One of the cool functions is that it integrates with email, so when you have communications with customers, it automatically shows in the tool.
I think more training on set up, warnings issued at set up and common pitfalls at set up would avoid harmful bulk uploads making irreversible upload mistakes.

Nutshell has transformed our lead management
Vorteile:
Our primary goal was to have a high-functioning CRM that supported lead nurturing and helped us close sales. Nutshell does that exceptionally well, but that is just the starting point. Automating tasks and communication through multiple sales pipelines is easy and intuitive. We are already seeing results from the automation. Tracking our current clients for upsells and renewals is also intuitive and easy. Our next step is to use the marketing potential of the platform to increase our lead generation as well. The implementation went very smoothly, support from Nutshell staff was great, and I was up and running with Nutshell in days, and now I can track leads, make calls, and send emails and never have to leave the platform. It has greatly increase my efficiency.
Nachteile:
Not sure how to answer the cons. There are a few areas where I would like to customize fields, or change their location, but it is a small complaint

Nutshell is great!

Once in a while I am searching for a company, and it won't show up.. Then I look again 20 minutes later and its there.

Simple to Use for those who have not used CRM's before
Kommentare: This is used to track our quotes and hase been helpful on stopping quotes from slipping through the cracks.
Vorteile:
This was an easy to implement software for those who have never used a CRM in the past. User friendly for basic functionality.
Nachteile:
I would like to see more ability to keep lead information separated. There are many leads that have the same companies and people but are not relevant to one another, and unfortunately it all gets lumped together.

Hours of Researching the BEST CRM Paid Off!
Kommentare: We spent a few months, literally ENDLESS hours, researching CRMs, comparing the different pros and cons. And I'm SO HAPPY we went with Nutshell. It has brought a new level of organization and sanity to our business! I appreciate how user friendly the interface is from the size of the font to the functionality! It's crazy how many CRMs feel like you're writing code trying to use them! And we're able to follow up so much faster with new leads which makes all the difference in the end.
Vorteile:
I love the customization of pipelines, being able to turn strong leads "orange" in color so they stand out. It's so helpful to see if leads/clients successfully received our emails and opened them. We use the email drip sequences a lot, and I can't say enough about how much value those add to our clients.
Nachteile:
sitting here thinking and thinking, and honestly not sure! LOL Not sure if this is a Nutshell issue or our issue. But our stages in the pipeline often get bottlenecked. Always trying to figure out how to organize better to keep things streamlining more efficiently.

CRM at your fingertips
Kommentare: In general it is very easy to work with flexible enough to search and get the right info rapidly .
Vorteile:
The follow up - project’s steps are the most effective way to ensure that the team has the resources & information.
Nachteile:
Information is sometimes too complicated to register & we do not have all the customers contact info in the first meeting.

EPI - Nutshell
Kommentare: I do not see how we could properly function as a business without nutshell. It greatly helps to improve our overall organization.
Vorteile:
It is very easy to use with a team, we tag each other on notes when working on proposals and it helps keep us all looped in. Overall it is a great system and very helpful to our company.

Often it slows down and freezes, which can be an issue.

Awesome CRM
Kommentare: I've been using Nutshell for almost a year. I have experience with other CRMs ( I will not mention names), but this one is easier to search and track the metrics.

My thoughts on Nutshell - I LOVE it!
Kommentare: Extremely good. I have tried almost every CRM on the market, including Salesforce and their $50K annual Pardot (marketing add-on) tool. Nutshell gives me the exact tools I need (and the ability to modify) for my business model. Others were simply too rigid.
Vorteile:
One of the first things that I want to see in a great CRM platform is excellent, and timely customer service. The nutshell team delivers that in spades.
Nachteile:
Some of the "lookup" tools do not get me where I need to go. It might be user error or not knowing how to use the available tools, but I sometimes have to give up on getting the data segment I need.

Easy, Convenient but Some Paint Points
Vorteile:
I like that Nutshell is straightforward to build. As an admin, it's easy to set up the pipelines, add users, and the interface is easy to follow. Some of its capabilities are very helpful, such as tasks/automatic tasks, automatic emails, email integration, RingCentral integration, etc. The fact they track audience engagements is also helpful to get a feel for the audiences. There are some limitations, of course, but it's possible to use it well based on the lower price point than other competitors.
Nachteile:
The features are sometimes limiting. They intend to be helpful but actually cause more work. For example, I dislike how you can't choose a certain date for an automatic task but rather have to delay it by X amount of business days—it becomes such a pain. I also dislike the same feature for the automatic emails, it becomes a pain point. The pipelines are good to use but have a limit on how many steps can be created as well, which is also limiting. I also dislike how you can't use the same trigger in different stages of a pipeline—this can be so unhelpful at times. Lastly, there's something very off with the AI used to identify duplicates. Sometimes the suggestions are close to each other but sometimes they're VERY unrelated and it keeps getting flagged as a duplicate.

Nutshell is budget friendly and helpful
Kommentare: It is not exactly what I thought I was signing up for but overall it is serving its purpose.
Vorteile:
Nutshell is an all in one place database that can be used for planning and building connections with people.
Nachteile:
There are some steps that are not as user-friendly, such as capturing and pulling detailed data, and imports are a bit tricky. There is a white glove service to help you if needed.

Found my Forever CRM & Marketing Platform
Kommentare: For four years I've been searching for an easy-to-navigate and setup CRM that had all the tools I need for my agency. There was always something missing, or it was clunky and too difficult to set up. I'd switch every few months. Now, those days are gone thanks to Nutshell! I couldn't be happier with the product, and I haven't even touched the tip of the iceberg using it at full capacity. Customer for life!

Nutshell is SOLID. I would recommend it.
Vorteile:
Nutshell is very intuitive to use. Highly customizable to your particular needs and endless amounts of possibility to categorize and document.
Nachteile:
There are a few features that are not available in terms of sending mass emails. However, they are very helpful finding work arounds and often take input and upgrade their systems.

Nutshell is the Best tool for customer contact and history
Kommentare: Nutshell contact software is something I have used every single day for the past 12 years! I keep all of my customer information and there are thousands. If I lost access to Nutshell I would not be able to sell!
Vorteile:
I love the email feature! I can send customers emails right from Nutshell and track when and if they open the email, click on links, etc. Such a great feature. Email Templates are great too.

I like everything about Nutshell. It makes my life easier so I see no cons.

Genius Product

Vorteile:
I like the contact forms and how I can embed different versions on each page of my site. It helps me pre-qualify and understand the needs of the customer who contacted me.
Nachteile:
I would prefer a better UI. Some clicks are unintuitive and features aren’t well described or located.

Come together with Nutshell

That it can store so much information! I love the tagging feature because we are able to pull up so much information later on.

Great tool to help solve many challenges - needs a focused team to work well

Very challenging to use, and seemed non-intuitive to me. It took me a long time to figure certain things out, and support did the best they could. Other team members either found it easier or harder than I did.
