Outstanding Technical Support

Vorteile:

I have found the technical support to be outstanding. The response time, knowledge and especially their patience is appreciated.

Nachteile:

There is a learning curve but the support team makes this very easy.

Make Sure You Know What You Are Getting!

Kommentare: We were promised a lot of things could be done with this software and it wasn't until we got into actually using it that we realized they couldn't be done. I would recommend a trial basis first before you commit!!

Vorteile:

The tills themselves are very user friendly and can be customized.

Nachteile:

The reports that we have been using, both customized and standard, take a lot of time to set up and most of them are not useful for our business. Because the system originated in Australia, the terms used are not what we are familiar with. There are so many categories of what can be pulled for reports that it is so overwhelming. We have spent a lot of time and money on understanding reports and using them.

Wendy, we strive to make sure we match features in our software to the expectations of our clients. We work hard at this and hate that this didn't happen completely in your case. Although we know we brought many significant improvements to your business, we do agree that there were a couple things that you expected the software to that it could not but disagree that those were promised functions of the software. They were also not things that are commonly asked for by other customers. Regardless of our disagreement, we have continued to work to resolve every possible issue and have been able to resolve most of the outstanding issues at no additional cost as a sign of goodwill. We hope you agree that Bepoz reporting is one of the most powerful reporting tools anywhere. That power does require some learning for some customers who have specific needs, but it is worth it as the results can be amazing. We look forward to a long and prosperous relationship between our organizations.

Great product - absolute worst service proposition imaginable

Kommentare: If the service was better, I would recommend. I simply cant because of the numerous terrible experiences I have had.

Vorteile:

The product itself is great. If anything the capabilities are too great. Very easy for staff to use. back office is a little more challenging.

Nachteile:

Bepoz has the worst service proposition I have ever experienced. A 3 day initial training is all they offer which isn't nearly enough to properly utilise this system. Every time we need to contact them for an adjustment to be made, a tech is NEVER available.

Terrible Service

Kommentare: Ordered a new Kitchen printer smoked as soon it was plugged in been waiting 3 weeks for a reply

Vorteile:

POS is easy to use. Has lots of functions. looks ok. Hard to find to say positive things which this site requires

Nachteile:

There is no service ever available. They may or may not call you back at a time that suits them not you!!
