Kommentare: The downtime information that is collected allows of the engineering dept. to isolate major problems and attack the root cause.

Vorteile:

Easy to use and what you don't know how to use the support will take the time to show you how and why it is used. The data is always available with the most up to date information and can be pulled in a variety of different reports. Setup of the system is very simple and can be started up in a short amount of time. I recommend using as much of the system as possible because as you add additional modules you may need to change previous setups to work with added modules.

Nachteile:

The major con about the software is that even if you want to have something deleted from the system the request is always denied.

Kommentare: It has really made our jobs as techs alot easier to find parts and organize machine issues better.

Vorteile:

I like the simplicity and organization of it all.

Nachteile:

I would say that maybe allow more customization of the layout.

Easy to maneuver, keeps thing organized, to increase efficiency and productivity.

Nachteile:

In my opinion there's a lot of steps that are reparative, not friendly with others Microsoft.

Valuable Tool For Business

Kommentare: It is positive. I can request work to get done and then manage it after the fact.

Vorteile:

Easy to learn, easy to use, simple, but very effective.

Nachteile:

Cannot think of any cons at the the time.

Good System

Kommentare: I am a new user and have had an all-around good experience so far.

Vorteile:

Being able to input new machines and equipment and easily being able to input bill of materials for them. It has a very good method for inputting and revising PM work and also scheduling PM work.

Nachteile:

It would be nice to have a more customizable home screen for different departments.

Leading 2 Lean Review

Vorteile:

easy to use with other applications and software, particularly with the api calls. The documentation is easy to understand.

Nachteile:

basic api features not a lot of customizability. Reached out to L2L in order to customize some fields and api calls but it was not fulfilled due to the lack of demand.

constant updates online progress help know exactly where the lines are at the time and the check that are done

Nachteile:

need to make more user friendly I feel i could use more training to help with that

Simple but powerful

Kommentare: Great product with a short learning curve. Like any product of this nature the overall outcome depends on the people initially setting it up.

Vorteile:

A small learning curve but after that fairly simple to use. Our team learned it quickly.

Nachteile:

Mobile platform is a little contentious sometimes.

Review of L2L

Vorteile:

What I like most about L2L Connected Workforce Platform is the ease of use from an operator's point of view. Opening dispatches is simple.

Nachteile:

What I like least about L2L Connected Workforce Platform is the system is not validated to my understanding and we currently must use two systems to report dispatches.

Vorteile:

user friendly very easy to find your way thru the steps

Nachteile:

a bit repetitive but once you learn the system simply to use

Easy and conveinent = L2L

Vorteile:

L2L has been very helpful in getting our Maintenace department into the best shape it has been in. The software is very user friendly, and the customer service is amazing. L2L will gladly take recommendations on changes that might need made to make the software easier to use.

Nachteile:

The only con is that there is no true cycle counting for spares.

Mid grade

Kommentare: There are other programs out there that will take care of ALL my needs

Vorteile:

Easy to fill out . The drop downs are almost adequate

Nachteile:

I cannot take care of work orders or inventory with this system

The gold standard of lean manufacturing

Vorteile:

Spares, dispatch, PMs, TWIs and work order management are all integrated into one comprehensive and very useful platform.

Nachteile:

The only suggestion that I could think of would be to show a preview (example, etc.) of the report before it is generated.

Great help

Kommentare: I am tracking inventory variances through the cycle count, to better assess the root causes, as well as ensure we are tracking for the deadlines.

Vorteile:

It helps get the job done and track the status., I also like the notes field that helps you add better notes for items.

Nachteile:

Some fields once created and submitted can be edited later, which is a draw back. I also don't like that you have to go back in and set the due date, and not when you are creating a dispatch.

its not to graphic in some parts you see only test without marge or format

l2l easy to install and use

Vorteile:

The ease of instillation and implementation. The team was able to grasp onto this software very quickly.

Nachteile:

If your company has a naming and labeling convention it will make it much easier to implement. However, its easy to make changes once its implemented.

Vorteile:

Dispatch system for alerting support teams.

Nachteile:

Lots of steps to input data. Required to log in and fill out multiple steps.

Fantastic Program

Vorteile:

The maintenance scheduling is most of my realm and it is extremely convenient to use. Production & down time is also great except that we would benefit more having L2L connect to get more accurate numbers. This program fits well in our business. There are a few options that could be reworded to fit our needs, but we have been able to work around most. Getting hourly employee buy in has not always been easy. To get more information & narrow down problem areas we have converted the reason box to a machine subcomponent. We have machines with multiple areas so using reasons this way enables us to break the machine down further & filter so only the reasons that apply to that machine are an option.

Nachteile:

Getting accurate data from manual input. 40 minutes of downtime for "jam" doesn't tell me much and action/component "cleared" "jam" also is not helpful. I would like more detail, but that is more of a managerial problem than L2L

Vorteile:

user friendly platform that can easily to understand, even with less explanatory.

Nachteile:

As of now, I do not have any Cons to this product.

Basically, excellent product

Vorteile:

Spare management, Spare history report is one of the excellent trackings to review and analyze the usage trend. This helps us to identify the inventory holding cost, and parts utilization by area or department.

Nachteile:

Part Category- require below min level and at min level option selection. Already notify the L2L team on this task- In progress. This function will help the user to directly select the specified part category during register the part into the L2L system. During Order Parts, easy to identify the required part to place an order.

NGC, Tool Shop

Vorteile:

Ease of use. Can use with mobile device.

Nachteile:

Nothing. I have found no issues with it yet.

LES - Dispatch Syatem

Kommentare: -Centralize all the maintenance documents for fast retrievable and monitoring
-Assist systematically on machine historical data to prevent unnecessary downtime
-Help to minimize technician repair time, able to view in glance on past 30 days activities
-Able to plan systematically on the spare part consumptions & it’s change frequency

Vorteile:

-Maintenance history tracking -Maintenance scheduling -Document storage -Spare management

Nachteile:

-Spare consumption cost accuracy poor due to bugs -Did not have escalation title option -Less admin function

L2L feedback

Kommentare: Support has to become a friend

Vorteile:

Exporting Function, Support availability

Nachteile:

Canned Reports, limits on administrator changes to basic fields and Selections.

From a Developer's Viewpoint

Kommentare: Our MRO department uses this for all requests and spares issues. Facilities uses for maintenance scheduling, dispatches, equipment BOMs. Saves much time and provides accurate reporting.

Vorteile:

All references a developer needs to create interfaces is in one central location. Amazing API documentation with clearly defined FFDs and descriptions. Tech Support is among the best and quickest I've experienced in my nearly 40 years in IT.

Nachteile:

I am not great as a JSON or XML developer, so am forced to find workarounds (Excel XML using VBA), but have managed to be able to provide users all the reporting and synchs they desire. Wish there were some direct interfaces with iSeries. I'd like to utilize for Scrap, but management is hesitant to proceed.

Good tool but very overpriced

The tool aided us in improving our overall equipment effectiveness

Nachteile:

I believe for what we are getting from the tool that it is not worth the price tag
