UI for time off management is pretty neat compared to other tools available in the market. Performance and goal Management and LKM modules are the most likable feature.
User interface is very old fashioned and navigation within program to find correct functions and features are really hard.

Also It can helped us to streamline our HR processes and improve efficiency, leading to increased productivity and cost savings. Nachteile:
SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite can be expensive, especially for smaller businesses with limited budgets.

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite simplifies the process of hire till retire, helps easily onboard the candidates, manage their profiles and then termination is done on the same tool.
Nachteile:
SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite needs certain improvements such as position based permissions, which is currently limited to role based permissions.
Works well with other SAP products

Ease of looking at vacation details and requesting them. Also easy to keep track of compensation and your profile
Nachteile:
The direct deposit details update can be a bit easier to access and navigate
Not Intuitive and Complicated for no reason
Kommentare: would not recommend to any person or business. not user friendly, not intuitive, and as previously mentioned I am constantly troubleshooting this software with my team and our administrator. on more than one occasion, people's time off has not accrued properly resulting in them either having a surplus or less vacation days than they're supposed to. any time i need to do anything in this software it is overly complicated. i miss our old vacation time software, and so does our team.
Vorteile:
I like that there is an app, however i've never used it and i'm not sure how many of our staff use it either.
Nachteile:
The main reason we use SF is time off requests/vacation management. After almost 2yrs of use, I still get emails from multiple team members that are struggling to: - see their total accrued vacation time - enter in their own vacation time (Aka they email asking me to do it for them) - cancel their own days off (they email me asking me to do it for them) - edit requests on their own (ex: changing from 3 days of vacation to 2 etc) without cancelling and re-entering the whole thing My biggest frustration with SF is that it doesn't show team members their total time off, it only shows what they've accrued as of the day they are looking at their profile. in order to see how many days they have left to book they have to adjust the calendar. I get the most emails about this issue, and my team struggles with this the most. You can't tell if a person has requested a 1/2 or full day w/o going "all the way" into the request - i should be able to look at either the homepage or Workflow Requests and tell if the person needs one day or just a 1/2. Instead you have to go into their profile, look at the request and THEN you can find out how much time they're requesting. I also get email notifs every time i cancel someone else's vacation time and yet they won't get an email. i've reached out to our system admin about this more than once and they can't seem to come up with a resolution. This software looks and feels old school - very windows 95.

It helps to manage All Employee information safely.Easy to access and submit their concerns like applying leaves, payroll management, Searching for internal job can be done by themselves.Time Sheet Management is good, In that more options available so that we can mention easily.Available in system and Mobile which is super good.
Nachteile:
HR policy tab should be pre designed, so that employee get everything clearly.
The best software for HR professionals
Kommentare: My experience was very good, it is just what I received and I cannot complain, I would like it to be better but with the advancement of technologies this may change, those changes I would like to see and allow me to automate everything.
Vorteile:
The ease of use and its interface is very simple for those who have or not experience with the software
Nachteile:
I did not find something that I did not like, perhaps scaling the connection with artificial intelligence, it would be ideal to be able to connect all this with automated learning

I really do not have any cons. The software suits out needs.
User Experience on SAP HXM Suite
Vorteile:
The HXM suite covers all the features of payroll, HR, recruiting , training, onboarding within a company , Since it covers all the features which is necessary for a company to function , buying the suite makes sense.
Nachteile:
The user experience is not that great , to it comparison Workday is very smooth.

High Reliability HR Software
Vorteile:
I love the UI of this thing. Like I feel it was built for me. There are panels where I can measure and check my own performance and improve upon them.
Nachteile:
The system is nice but integrating it with other seems like a difficult area. I would never tread on those paths.
A true legacy system - difficult to use and navigate
Kommentare: Gave me experience using a large, bulky legacy ATS.
Vorteile:
Enterprise-level; worked well for ~100 Recruiters + ~100 HR representatives to use together. Was stable and consistent.
Nachteile:
Poor UI/UX, difficult to use and to navigate. Features and flow doesn't make logical sense in many cases, and slow/difficult to use quickly. Very poor functionality to enable collaboration across roles/teams.

Adequate ATS Tool
Kommentare: The product gets the job done at the end of the day but it can be unpredictable most often than not. It's user friendly but also is not expansive enough to be a designed tool to function with increased creativity.
Vorteile:
The product is user friendly and the ability to perform basic functions works for daily use. The product asthetics are appealing .
Nachteile:
A lot of areas are in need of improvement. When software updates the next day there are always issues that arise that cause delays in daily tasks. External customers are limited in some user options that should not be restricted.
SAP SF
Kommentare: My overall experience with SAP SuccessFactors has been neutral.
Vorteile:
What I like most about this product is that it is a typical applicant tracking system. It gathers your candidates and as a recruiter, you can sort through the hay stack as a traditional recruiter.
Nachteile:
What I least like about the software is that there is no Artificial Intelligence in our software that could make it easier for the recruiters to do their tasks, such as sourcing.

Great modern tool for HR Administration
Kommentare: We implemented this software 2 years ago and I cannot imagine working with sap on premise any more. It"s fun!
Vorteile:
The Software is very easy to use. You can customize it to your intern HR prozesses. It make HR administration so much more fun - its modern, uncomplicated and user friedly.
Nachteile:
The design of the perfomance form could be better.

Successfactors is slightly on expensive side.It is not easy to find admins.

