Any Marketer Must-Have tool

Vorteile:

I'm a Media Buyer for 5+ years and I'm using Voluum 3+ years now. Its the best tracking tool everyone must have. All campaigns in one dashboard, lots and lots of statistics - everything you may need. Integrations with majority of traffic sources makes it easy to set up. Features allow you to optimize campaign flows easily as well as a traffic distribution AI that can redistribute traffic automatically for best efficiency. A/B testing made easy.

Nachteile:

Wouldn't consider it a problem but it takes some time to understand how to set up tracking through postback but when you done it a few times it becomes easy.

The best support ever (Kasia is Awesome)!

Kommentare: I'm happy with Voluum especially the quality of their support. I doubt I'd ever change to other tracker anytime soon as long as the support stays the same.

Vorteile:

Easy to use and tracks events accurately. Besides, they have one of the best support ever.

Nachteile:

The price I should say but the value you get for the money is worth it

Unethical Practices

Kommentare: Been with Voluum for many years, but decided to switch vendors due to security concerns. Despite cancelling the plan, I was rebilled for thousands of dollars and refused a refund despite raising a concern within 24 hours of the rebill (which was a mistake on their part). Unethical company I would not work with. If you care about your money and data, I would look elsewhere.

Vorteile:

Ample tracking features for most traffic sources.

Nachteile:

Despite being with Voluum for many years, and explicitly informing them that I will not be renewing my annual plan, they charged my credit card for thousands of dollars. Attempts to reach out to the customer support team to resolve the issue has been futile. Disgusting, money-grabbing company that I would avoid at all costs. Many better trackers that does not steal your money and misuse their data.

the DSP is inefficient and complicated, also they don't support common banner sizes and video ad formats

Essential Tool for Ad Tracking Performance

Kommentare: Voluum is an important part in our daily conversion / campaign tracking. We are very satisfied with the service but also with the communication from their team.

Vorteile:

What I like best about Voluum is its extensive set of features that enable advertisers like us to track, manage, and optimize their ad campaigns effectively. The software provides real-time data analytics, conversion tracking, and multiple attribution models (custom conversions), giving us insights and flexibility into the performance of our ads across multiple channels.

Nachteile:

Steep learning curve, but once you figured out how to setup (assistance / resources are great) – it is very easy manageable.

Easy to use, Complete set of Data to Optimize Your Campaigns, Responsive and Helpful Account Manager

Vorteile:

Been using for 4 years and all I can say that it's really easy to use in terms of integration with traffic sources to setting up the campaigns and the user interface is really clean and easy to see the data. When running the campaigns, I able to see all the data that I want in order to optimize the campaigns and so far, all the data is reliable and my campaigns are performing. The account manager is very helpful and fast response. They have implemented new features such as fraud alert, traffic distribution AI and many more. The mobile app was easy to use to monitor the campaigns wherever I go. Previously, the mobile wasn't user friendly but the latest version was improved and fast as well.

Nachteile:

It's a little bit pricey compare to other competitors but it's stable and has all the features that I want

One tracker for all you campaigns

Vorteile:

I've been using Voluum for more than 2 years now and I must say it has been making my life easy since then. We as media buyer run campaign across multiple traffic sources and its really a hassle to put together a report to compare the performance across all the traffic sources. On voluum you can just integrated all the traffic sources and track all the data at one place which help me to take decision. Comparison gets easier when all the data is at one place.

Nachteile:

Nothing so far! Every feature that I use gives some value to the campaigns.

Excellent Support, Actionable Insights, & Meaningful Automation - We were WAY underutilizing this so

Vorteile:

Our agency has recently began testing the features Voluum has had available to our agency for years and I can confidently say we have underutilized the platform and although we hope integrations development with other ad platforms from the top 200 Alexa sites continue, our team is very excited to be using the insights and automation tools available within the software. Their support is extremely thorough and their teams work together to drive their client's solutions. I am very impressed and intend to integrate more of our sales channels with the software.

Nachteile:

They do not have a path for costs of other traffic sources which support API, but are not "fully integrated" with them for their Automizer tool. This limits the ability to track ROI and aggregate agency & campaign performance for our entire performance channel. Therefore, Voluum cannot be our only performance solution where we would like it to be.

Voluum is easy to set up. They have both video tutorials, written tutorials, and a great onbiarding.

Nachteile:

Little pricey compared to their competitors. However, when you compare all the extras, it is worth the extra costs.

Working with Voluum and it's team for 5 years now, the platform and it's advanced features was one of the main keys in our business growth and success. The team instant availability, professionalism and support is always there for any challenge and solution. It's 10 starts out of 5 for me :)

Nachteile:

Hard to find any... I'd say slightly more expensive than other solutions but it comes together with better value

Awesome tracking software with great features

Kommentare: I've had a great (if not perfect) experience with Voluum over the last several years.

Vorteile:

It ease of use and great documentation. With some many powerful features, you could easily get lost on how to use them. But in the end, everything is explained perfectly, with examples, and if there is something, their support team, especially [SENSITIVE CONTENT] , our account manager, is always there to help. There is literally no limit to how you can use Voluum.

Nachteile:

Can get expensive if you want to use all the features. Features on the lowest plan are fairly limited.

Campaign tracking tool

Vorteile:

Voluum is a real time campaign tracking tool. It is very easy to use in terms of setting up campaigns, Integrating new traffic sources etc. It provides detailed reporting and insights which helps in optimizing the campaigns. Voluum support team always helps and provides quick resolution and regulary updates about the new features, functionalties etc.

Nachteile:

Current Dashboard view is very nice, but if we also get custom feature there to change the view that would be amazing

Tracking excellence

Vorteile:

Voluum is very easy to use and has some great features which enable us to test new flows very quickly and reliably. The custom alert features with the automation features allow me to be more efficient in my daily work!

Nachteile:

The cons for me are that you can't mark manually notes on e.g.widgets e.t.c unless you upgrade which I find a bit petty. Data retention is limited to 6 months only or you have to pay again.

Some things aren't very trivial and it's hard to find documentation, but the support is great

NO REFUNDS even if the platform doesn't work for you

Nothing. I didn't get to use it yet as it didn't work for me and they would just say anything when they sell you this stuff.

Nachteile:

If you are willing to test if it works for a few hundred bucks then go ahead. But know that they will not offer you a refund no matter what. I was not even able to use it because it didn't work with my website provider. After 8 days of trying and not being able to use it. I asked for a refund as I literally couldn't do anything with this platform, it was useless for me and the person that sold it to me knew that it would be useless if I wasn't able to get that from my website provider, but didn't care to mention that I wouldn't get a refund if I was going to try. So I would recommend to stay away. There are other companies that offer you a refund even after 3 months if their platform didn't improve your sales. Voluum is just a joke.

Easy in use and wide range of functionalities. And especially, great support!

Nachteile:

Sometimes it takes some time to implement our recommendations into the functionality, but they always listening to our feedback and working on the needed changes.

automizer rules need more work. It isn't up to the mark as it competitors like brax and theoptimizer
