Tolles Produkt und großartiger Service

Kommentare: Kontainer bietet genau die DAM-System-Lösung, die wir gebraucht haben. Wir haben jetzt eine intuitive Ablage für das gesamte Unternehmen für all unsere Daten. Für unsere Zwecke (fast) die eierlegende Wollmilchsau.

Vorteile:

Wir sind von einer Datenablage über mehrere Tools hinweg zu Kontainer gewechselt, da für unsere Kolleg:innen der Aufwand Dateien zu finden zu hoch war. Kontainer bietet tolle Funktionen (z. B. Smart Folder) und ist sehr intuitiv in der Bedienung (besonders für reine Nutzer). Großartig ist vor allem der Support. Anfangs noch rein Englisch, gibt es nun auch deutschsprachige Ansprechpartner. Die Reaktionszeiten auf Anfragen, bei Problemen oder auch während des Aufsetzens des Projekts waren super schnell und es gab immer einer Lösung. Neue Funktionen werden gemeinsam erarbeitet und zeitnah umgesetzt.

Nachteile:

Für Admins war die Einarbeitung etwas schwieriger, aber die Erfahrung macht es ohne Probleme nutzbar. Die Dokumentation von Funktionen hat sich ebenfalls in den letzten Monaten verbessert.Die KI-gestützte Verschlagwortung von Bilder ist noch in den Kinderschuhen und daher aktuell für uns noch nicht interessant.

In Betracht gezogene Alternativen: Canto

Warum Kontainer gewählt wurde: Dezentrale Ablage war nicht benutzerfreundlich und zu aufwendig. Außerdem mussten alle Vorlagen mit Passwörtern versehen werden.

Zuvor genutzte Software: Microsoft SharePoint und Vimeo

Gründe für den Wechsel zu Kontainer: Preis-Leistung im Angebot von Kontainer war attraktiver. Außerdem wollten wir, dass die Server zu 100% in der EU stehen.

Eine überzeugende DAM-Tool-Lösung für Kunden und Kollegen

Kommentare: Unser Unternehmen verfügt über eine komplexe Struktur mit einer Vielzahl unterschiedlicher interner und externer Anspruchsgruppen. Mithilfe der durchdachten Benutzer- und Gruppenverwaltung von Kontainer können wir diese Anforderungen erfolgreich bewältigen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die außergewöhnliche Effizienz und Übersichtlichkeit der Gruppenrechteverwaltung von Kontainer. Diese Funktion ermöglicht es uns, wertvolle Zeit einzusparen und dennoch den Überblick über die Zugriffsrechte zu behalten. Fazit: modernes Tool, zahlreiche Funktionen, sehr guter Service.

Vorteile:

Wir haben im Vorfeld mit zahlreichen Anbietern von DAM-Tools gesprochen und deren Lösungen intensiv getestet. Letztendlich hat uns Kontainer durch seine umfangreichen Funktionen, den herausragenden Service und insbesondere die intuitive und moderne Benutzeroberfläche vollständig überzeugt. Wir suchten eine Lösung, die nicht nur von unseren Kunden genutzt wird, sondern vor allem auch von unseren Kolleginnen und Kollegen aktiv angewendet wird. Mit Kontainer haben wir genau das erreicht. Aus diesem Grund sind wir von Kontainer außerordentlich beeindruckt.

Nachteile:

Die AI-Verschlagwortung der hochgeladenen Assets funktioniert gut, allerdings ist sie derzeit nur in englischer Sprache verfügbar. Um unseren Anforderungen gerecht zu werden, wäre es wünschenswert, auch eine deutsche AI-Verschlagwortung zu haben. Zusätzlich wäre es von Vorteil, wenn die AI-Verschlagwortung auch in anderen Sprachen verfügbar wäre.

Bewertung Kontainer

Vorteile:

An Kontainer gefällt mir am besten, dass wir unseren Kunden alle unsere Marketing Materialien übersichtlich, wie auf einer Website zu Verfügung stellen können!

