Kommentare: We are using other work drive for file manage but in that we are facing issue with access control and user control, now it is easy to handle this using this tool

Vorteile:

It is very easy to use and implement not complex like other file management tool

Nachteile:

I have not found any issue,but the pricing is little bit higher than other tool

Kommentare: We switched from Google Suite and have found this a very comparable tool.

Vorteile:

There are several addons to the “standard” file sharing that make this quite worthwhile. We use the Snap tool to screen record and share for trainings. Further, sharing content outside the org is more secure as external users need to verify identity first. The doc management and admin features are standard and quite good.

Nachteile:

Users need to install additional tools to use workdrive and the integration to Microsoft suite of products isn’t as good as OneDrive.

Zoho Needs some work

Kommentare: It was exciting at first but then all the bugs started coming out and causing disruption in the workflow. Starting to look for something new

I liked that it as a new interface to use and was excited to have everything there for access

Nachteile:

It keeps disconnecting from my log in and says it cannot find my work. It is very frustrating and makes me want to stop using it. I know they are working on it, but I am afraid to lose my work.

Get it now if you can!

Kommentare: I have been using Zoho for the last 2 years, it's giving me good experience in maintaining my data in one place, storing my work records safely and they are easily accessible to my teammates. Also, I found the software secure and easily navigable.

Vorteile:

Zoho WorkDrive offers a holistic platform where we not only save our documents, upload records, and manage resource data but also get a quick channel to communicate with our team, without using multiple threads of email.

Nachteile:

Sometimes the app got hung and it gives hard time to work on our documents.

Kommentare: It is a staple of our day to day office life and allows us to work remotely as well as share files with the team when necessary

Very cost effective as part of Zoho One Suite, provides all the same functionality and security as the major players in cloud storage and connects easily with other software.

Nachteile:

No real issues with this software, phone app maybe could be more functional but does all the essentials

Colaboração em tempo real, Sincronização de arquivos entre dispositivos, gerenciamento de tarefas e tem integração com os outros aplicativos Zoho.

Nachteile:

Até agora não tive problemas que impactassem a minha avaliação, inclusive deixei de usar outros softwares de armazenamento de nuvem.

Kommentare: I have had a wonderful experience with Zoho WorkDrive. It is easy to navigate and the mobile app makes it simple to view and upload files as well.

What I like most about Zoho WorkDrive is the sharing and collaboration tools. I like that you can share and collect files externally and internally with a simple link.

Nachteile:

What I like least is how folders are automatically created in Zoho WorkDrive based on projects I create in Zoho Projects. I am sure that there is a way to disable this option, however, I've not found it yet.

Experience as a Student

Kommentare: Overall, I would say that this is better than the competition, especially many featureful settings available at a click. I would definitely use in future in a professional like of work, but under my current circumstances, I feel like the free 5GB is a bit too low for my use.

Vorteile:

The UI is much simpler, and it's very easy to navigate within the website with all required settings easily accessible. We don't have to delve into settings to share the files publicly, the options are directly available with a click. I also really like that is shows a percentage bar for our file upload information.

Nachteile:

I feel like 5GB capacity for free users is a bit low at this moment. Currently as a student, I tend to opt for free trials or free alternatives to work with my projects. I feel like it would be more useful to me in future as a professional worker.

Zoho workdrive is an application available in the Android and Apple stores. It gives me more flexibility to manage my teams and allows me to share and store emergency information in real time. Security is guaranteed by industry standards such as ISO 27001.

Nachteile:

Aside from the cost, which can skyrocket as the number of participants increases, I don't see any other drawbacks.
