It was exceptionally easy to setup integration between my financial and CRM software. It was easy to understand, field map, setup filters, and watch the data pump process.
I didn't know this was the link between Hubspot and Mailchimp. I knew something was "broken" within Mailchimp which was why stuff in Hubspot not make sense.

To potential users of PieSync:
Have you ever tried to "sync" contacts between Google Contacts, a CRM, another CRM, a website (that has a CRM), and perhaps various tools (that also are driven by your contacts)? I'm sure you have. And I'm sure you hated your life when doing so. And I'm sure you realized that each company's "integrations" are nothing short of terrible if they wrote their "integration" themselves. I mean, there's nothing like reinventing the "integration" wheel for every single company that needs to share / import contacts, right?!?!? And by the way, "pushing" (which is NOT "syncing") contacts with Zapier is NOT good enough. The idea is to keep all these systems IN SYNC - if a contact changes in one system, it needs to change IN REAL TIME with all the other systems. This is what PieSync does. This is why PieSync is awesome. And without PieSync, this is almost impossible to do.
To software companies that need to share / import contacts as part of their system:
Please stop reinventing the wheel. Software companies are letting single-focus other software companies take care of all sorts of things from voice (Twilio), transactional emails (SendGrid), to authentication (Google and Facebook). It's time to stop writing your own point-to-point "integrations" that share your "contacts" and simply let PieSync do it for you. It's all they do! They are better at than you are! Let them do it cleanly! Also, please don't think your "import/export via a .csv file" is a "solution". It's not. It's a pain in the a$$ for everyone involved and probably generates a number of support tickets for your support team each day. Get rid of that functionality and do it right.
Oh... and thank you for all that you do, lovely software companies. :) I love your software, but I can't stand your integrations - unless you use PieSync. Simply use PieSync for sharing contacts (since that's what THEY do best) and then you can focus on what YOU do best.
Vorteile:
- It SYNCS contacts (which is not "pushing" contacts via Zapier) between any system that uses it. - It WORKS FLAWLESSLY. I never have to mess with it. It just works. - It's fast. - Umm... what else is there? I mean, it SYNCS your contacts in real-time!!!
Nachteile:
- More developers (and therefore more "management" of software companies) need to use PieSync for their integrations. - It's not free - which is fine because it is WELL worth the money for what it does.
Syncing Done Right
Vorteile:
First and foremost, it's SUPER simple to set up syncs. Whereas our previous syncing solution took a couple of hours to get up and running, PieSync took about 5 minutes. What's more, we were able to customize the sync to our liking, cutting out several extra steps that we had to complete in our previous system. This saved our team about 30 minutes per person per day. It's amazing!
Nachteile:
My only gripe is that I get logged out of the system relatively regularly. For someone who LOVES watching the real time report of syncs, this can get a little annoying (but just a little).

Easy to use, but missing important features
Vorteile:
PieSync was easy to set up, and since we use Hubspot, its direct integration with HS was nice.
Nachteile:
Missing major "basic" features like syncing email activity. For this missing feature, the cost becomes very high. Because it's the only solution, we're using it, but if I had a choice of another provider that also synced contact activity, I'd switch.
Brilliant. Turned a chore into a seamless process.
Vorteile:
Seamless synch of contacts between Hubspot and Mail Chimp. Was incredibly easy to use. Loved the reporting on why things didnt work either. We've added people we had completely missed No more spreadsheets with lookups, manual imports, etc. Great value for money.
Nachteile:
Haven't used it enough yet to find anything but so far so good.

Startup Setup!
Kommentare: Genuinely couldn't have got ourselves off the ground in half the time without PieSync and its features - tying together multiple hubs and giving us multiple routes to market.
Vorteile:
PieSync was an excellent means of getting us up and going in our first few months - automating the repetitive stuff so we could concentrate on developing clients and delivering work!
Nachteile:
Software is great - always just limited by the scope of base apps APIs.

