Nachteile:

- Es fehlen immer noch ein paar wichtige Integrationen, aber die meisten sind da.

Just as the name says, it is easy!

Kommentare: Great for the basic signatures and forms I need to process.

Vorteile:

The templates, integration with my contacts, and ease of use for my signers.

Nachteile:

I would love to be able to pre-enter data into a form that the client could correct if the information is incorrect. Make some fields editable by the next signer.

Easy and affordable

Kommentare: Great experience in these 2 years we have used their product. No issues so far with Signeasy.

Vorteile:

There was no restrictions in how many envelopes we get to send. Other competitors have a limit of how many envelopes we can send. Which forces us to upgrade to higher tier services.

Nachteile:

The ability to combine multiple files to one pdf file. We have to download each individual pdf file separately instead of downloading one whole pdf file.

Easy to use platform, although reliability isn’t their strong suit

Vorteile:

Ease of use, ease of initiating a document, auto forward feature, easy to train

Nachteile:

Terrible at reliability. Possibly the worst platform I’ve used in the sense that we never have peace of mind on which days it will work well.

Does the job at half the price

Vorteile:

It seems to have all the features of its more expensive competitors yet it’s half the price so switching to sign easy was and easy decision

Nachteile:

It’s adoption is low so there’s still some that don’t trust

Top solution in electronic signing

Kommentare: I would describe my overall experience as a win.
I have one complaint. Touchscreen computers and tablets are implemented here, some with life-like electronic pens. The pens don't work with Signeasy. I believe the experience would be bettered if this was addressed.
The most important thing Signeasy has to offer is compliance and security. Trusted by major healthcare and media companies. I highly advise considering SignEasy.
Problems solved: The need for affordability. The need for integration. The need for HIPAA compliance.

Vorteile:

- Affordable. Consistent fair prices. - HIPAA compliant. - High security. Well documented. - New look. Performs well. - High practicality. Implement and learn to use and in a very reasonable amount of time. - Create signatures and manage all components of electronic signing. - Save templates for repeat use. - Complaints are heard and addressed. Support experience was above and beyond. - High number of integrations. - Betters time management and workload management.

Nachteile:

- No electronic pen integration. (Yet, perhaps.) - Email delivery malfunctions.

SignEasy makes it Simple

Vorteile:

SignEasy integrates well with FreshTeam with few issues, and the recent upgrades make it easier to customize the signing process further. We send hundreds of forms yearly, so this program streamlines the process and makes my job easier! Additionally, customer service has been very accommodating when I have any inquiries about the software or my plan.

Nachteile:

The integration with FreshTeam does have some glitches, where the HR software will not recognize the signed documents and give errors or not upload the signed copies. Additionally, I would prefer to have the option to be invoiced in CAD instead of USD, and when my subscription renews, it also renews the nonprofit discount automatically. I must contact SignEasy each year before my plan renews to re-apply for the 30% discount. Otherwise, I am charged the full price.

Easy to Sign. Easy to Use. Sign Easy.

Kommentare: Smooth and used it weekly and daily for all new hire onboarding items and other HR business transactions.

Vorteile:

The integration and user friendly capabilities that required really no training . I was able to get other team members seats and used the product like experts at day 1.

Nachteile:

Some features have limitations and room for improvement is available compared to competitors like DocuSign and others.

Best signature platform out there

Kommentare: This product has helped us streamline line our aggressive signing procedures.

Vorteile:

This product has been a massive time saver, as we have documents that need to be signed daily by many signers in order to follow our process. We all love using it! So easy!

Nachteile:

Only thing that I would say is needed, would be for all new names used to be saved as inputted so you don’t have to go through downloading your contact list all the time.

Great Value for Product

Kommentare: The product is easy to use and the support team is phenomenal.

Vorteile:

I enjoy that I have unlimited signatures and the system is easy for clients to use with little assistance. I like the formatting and options for documents. When I have an issue, the support team is always prompt with their response and solution.

Nachteile:

I would like to be able to save recipients as I go instead of having to upload a contacts list.

Signeasy eased Sales Doc process

Kommentare: Very well. Lowered our contract and legal time

Vorteile:

- Setting up document is very easy. It take a minute to set up the document and sent for signature

Nachteile:

- Better signature feature (should have better signature where using mouse it's easier to sign)

Signeasy is great

Kommentare: We've looked at all the other services. Signeasy does all we need and you can't beat the cost.

Vorteile:

Very easy to use, little training was required. Pretty much able to start using within 10 minutes of signing up.

Nachteile:

We've had the rare issue with a client NOT receiving the email invite from Signeasy. More often then not the client just needs to check the junk or spam filter. I'd be great if we could upload an application template and just have the system insert all the required signature, initials, dates etc for us.

Signing - Easy

Kommentare: Overall B+ or A-I've seen much worse.

