SOFTWARE

Vorteile:

The software provides great information for the traffic and my sales. And it is great for time-saving.

Nachteile:

The software has multiple errors and bugging issues. And takes a lot of time to explore whatever information I need.

Kommentare: This was good it was set up in about a month it would be nice to have had a dedicated onboarding person to make that closer to 7 days for more complex structures.

Vorteile:

I like that I can set this up myself and that affiliates get to see thier own progress and manage their own profiles

Nachteile:

Support is mainly via email, no way to add multiple affiliates to leads at the same time for separate products for stripe

Little integrations with other software, and no newsletter campaigning options.

I think the program is great, the setup was very simple, I had very little time to have my platform ready. It's great because I've worked with other affiliate programs and none of them gives me these results.
