Vorteile:

It was really simple and easy to use, and it has all the features you would need in a property management software. I would say its more for condos and hoa, you can use it for rentals too.

Nachteile:

Could not think of any to be honest. It's an overall solid platform.

Condominium Manager

Kommentare: I have been using CCC for many years if not a decade! When I think of Condo Control I think of professionalism, efficiency, positive growth and great support. That is a full package service! Keep up the great work!

Vorteile:

Residential Database and Purchase Order modules are easy to use, provide good features and reports that are very helpful to run a building. But what I truly love about CCC from early on in my days working with this service is the willingness and openness of the CCC Team and [sensitive content hidden] to take Managers' suggestions to improve improve the system. It is such a pleasure dealing with the whole Team! Thank you all for all that you do!

Nachteile:

Well that is a tricky question, I like all features of CCC; but every system has room for improvement. I would like to see a few improvements with the Purchase Orders, like being able to print off a copy without opening new windows; or being alerted to duplicate invoices, but being as pro-active as they are I know the Team is working on this already!

Kommentare: I was seeing how long it took for specific projects to be completed -from PO issue to job complete. Which in turn would evaluate the contractor that was used on site to make sure work was completed in a timely manner. Perfect for time management.

Vorteile:

I liked the software as it was very easy to track ongoing trades working on our property. From the PO being issued to the work being complete.

Nachteile:

Was difficult to obtain homeowner feedback on satisfaction of specific work being done on units, as not every property owner was enrolled with Condo Control Central, due to several seniors residing in the complex which did not have internet, computers or were tech savvy. This was not at all related to the software but made it limited use.

Best condo app for HOAs or condominiums

Kommentare: Experience has been great so far. The support team always responds promptly.

Vorteile:

Ease of use and useful features that are common in HOA's and/or condos.

Nachteile:

We have not had a chance to explore and utilize every feature that Condo Control offers, therefore we do not know if there is something we like least at this time.

Helping property management

Kommentare: This platform is easy to learn, mostly intuitive and definitely one of the best tool we can work with in property management.

Vorteile:

Condo Control allows to access our database of residents easily, allowing us to find the information we need fast and accurately. The announcement allow us to prepare and send memos right away or delay, this way we can prepare memos ahead of time with the guarantee it will be sent at the right moment.

Nachteile:

The Classified Ad section is not as intuitive as one could hope, but with a bit of tweaking, it can assist the need of our residents and property manager.

Easy to Use Condo Management Software

Kommentare: I have been using Condo Control Central for the last 3 years to assist in managing my condominium corporations. I love the way I can easily send announcements to everyone associated with the condominium from owners to tenants to staff on building related issues quickly and easily. CCC team listens well to feedback and implements product upgrade requests much mnore quickly than other software in the market.

Vorteile:

The software is easy to use and can be learned very quickly. The interface is clean and self explanatory.

Nachteile:

The maintenance that takes place at 9:00 p.m. in the night. If this can be pushed back to later in the night or early hours like 5:00 a.m., it would be perfect.

Condo Control

Kommentare: Condo Control makes my life easier as Property Manager.

Vorteile:

As a property manager, having the building data available in the palm of my hands is an asset.

Nachteile:

Sometimes there’s too many functions - but this could also be taken as a positive.

Easy usage makes life easier to handle

Vorteile:

Entering parcels is easy due to the multiple login page, Search for residents is a snap. Residents do not stand idly to receive parcel or parking permits.

Nachteile:

As a concierge, and leader of a crew of security guards, the program does what it is advertised. Multiple logging of parcels, ease of producing parking permits, setting up new residents and owners in the data base can be done with relative ease.

Condo Control

Kommentare: We have been using the software for almost a year and it has been working very well for our complex.

Vorteile:

Ease of access and the ability for all owners to track work-orders and projects.

Nachteile:

The fees, I'm frugal. The software works great!

Excellent Software to help manage all aspects of condo management

Vorteile:

Ease of use and functionality. The software has allowed us to organize and keep track of different aspects of the condo management in our building. The team continues integrating new modules and they are very receptive to feedback from clients.

Nachteile:

There are certain modules like Maintenance that are bit outdated and it doesn't allow us to implement a comprehensive plan that could be integrated with the rest of the modules. Also, it would be amazing if the software could be integrated with other systems in the market to control access to the building (access control) so there is only one data base to be updated.

Amazing

, Condo Manager have been horrible and even though it is their product that we have been having issues with, it has been Condo Control who has kept me up to date and has gone above and beyond to help me fix it.Also shout out of [sensitive content hidden]

Really easy customer support. It's great that we have a rep [sensitive content hidden] that helps us and any time we have to be sent to the support team they are great at getting back to us.

Nachteile:

Property Management Software with the bells and whistles

Kommentare: Great service and features at affordable price compare to the competitors.

