Vorteile:

the best thing is that patient review you on Google, not on Practo etc. Also patient receives message from Odontos not Bestosys or anything else.

Nachteile:

Nothing , except needs better Tablet app

Kommentare: Overall I am very happy with the software as it helps me in managing my practice, also my staff can use it easily.
Also the software has growth features like Patient tracker, dental charting, etc. which are helping me in my practice growth.

Vorteile:

very user friendly software, it has whatsapp integration feature which helps to send the messages on Whatsapp to the patients regarding their appointments, birthday, pre-post treatment instructions, etc...The after sales support is top notched.

Nachteile:

I feel the UI of the software is old, they can work upon it.

Simply superb , accurate and efficient! Extraordinary customer service . Even you call them midnight , if you stuck with something , they are there in fraction of seconds resolving the issue . Which i love the best !

Nachteile:

I would advise if any possibility to give options for billing with 2 currencies . Like usd and tanzanian shillings .

Have been using Bestosys for the last 4 years and I can confidently say it is one of the best patient management software out there. The software is quite easy to use. Also the support team is phenomenal.

Not able to think of any cons currently.

Best Practice Management Software in India

Kommentare: Bestosys has helped me reduce many clutters. now all data is entered in software and we can access that from anywhere. We get to know that it is our patient calling and all entries are being done by my staff. I am not doing this data entry work any more

Vorteile:

1) Almost all features required tonrun clinic smoothly 2) Each member of climic can access to software but each member can see only that info which owner wants to share with them 3) A+ support team. Just a call ot whats app away. And they just dont speak, they actually access your laptop through teamviewer and solve the problem if the problem is at your computer. If problem is at theor end I have never waited for more than 24 hrs to get it solved

Nachteile:

Well features and support is best but its most costly software for this industry in market.

I like the way it is designed for the dental clinic. It encompasses a lot of things that are required for the smooth operation.

I wish, the perio charting was more upto date. Recalls could be managed in an easier way.

Kommentare: Easy to keep record of the patients multiple visit with the diagnostic x-rays.User and patient friendly

Prescription can be sent to patients via whtsapp and messages.Dose, timings and quantity of medicines to be taken are well explained.It gives entire view of the symptoms,diagnosis,treatment plan options with cost.Helps us to keep the records and date of visit of the patients.

Nachteile:

U should have a portal so that patient can have a one to one word with the doctor,may be through messages.

Kommentare: Totally happy and there r lots of features , would be great if I utilise them all,bug thumbs up.

Vorteile:

Tha latest upgradation,communicating patients and others through whatsapp is another feather to the facilities bestosys provides.patients respond tro whatsapp is better than any other means and there is an option to frame messages to our liking and even add emojis.Now able to send bulk messages too.feel comfortable with this whatsapp feature.

Nachteile:

Not able to find any.i am happy with this software.

One thing very much i like is it will send the Reminder automatically to the patient sometime we will forgot to inform the patient so it will very useful for me overall nice Software when i start to use this software i have lot of issue then [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is the person he will help me a lot when ever i call he will come online he will check and he clear all my doughts.

Nachteile:

Overall good but if this software run offline too then it will great Summary bases if i get overall graph from start to end it will very help.