The easiest way of setting up two-way contact synchronisation between apps
Kommentare: Quick and easy two-way synchronisation of contacts between cloud products.
Vorteile:
It's easy to set up and use. The website GUI is simple to follow and allows you to connect 3rd party contact apps to each other for two-way synchronisation. I use PieSync to keep the contacts in my two Google accounts -- personal and work -- in sync. I also use PieSync to keep my Customer Relationship Management (CRM) package -- Nimble -- in sync with Google's G Suite and visa versa. Bottom line -- it just works, and it works well!
Nachteile:
I have a large number of contacts (3000+) so the pricing for synchronisation starts to become an issue.

Fantastic Syncing Solution, Excellent Customer Support
Kommentare: It has saved us an enormous amount of time, and allows us to sync between our CRM solution and MailChimp with ease, something that was incredibly difficult to do with our previous CRM solution.
Vorteile:
PieSync has made it incredibly easy for us to sync groups between Prosperworks (our CRM solution) and MailChimp. We use tags in Prosperworks that indicates which groups we want to sync, and then send targeted campaigns to those groups in MailChimp. PieSync is extremely clear, and allows users to build sync solutions using a step by step prospers that is very intuitive.
Nachteile:
The only downside is that it is not cheap. If it was half the price, it would be even better, but to be honest, it is so valuable, at least for our needs, that we are willing to pay it.

PieSync does what data connectors do not do. It actually syncs your contacts!
Vorteile:
That it actually syncs and that it works consistently! No triggers are needed although you can set rules. Set it and forget it :)
Nachteile:
Nothing really, While I feel that it is quite simple to use, if anything it is too flexible (multiple rules, ability to sync to and from more than one platform). While valuable, this might be intimidating to some users.

Piesync simplifies a very hard business problem by connecting and syncing cloud-based apps

It takes time to set it up and test the connections. However, less time than other products. Would like more automated detailed reports on sync issues by transaction.

Flawless real time sync
Kommentare: I have several CRMs constantly updated from a single point of entry. This gives me piece of mind as I'm no longer tied to a CRM platform, I can switch tool as I please.
Vorteile:
Real Time sync and two way sync. It just works, I can rest assure all my CRMS are up to date. Really easy to setup too.
Nachteile:
Price plans change based on number of contacts or integrations. It gets quite high. I dont believe the number of contacts one manages correlates with the size of the business.

PieSync is a great company with a great product, but
Vorteile:
We are using PieSync to connect Hubspot and Prosperworks, our sales CRM. In order to build a true sales funnel, we needed the Hubspot CRM to update when contacts change in Prosperworks. We are still tweaking the integration, but it is working. Without PieSync, we would have not been able to work with Hubspot or track marketing attribution without switching CRMs. - Excellent customer support (they will do an intro call with you, and offer you additional assistance in setting up your integrations) - Simple, straightforward UI - No down time (none of our integrations have broken/gone offline). Honestly, seems like a really quality product all around
Nachteile:
- Unlike Zapier, PieSync has a relatively small number of apps they sync with. Would love to use it for more functions, but we do not use the other software they support. - The integration we mainly use (syncing Hubspot to Prosperworks) is a bit limited. For example, you can only sync CONTACT data and not OPPORTUNITIES or LEADS. We have had to find ways to work around this, which we did not expect going in.

Quality tracking Management
Kommentare: The Platform has helped us to maximize our efficiency, reduce operational costs and improve customer service involving all the differents teams and giving them full visibility of every single status logged into the platform
Vorteile:
A good centralized platform for managing our day-to-day business operations, in addition, is pretty straightforward forwards automating processes and managing customer relationships between different stakeholders involved
Nachteile:
The notification system is not accurate in all cases and information provided by the platform sometimes looks confusing( as the number of options sometimes look overwhelming for the different teams involved in different ad hoc tasks)
All happens in the background - very slick
Vorteile:
I don't ever have to think about this. Syncs magically happen when I'm not even looking for them to!
Nachteile:
Not sure I have nailed down the best way to sync across various platforms but overall this is a great tool.

