Helped me grow my small business!

Kommentare: My business has really benefited from using Referrizer. Since Referrizer integrates with my booking software, Mindbody, it literally works automatically, without me having to do much. It has truly helped my business grow over the last 2 years.

Vorteile:

Referrizer has been a great software for my small business. It has helped in multiple ways: 1. It has helped me generate more online reviews 2. It has helped me get more new customers through referrals (from my existing clients) and directly from visitors of my website 3. It makes it easy to communicate and send out marketing campaigns through email and text templates

Nachteile:

As a business owner, sometimes I'm not able to create some of my marketing campaigns until the weekend (my only free time). While they have good support, they don't offer support on the weekends (when I need it).

Keeping your clients engaged and happy with perks.

Kommentare: We are happy with the product and have been offered other options but rather continue using this service.

Vorteile:

Being able to capture lead which is crucial to be able to follow up and harness the potential leads.

Nachteile:

I honestly don't have any negative comments on any of its functions.

Do not deal with this SCAM company.

Kommentare: Horrible. I've spent months trying to resolve a simple matter, leaving over 15 voicemails and messages and never got even one returned call. Then a Senior Account Manager at Referrizer wrote me a scolding, aggressive email that left no room for my experience or opinion as a client. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DISHONEST COMPANY.

Vorteile:

This company is based on earning client loyalty for your business, and yet they treat their own clients with aggression and hostility. How can a company help you with something they know nothing about?

Nachteile:

Their customer service is less than terrible. They never return your calls and when it comes to listening to a client they choose to attack vs listen. Do not deal with them.

So many features for a small business!

Vorteile:

Referrizer captures essential marketing features for any small business. I can email my clients, text them easily, automate emails, and set up a loyalty program. I can even reach out to other local businesses to partner on offers to support each other. It is a robust system that I'm always learning more about to get more leads.

Nachteile:

Feeling like I'm not up-to-date on all the latest features was an issue early on, but the customer support team was fantastic!

Referrizer exceeds expectations.

Kommentare: As stated above with the loyalty, referral, email, mass text and short built into one this is a apowerful marketing tool. The fact that you can also very easily customize workflows will increase customer frequency, purchase, purchase value and total ROI without doing very much at all. It takes it off yoru staff and reduces Human error.

Vorteile:

It is still not fully operational and I am already seeing big returns on Investment. You have the referal program which is nice but they have a complete built out marketing system with email, two way texting and short code that helps you automate your follow up. Very easy to build campaigns and edit. It also has loyalty. I am about a month in but I would already feel comfortable recommending it as I have done a lot of research into different systems and this one is the best.

Nachteile:

It is all actually pretty easy. The owner of the company even jumped on a zoom meet a few times to help it get set up. No negatives yet.

Wonderful Website capture and email design software

Kommentare: It took a bit to get used to but now it is opened up daily on our front desk for contacts and communication. The upgrades to email design meant we were able to stop using Mailchimp.

Vorteile:

We use this daily for our website pop-up coupon feature. We also design all our newsletter and weekly emails for current clients and for new clients.

Nachteile:

Still don't understand the purpose of a landing page?

Kommentare: Referrizer is an integral component of our lead capture, review capture and email marketing efforts. We recommend Referrizer to all businesses - especially small ones like ours.

Vorteile:

The lead capture component is a critical aspect of us getting new clients. Additionally, through the review feature we have built a strong online standing.

Nachteile:

Reporting was an issue in the past, but the recent features and enhancements in this area have addressed the gap.

Contact your clients with targeted advertising

Kommentare: targeting my clients and getting my message delivered to their inbox rather then their spam or junk folder

Vorteile:

This will contact your clients and deliver your message with accuracy and not ending up in their spam folder. My sales has increased with this advertising tool and highly recommend it

Nachteile:

setting up the campaigns does take time and their support staff is great with helping me.

Saved me time and made me money

Kommentare: Referrizer has sharpened our growth tools by encouraging members to leave reviews, share with their pfirnds, and has allowed us to engage with them via texting like never before.

Vorteile:

The software is a great tool for reaching out to all of your contacts via text or email since it pairs with our POS system, but it's a fantastic tool for aquiring new contacts and keeping them involved in the sign up process. Each phone call ends in them recieving a text message which we then can use to answer questions or create long term conversations wich turn into conversions. It's drastically helped us with our online presence taking us from a few dozen google reviews to nearly 200

Nachteile:

The company is doing a great job at making the texting interface more user friendly but I would like to see mroe android or apple apps for this . I can only engage in these conversations on my laptop or in a browser - but sometimes I have my phone handy.