Vorteile:

Signing papers online is something that I've gotten ticked off with pretty often in the past. Signeasy is easy. It had to be set up but after that I just go to Signeasy and click a couple things then I'm done.

Nachteile:

They started charging more and for a while people were telling us they didn't get the email so we had to go back and send it a second time.

Overall a good document signing platform

Vorteile:

I like it's ease of use and efficiency.

Nachteile:

I do not like how in order to change a document, you have to start all over from scratch. I also dislike that I have to pay a premium price for not even using half the bells and whistles- they need a basic option for a local small business like me.

Best value that a company can get!

Kommentare: I recommend Signeasy to anyone who could benefit from it. I make sure that it is known how great a value it is, and how simple it is to use.

Vorteile:

I love how simple it is and I love that the price makes sense.

Nachteile:

I do think that there are functions that I am not utilizing but I have not needed to yet.

Super Impressed So Far

Kommentare: We need authorization forms signed for every tax return we file and we were going a very round about way to get these documents signed electronically for customers who couldn't make it into our office. Docusign was expensive and limited in what you could get for your money and our tax software was as well. Signeasy has been a WONDERFUL value, with excellent customer service, and virtually zero problems throughout the first few months of us using this program.

Vorteile:

Everything has been super easy, from the purchase to sending documents. It's easy for our clients to understand as well.

Nachteile:

I wish there was a way to encrypt and have customers type in a password to sign.

Easier than Docusign

Kommentare: In order to submit invoices, I need signatures from the clients that I serve to verify the work has been completed and this makes it so much easier than to go around and ask for a signature, scan the document and send it to the indicated person.

Vorteile:

When I was looking into a program where I could get electronic signatures, I looked into various websites. I tried docusign but I was too confused with how it was set up. Then I found SignEasy and it was easier to use. I also like how I am able to remind the person to sign the document.

Nachteile:

n/a I do not have any problems with Signeasy as of now

Good choice for straightforward esigning functionality

Kommentare: Very useful especially for multiple locations, even more so when they begin with the requester's remote working.

Vorteile:

Easy to operate independently of company systems and then save resulting documents onto our servers

Nachteile:

1) it should autosave drafts at any stage2) it does not allow switching backwards and forwards between set-up (signers, messages to them etc, document selection including one at a time) and the designing of the requests themselves (ie where to add signatures etc)3) i could not see whether it is possible for the requester to add an explanatory note (like "Add Comment" in a Word document), so i have to email these separately - this would be helpful4) it should remember signers I have used previously, so I don’t have to choose between uploading entire contacts lists (which shouldn’t really be there at all) and copy/pasting signers’ details every time.

Easy to use and reasonably priced

Kommentare: I have an extremely happy in the two years using this product. My only complaint would be CUSTOMER SERVICE response time and utilizing through text message.

Vorteile:

I work with the disabled population they are able to navigate and use this portal and signing documents.

Nachteile:

I wish there was a feature to send it through text message for my clients that are not able to use a computer due to their disability or affordability

Great software for singing off and completion of engineer reports.

Kommentare: Proof of visits and easy to keep an eye on our staff

Vorteile:

The software is very easy to use. It's great for getting almost any kind of document signed. It's helped our business get proof of visits and times we we're at site.making life easier when invoicing clients.

Nachteile:

Software should be able to store more than 1 signature as sometimes you have to sign lots of sheets and being able to store more than 1 signature would make this easier. Also this would make it easier for times when you can't get a signal for uploading.

Great value & works well

Vorteile:

The in person signing feature is the best the software has to offer. Saves a lot of printing & scanning of documents

Nachteile:

From time to time the software runs slowly and have updates during Australian working hours.

The ease of use to upload a document for signature or self signing

Nachteile:

The lack of a option to load a date stamp, one has to manouvre around, with an alternative approach. Whilst on its competitor Adobe Sign, it has provided for that functionality.

Great use it everyday.

Kommentare: on the go contract signing its the best feature. Not having to be in an office environment to sign contract.

Vorteile:

Easy to use the app works great everytime we need to use it. Starting to like to updates to it. Email feature easy convenient to clients and myself. Not very affordable but its worth it to me.

Nachteile:

file system, resizing text and dates. An autofill form like Adobe has would be great for files we use over and over. Dropdown menus things like that.

SignEasy Review

Vorteile:

Easy to use most of the time. Able to review and sign from anywhere.

Nachteile:

The fact that I cannot assign an email more than once in a template.

Enjoy the ease of use and how it easily works with other programs.

Kommentare: Ease of use, great for getting that signature and completely the paperwork later.

Vorteile:

The ease of getting signatures. If the person I need a signature from is not available I can email it and they email it back signed... Love that.

Nachteile:

Not much to dislike. Simple program that interfaces with everything you can do. When something is found to be a possible problem, support looks into it and fixes it before it becomes a problem.