Cool interface for multiple contact syncs
Vorteile:
They just added a "leads" sync to Copper which will be really helpful. Overall a great tool.
Nachteile:
Seems to have a little trouble with multiple platforms creating loops but that is most likely my user error and the wrong order of syncing and not the platform itself
The greatest tool you'll never see
Kommentare: CRM data on the phone was the biggest advantage for me - the two way sync.
Vorteile:
I am using Piesync for a long time. It works great. You set it once and forget it because it does it's job.
Nachteile:
Can't think of anything. It simply works.
PieSync is a great tool
Kommentare: I was able to get the basic syncing that I needed to have done without much thought or advanced preparation. I could run a few tests easily and get the basic job done.
Vorteile:
It was easy for me to get some sync tasks done between products in a pinch. I could easily select the products I was using and connect the mapping in a reasonable way.
Nachteile:
I can't do any advanced customizations or advanced programming with the tool. I'm not sure how to get some of the mappings customized in the way that I want them.

A great help to manage customer service

HubSpot CRM is one of the best CRM I have ever experienced. It is helpful to automate customer service management. This software has decreased the workload on our CRM team. Most of the customers are handled by this software. With the help of this software, most of our customers are handled by an automated system; instead of talking to employees.
This software is an excellent source of our customer handling with the help of technology.

Very affordable yet powerful system
Kommentare: It's been good. Like I said learning it is tough but it's worth it.

It has a very steep learning curve. Takes a while to get the hang of it
This integration worked flawlessly the entire time we used it.
Vorteile:
The application is simple to use and there is nothing to download. So, you can administrate it from any browser. It has always worked with no maintenance required.
Nachteile:
There is no faults I am aware of with PieSync. If the integration also synced Google Calendar, that would be even better.
Syncing two Google Accounts
Kommentare: I use Google Business Apps for work and have a personal Gmail account. I struggled to keep the two contact lists up-to-date until I started using Piesync. Now I can add someone to my personal contacts or business contacts and it gets automatically added to the other list. Love it!

The Mico Plan only lets you sync one connection.
Pie Sync Rocks
Kommentare: I loved it. I really didn't need much in the way of support, and when I had one question regarding tagging I got on a conference call with them.
Vorteile:
PieSync was super helpful as I was creating a POC for prospective client. To me it's like having a Swiss Army knife of connections vs. going out and building one or a series of them. I looked at some other solutions and found PieSync to be the best option, and the most affordable.
Nachteile:
They need a developer's package or in my case, an agency reseller program as we're going to sell the service as part of a functional solution to a series of clients. If that exists, it wasn't easy to find on their website.

Great, seamless syncing with CRM
Kommentare: Ease of managing contacts, clients and leads.
Vorteile:
PieSync seamless syncs both ways from our company contacts to our CRM - this allows us both to manage contact information and updates on either platform and also to easily add our contact's full records to our CRM for ease of adding sphere contacts or people made via email introductions.

amazing 2 way sync of your contacts
Vorteile:
i use this to sync activity from our crm to our email automation. they support a ton of different integrations. This is better than zapier or other 3rd party integration tools because the sync is bidirectional
Nachteile:
PRICING - since they charge you per user synced it's really easy to start spiraling in license costs. for some reason, the assumption is that you have a lot of contacts to sync you are an enterprise customer? what, a small business owner can't have 30,000 contacts? i understand that this is an attempt to price by value, but it doesn't understand the use case.

Kommentare: I love the product, how it works and the interoperability of so many platforms and if I wasn’t as budget conscious as 2020 is making me it would be a buy! If they had an alternative to the user count based pricing I’d reconsider.
Vorteile:
Setup is very easy. Wide selection of platforms you can integrate with with. Instant sync for most platforms Only 5 min interracial for all others so data is always accurate. No credit card require to try.
Nachteile:
The pricing schema is a bit steep when you have more than 1000 contacts personally. The basic tier withholds many features That differentiates it from other services . The pro tier is expensive