Vorteile:

I've tried 2 other popular management software and Condo Control is most affordable, easy to use, and lots of great features.

Nachteile:

There were two Cons:1) Under the "Announcement" section, the subject title was restricted to fewer characters.Update: This issue was improved with a much longer subject title to fit the title and dates.2) Under the "Announcement" section, it was not possible to upload a notice in picture format on the message section.Update: Thank you for allowing this feature to work! =)

Easy-to-Use Interface

I like that it's easy to use, even for beginners.

Nachteile:

I think there could be changes to store options where maybe you can have more than one account.

Condo Control is Top Notch

Kommentare: The overall experience has been a very positive one. I find the staff very open to making change when I make suggestions which is awesome. The help desk staff are are very helpful when I call in.

Vorteile:

Condo Control is extremely user friendly. Our condo complex uses it to communicate with our tenants and owners. The features we use the most are announcements, service requests, amenity bookings, unit file, make a payment, store, and the library.

Nachteile:

Not that I can think of. I am very pleased with everything about Condo Control.

Value for our Dollar

Kommentare: Overall, I am very satisfied with our experience with Condo Control Central. Both from the perspective of an owner and from that of a Director, I find it the perfect solution to our communication as a corporation, both to our owners and to each other on the Board, as well as to managment.

Vorteile:

Before we had Condo Control Central, it was difficult, as an owner, to learn about condo life, to understand what documents were important and how they were important. Communication from property management was also a problem. Now, as a board director, communication with owners and tenants is vastly improved. All important documentation is easily available to those who need it. Reporting Service Requests is easy, and the Board has the ability to track these requests to ensure managment is following up.

Nachteile:

I would like to see the User Guide displayed as a more prominent icon somewhere up under the bar where the notifications icon is. Many of our owners are not all that tech savvy and find websites awkward and difficult to understand. A prominent icon for the User Guide that they will see immediately upon log-in would be ideal.

Features of CCC that Improve and Enhance the Management of Our Condominium Complex

Kommentare: Since we have had CCC, our residents are very pleased at the improvements we have made in managing our condominium complex. Their customer service excellent. Their response to our questions is excellent. Overall, their customer service is the best we ever dealt with.

Vorteile:

Very easy to set up and use. Great features that allow you to customize to what you need. User guides that help our residents use this software.

Nachteile:

We haven't found anything significant yet.

Completely rebuilt our HOA owners database with this software. Invaluable!

Vorteile:

The phone book, service request tracking and announcement module are the most important features to us.

Nachteile:

The voting module was only ok. And it is fairly expensive to set up. Also, the Quickbooks Online tie in seems problematic. Syncing our QBO records to CC doesn't always go smoothly. We wish there was a dedicated accounting package for HOAs that we could purchase, and do away with QBO.

Condo Manager Experience

Vorteile:

Love that everything is in 1 database. Keeps owners informed, lots of ways to communicate activities, events, scheduled maintenance

Nachteile:

Not always user friendly for those who do not use computers frequently. Setup and launching was stressful

One stop - save time

Kommentare: I am located at the site so having the latest information available is very helpful.

Vorteile:

The easy of moving from one section to another makes my day so much easier. All the information and notes are just a click away.

Nachteile:

The only issue I have is a recent change has made inputting dates into vacation a little more difficult. The pop up screen with the most recent changes overlays on top of the calendar.

Quick response and training, also at the time of AGM and Budget, they came here personally on our site to help us and provide the best technical support.

Vorteile:

The system is very friendly, it is so easy to find user, unit information, booking amenities etc. Also the reports payment, store activities.

Nachteile:

We already send a suggestions to customize a report from stripe with the condo control store, also to include the security to add the number of unit in the order when the credit card payment to match with the stripe.

User Friendly

Condo Control Central is the way to go.

Kommentare: The homeowners love this software. They are able to access all of the information they need at the click of a button. It not only helps them, but saves me time and I am able to focus on other matters.

Vorteile:

The software is easy to learn and easy to use. I wish all of my properties would make the switch to CCC.

Nachteile:

The e-blast feature was challenging at first when trying to use bullet points. We let our representative know the problem and she worked with us and the issue was resolved quickly.

Reliable workhorse

Kommentare: I've been using Condo Control for over 4 years, and it is a reliable and robust piece of software.

Vorteile:

The software does what it claims, without too many surprises. Overall reliable.

Nachteile:

Interface can get confused when the user does something unexpected - eg: if you scroll down too soon when making a staff log, the software gets into a state where you can't scroll back up to close the window and you need to duplicate the window and close the original to continue.

Long-term User

Vorteile:

Budget mailing, able to update future resident information.

Nachteile:

Discussion Forum: should allow admin to see the full name of the resident in the discussion forum while residents only can see the initials.