Too complicated...
Kommentare: My certifications came from extensive studies, I think I couldn't have made it without SAP Learning, by success factors. If the format was just like the OpenSAP, then it would be perfect!
Vorteile:
It has an extensive collection of books and training materials. You can prepare yourself for a certification exam by using the materials which are available to your company. You can find the right material and study focused on your objective. Some materials must be bought by you Enterprise or it will not be available to its employees, but even without the specific trainings, it stills useful.
Nachteile:
Its so hard to use it. Nothing is easy to find, you spend too much time just to know where you are and to find what you are looking for. It would me much better if it is just like the OpenSAP. That other platform is better organized and structured, but SAP Success Factors still got its value, I think it just could be better.
Many features but hard to use
Vorteile:
- Employees familiar with SAP in other use-cases will have an easier time adapting to this version of the software. - Reporting functionality if powerful and capable to dealing with large amounts of data and pulling what data looked like on a particular time-frame.
Nachteile:
- Administrator interface is not intuitive and has a steep learning curve in order to use it. Requires a significant amount of time to train new administrators. - Learner portal is not well laid out and can be confusing for new employees.
Complicated GUI Design
Kommentare: Success Factors Learning has a complicated graphical user interface and sometimes it's so hard to use. I couldn't find some options easily (especially when I try to filter some kind of trainings) and spends my time. It's design should be changed to make more eye-pleasing.
Vorteile:
ou can list and reach any kind of training & courses online. It's a good platform to find all kind of learning stuff in a hub
Nachteile:
Graphical user interface is so complicated. It's hard to use. It should be designed more user-friendly.
Tier 1 System?
Kommentare: Features seem very limited/overly complex in comparison with other platforms such as elogic and cornerstone.
Vorteile:
Great for large companies with set curricula in place. Custom Reporting, Multiple Learning Types Supported. Ability to add references/global resources. Integrated with SAP GlobalScape (previously iContent).
Nachteile:
Lack of forward facing custom reporting (SQL Knowledge required). Customer support is not included with licensing; third party support is sub par.
Considering everything, my pick for an HRIS
Kommentare: The sales cycle delivered what they promised; the implementation team was very supportive. S the post go-live support model is the best I have experienced.
Vorteile:
The security and features of the end to end product were very robust. The IT team was happy with it and so was HR. A win!
Nachteile:
There is some awkwardness in the user experience which results in extra clicks to navigate around. It’s clear the modules were stand-alone and have been patched together.
SAP HCM
Kommentare: Payroll and Legal Reporting is near perfection, although with challenges (at least PT Location has challenges on the legal report side. All the HR information is gathered in one place, which allows for reporting and analytics to be deep and accurate.
Vorteile:
Talent management analytics: which allows for employee skill/qualification analysis;
Nachteile:
The learning curve of usability is a bit steep, although when you get the hang of it you won't believe how effective this software is.
Good product; would be great to see more...
Kommentare: Stay true to what you are good at; be the best there and innovate! If you nail that people will continue to come; but if you bury the features within SAP - my guess is that they will be quickly overtaken.
Vorteile:
It has been interesting to see how SuccessFactors has evolved and is now being positioned within SAP. I have always seen them as stronger in performance management and succession. The frameworks the tool was originally based on have certainly held the test of time.
Nachteile:
As with everyone acquired by Oracle or SAP; you wonder what is going to be left in a couple of years. Also, struggle with the adequacy of the payroll, benefits, workforce management, etc.. Have always understood why they wanted to be there but it's a bit like going to a motorcycle dealer to but a car.
New LMS is a Hit!
Vorteile:
SuccessFactors provides a lot of bells and whistles compared to our old learning management system. We've used SF for almost a year and have been extremely pleased with our ability to: assign learning to specific groups, bundle training into programs and curriculums, and easily track training. One feature that has been extremely beneficial to our field force is the My Team tile, which allows supervisors and alternative supervisors to assign training, track training, and run reports. This was not possible with our former LMS.
Nachteile:
It is not the easiest system to use. I would recommend hands-on training to learn how to load courses, exams and live events, as it's a pretty arduous process. Customer service hasn't been the best. With our old LMS, issues were addressed within 48 hours. Recently, we had an issue that took almost a week to resolve. Additionally, setting up curriculums / programs for specific work groups, etc. is challenging. We recently needed to set up four curriculums as part of our Firm Element training and it took three times to get it right. That was frustrating.
System Admin Experience with SuccessFactors
Vorteile:
Updates came out on a regular basis and they listened to their clientele as to what was needed. It was a great tool for companies who have very basic review to do and could accommodate multiple review processes, as well as compensation processes.
Nachteile:
It was hard to customize or make it fit what your company needed if it didn't match the way the system was setup. It was also hard to get answers from the company and we were usually passed around to multiple people before we were ever given an answer. From our experience, the system also experienced numerous bugs. Very often it seemed like we were dealing with a bug and having to wait on a patch. I know the company was going through a lot of growth and changes, but it was very stressful to constantly deal with the system not working properly.
Need personalization
Kommentare: 11 years at Honeywell, I've worked with the Learning Hub for about 5 years. There are many things that I would like to personalize to meet my audience needs in regard to notifications, curricula, and viewing assigned learning on a persons profile.
Vorteile:
Easy to set up classes, close classes and run reports
Nachteile:
Very difficult to check on someone's progress for assigned learning. It doesn't tell you which session the are in
Decent but outdated compare to others
Vorteile:
The software integrated with other SAP tools which provide more choices for HR professionals to have everything in one go. It is also customizable depending on your organisation process/requirements.
Nachteile:
As it involves several different software it can be bit unstable at times specially during upgrades period