New Customer Set up

Kommentare: It has been a good overall experience and I believe to date I see and am getting appropriate value to continue. I think with more time using the system, I will experience even great value.

Vorteile:

The product is very complete and intuitive. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] creates emails and offers for special days of the year that I can send directly to my customers and that is a great benefit. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has also been very attentive to my learning style and because of that I very satisfied with my progress and uptake.

Nachteile:

It takes some effort to learn and get the most out of especially concerning campaigns for both text and emails and landing page development. I may not be there yet because I am a month into using the system but I want more analytics. Also, when beginning my service, all services were not available to me and that was a little annoying.

Superb support

Kommentare: As mentioned above, anyone can create a viable product, but when it comes to support and guest experience many people forget that this is as important and some times more important than the actual product they offer. Referrizer understands that very well. Higher management has done an excellent job in creating a company culture that has the above engraved in the company's DNA.

Vorteile:

Features keep on adding; Referrizer listens to your requests and customizes according to your needs. I have been with them for a long time and i have seen a ton of features added since I started with them. Most important out of all is something that many companies keep forgetting...their customer support is by far the best I have experienced. They listen to you, they assist you and they follow up!

Nachteile:

I would like to see negative reviews as they come in without logging into referrizer. I have to pay for a review software (Review Tracker) and I believe this is something that could be part of their feature additions to their suite of services. How about a menu management software that could be integrated with the customers' website?? We update our website menu and that updates, our iPad menu (for our customers), TripAdvisor, FaceBook, Google, etc

We love Referrizer

Kommentare: We have been very happy with them. I don't think the reviews come in as much as they did when we had other companies we worked with but we get other great features with this product all in one place.

Vorteile:

We love all the features Referrizer offers in one place! The texting is easy to use, the mass emails and texts are as well, contacts all in one spot and review

Nachteile:

The cost can be very difficult each month and checking in contacts that don't always come into our building to connect to our wifi is also difficult. If we don't check them in then they don't get the texts to ask for a review.

Vorteile:

We regularly use the texting feature to communicate with clients. The loyalty program is marginally successful, but I think that’s the nature of our business, we are a yoga studio.

Nachteile:

The level of control we have over our client email and text lists is frustrating. It’s not easy to make sure everyone that has opted out of the emails or texts doesn’t automatically go into MINDBODY to update our client preferences.

Review avoid increase for 6 months

Kommentare: They are always so willing to help. Tech support is fast and accurate.

Vorteile:

Everything - the lead generation aspect.

Nachteile:

does not integrate with one of the largest Spa Management Software - Vagaro. Keep raising prices.

Amazing tools for fitness studios

Kommentare: we love referrizer and so glad we made the move

Vorteile:

I couldn't believe how easy and quickly reviews started coming in and it has really impacted our SEO on google. We are excited about everything this product can do. From reviews to referrals to loyalty programs and all of our email and text campaigns all in one

Nachteile:

some things are a little clunky but hoping as I use the product more it becomes easier to navigate.

Love the Texting

Kommentare: It is awesome to use this feature as it is quick and gets me onto other things

Vorteile:

The ability to email, text, and log calls for each client while seperated into their own catagories.

Nachteile:

It would be great if there was an automated way to have each customer acure multiple reward points. Example family has 1 contact but there are 5 children they should get 5 reward points each visit not the 1.

A wonderful tool to use for communicating with your clients

All In One Marketing Platform

Kommentare: The people are what make it special, no company is perfect, but the people that strive to provide the service that they have, the experience has been phenomenal.

Vorteile:

My business like any other is always coming up with ideas for new marketing, only problem is there are few USEFUL and POTENT tools available. I was incredibly skeptical of the Referrizer platform, then I saw results the beauty is in the simplicity and execution. Thanks all.

Nachteile:

Nothing really, and problem I ever had was resolved in literal hours, I don’t think the sun moved much in between my time of request and it being handled properly.

Sometimes the integration with our client booking software isn't great.

Kommentare: It's an amazing piece of software that allows you to really customize how you communicate with your clients and prospects

Kommentare: We've had great results and are finding new ways to use their features all the time.

Vorteile:

It's multi-functionality. The wifi options & rewards program have been particularly useful in engaging our current clientele. We've tripled our referrals.

Nachteile:

There is a learning curve to implement it. It did take myself and my team several attempts before we were able to use all of it's functionality.

A product worth having

Kommentare: What I see so far I am excited and I am already beginning to see a possible return on my investment since I launched today

Vorteile:

What I like most is the automation and that it helps me simplify my processes and create customer retention, automatic feedback and referrals.

Nachteile:

I would love to see it fully link to MassageBook so that it will automatically update new clients and I do not have to add them manually to Refferizer
