Vorteile:

I've been using Voluum for more than 2 years now and I must say it has been making my life easy since then. We as media buyer run campaign across multiple traffic sources and its really a hassle to put together a report to compare the performance across all the traffic sources. On voluum you can just integrated all the traffic sources and track all the data at one place which help me to take decision. Comparison gets easier when all the data is at one place.

Nachteile:

Nothing so far! Every feature that I use gives some value to the campaigns.

Essential tracking platform and great customer support

Vorteile:

Voluum is a very powerful and intuitive tracking platform. It's essential for my dayly work in the affiliation world. But the best of all is their fast, personalized and very efficient customer support. I had some stats and targeting discrepancies with a couple of well-known ad networks. But thanks to Voluum's assistance I got my money back and even more: the data they provided also helped those ad networks to fix their systems. Really really helpful.

Nachteile:

I would like their traffic logs also include ClientHints, besides user agents data. ClientHints is available under request, but not at hand when downloading the logs.

Unethical Practices

Kommentare: Been with Voluum for many years, but decided to switch vendors due to security concerns. Despite cancelling the plan, I was rebilled for thousands of dollars and refused a refund despite raising a concern within 24 hours of the rebill (which was a mistake on their part). Unethical company I would not work with. If you care about your money and data, I would look elsewhere.

Ample tracking features for most traffic sources.

Nachteile:

Despite being with Voluum for many years, and explicitly informing them that I will not be renewing my annual plan, they charged my credit card for thousands of dollars. Attempts to reach out to the customer support team to resolve the issue has been futile. Disgusting, money-grabbing company that I would avoid at all costs. Many better trackers that does not steal your money and misuse their data.

Nachteile:

Hard to find any... I'd say slightly more expensive than other solutions but it comes together with better value

Nachteile:

At first, takes times to understand their terminology, but with the excellent tech support team, in our case it was Maciej, thing went pretty quickly.

Great product, but even better customer service

Vorteile:

Voluum has been a pretty easy product to use so far, in the capacity that I needed it. We've had setbacks with technical integration (due to our own developers being swamped) and the Voluum team dedicated a lot of their support teams time to help us achieve our needs. Specifically, our account manager Kasia did a great job and really made us feel taken care of and heard.

Nachteile:

They're integrated with a lot of programmatic traffic providers, which is of course great, but I just wish it was easier to set up the cost and impression reporting.

The interface is user-friendly and easier to use, and the system works great for every campaign I run. The support is the best I ever had. She is one of the best people I have ever met from Voluum.

A must have for affiliate marketers

Kommentare: So far, Voluum has been excellent. I'm still in the onboarding phase of trying out the software and getting to grips with its functionality, but I've been seriously impressed so far, and the support team is some of the best I've seen for a software company.

Vorteile:

I most like the detailed reporting, and ability to pull through data you cannot always get from the advertising networks directly (or at least as easily and live while the campaign is running). For example, you can pause individual placements of ads, decide types, etc. all live while the campaign is running. This is essential for proper optimisation.

Nachteile:

It can seem overwhelming at first, especially as a brand new affiliate marketer, but the support team is awesome and always seem very willing to answer any questions, which helps you to learn the platform quickly.

Most Reliable Tracker on the Market

Kommentare: Voluum has been the best tracker overall for us after comparing with other trackers on the market.

Vorteile:

Been using trackers for years and Voluum is ranked the highest for reliability. As the middle component of an ad campaign, the data going through trackers is huge. Features is probably secondary if the tracker can not be reliable in processing all the traffic that goes through it. As for trackers, I would say it has all the solid capabilities any marketer would need. The server side data, the capturing of revenue for your traffic sources, capability to A/B test offer pages, and etc. It's not crazy in terms of Affiliate company integrations and can't do crazy funnel setups but you really only need those if you have a very complex setup. Overall Voluum is our go to tracker for reliability.

Nachteile:

The costs for their Automizer unit is a bit high but overall it works perfectly.

Awesome tracking software with great features

Vorteile:

It ease of use and great documentation. With some many powerful features, you could easily get lost on how to use them. But in the end, everything is explained perfectly, with examples, and if there is something, their support team, especially [SENSITIVE CONTENT] , our account manager, is always there to help. There is literally no limit to how you can use Voluum.

Nachteile:

Can get expensive if you want to use all the features. Features on the lowest plan are fairly limited.

Voluum is 100% scammers

Kommentare: I decided to stop working with this scam company once they overcharged me and requested refund in skype chat with CSR but got this: " we do not have any refund policy. "
Please note, this is PREPAID service, not postpaid. Please stay away from this company, there are lots of trackers now offering competitive service for MUCH lower price ans well as MUCH more adequate support

Vorteile:

The tracker itself is OK. The support and customer service is terrible. I paid for subscription for years, until they decided without any agreement, without any notify to charge my paypal account . Nothing changed, neither service or features, just price. No notice, no agreement.

Nachteile:

The tracker itself is OK. However owners of voluum selected the scam politics

Easy way to save my time

Vorteile:

I am a small affiliate agency. that meant I and my team have a lot of tasks always. Volume does a lot of things on my behalf quickly, easily and safely. Even, they looking for new traffic sources.

Nachteile:

To be honest, it is not cheap. The traffic I'm doing now through volume is over two million visits a day However, it is attractive to be able to receive these services reliably for that amount of money.

Great & Fast Customer Service

Kommentare: I am a beginner and was just starting out with Voluum. Now I set my first campaign up with the help of their amazing customer support. This was great! Now I will start to run my first affiliate campaign and I am excited on where this journey will take me. In my opinion I have found a great partner with Voluum. I recommend using it 100%.

It is a very powerful but at first overwhelming platform but they have an incredible customer service which is very quick, very easy to understand and very friendly. I was blessed with an customer service agent named [SENSITIVE CONTENT]. She was so patient with me as a beginner and guided me through the different steps on how to set everything up properly. I signed up for the discovery plan so I couldn´t get a dedicated onboarding by phone but this wasn´t even neccessary due to the perfect guidance from [SENSITIVE CONTENT] via Email. She responded very quickly with helpful answers and explainations supported by some links to additional helping guides which by the way were also very easy to understand and therefore very helpful. I never felt unwanted or disturbing. So it is very true, Voluum has a great if not the greatest Customer Support ever!!! Thank you, [SENSITIVE CONTENT]!!!

Nachteile:

At some point of time there are some guides which do not explain the very last detail, but this is not very often the case and if you still have some open questions your support contact will help you in no time!

Best tracking platform out there

Vorteile:

It's easy to implement, neat appearance and user friendly. It's relatively fast and always up to date with the newer trends. The customer support is also great we always get fast responses whenever we need something.

Nachteile:

There are some short downtimes of the interface (thankfully they are really short and doesn't happen often) and I would like to have some further drilldown report options.

Voluum has the best stats reports that I have seen. The break downs are extremely fast and the detailed tracking is unmatched.

There is a little bit of a learning curve to getting it setup but once you are past that it is one awesome tool to ad to your marketing toolbox