Nachteile:

Ich würde denke, dass es keine Unterscheidung zwischen dem PIM und dem DAM Paket geben sollte, sondern beides in einem System integriert sein sollte!

Couldn't live without our Kontainer image bank

Kommentare: I use it everyday and mainly for sharing press kits with journalists - it's amazing having everything gathered in one place and being able to share something that's beautifully and aesthetically presented.

Vorteile:

I love how intuitive and easy it is to use.

Nachteile:

I'm not a part of the development or integration - I'm just a user with admin rights. But I don't feel there are any struggles for me using the image bank - sometimes there's a hiccup because our amount of content is extreme. But it very rarely happens that there's an issue, and I've always received help quickly, when necessary. Maybe once or twice in my one-two years as a user.

Kontainer.

Kommentare: I like Kontainer. It's easy, clean designs and a great place to have all our images etc.

Vorteile:

The easy setup and clean designs. It is also nice for our customers.

Nachteile:

I would love to have some templates I could click on and that would be the design. Often, we don't have time to design our portal.

After the latest update, Kontainer does not meet our needs for use. A lot of the features, that we used the most, are unavailable after the update.

Easy to use and set up, very helpful team

Vorteile:

We have been very happy with using Kontainer. It is very intuitive, both to set up and use, which is important as we have many external people using it. The team behind it is very nice and helpful, and always ready with advise or help. No complains with anything

Nachteile:

We have not had any complains internally nor externally.

Gründe für den Wechsel zu Kontainer: It was a Danish company, it looked good both aesthetically and looked to be intuitive. We have been very happy we our choice.

not much to say here - the maintenance / updates to the sodtware was a problem a few times, but mostly due to our alternativ use of the software

Customerservice

Kommentare: I use it daily and am very satisfied. It is really easy and easy to work in.

Vorteile:

It is very easy to use. You have a good overview of everything.

Nachteile:

I can't think of anything immediately. I really think it's a good tool to work in every day.

Easy but sometimes slow when downloading more files at a time

The organization and the visual of it. Also it is easy to find and import.

The downloading time is a bit long when you have to download more files at a time.

A great tool for sharing marketing content with b2b retailers

Kommentare: I've been using it for a year now with sharing content both internally and externally, and it's been very easy to use and reliable.

Vorteile:

Kontainer is an indispensable tool for our company, especially when it comes to organizing and sharing content with our B2B retail customers. The most helpful aspect is how it centralizes all our marketing materials, product images, and other resources in one secure, easily accessible location. This allows us to quickly share everything our partners need for product launches through a single, streamlined link.

Nachteile:

A minor downside is the limited features you can do if you're not an administrator.

Easy PIM/ imagebank

Kommentare: A good and easy way to structure product information in one place

The ease of keeping all our materials in one place in folders

Nachteile:

Navigation options. They are good, but sometimes slow

Satisfied costumer

Kommentare: All in all, the database is working well and fulfils our needs. We are in the process of registering a large archive, and so far, it is going well.

Vorteile:

It has been nice to be part of the process through the construction of the database, allowing us to completely tailor it to our needs. And when we have needed to change or fix something, the response time is usually fast.

Nachteile:

We would like the search function to be more flexible and detailed. We would like to be able to use boolean operators.

Gründe für den Wechsel zu Kontainer: It is relatively cheap, and could be tailored to our needs in a much more efficient way.

I've found our new software for the companys image bank!

Vorteile:

The software is easy to navigate in once you figure it out. I love how you can share particularly maps with retailers or other. Also it's visually very pretty and it's very manageable.

Nachteile:

It would have been nice if there where a 'last added' section, where you can find all the files that just have been added. Also it would have been nice if you could download pictures in to sizes to instagram etc. Now it only crops the picture for it to fit the size. Would have been great if it compressed the picture instead.

User-friendly DAM system

Kommentare: I’m very happy working with Kontainer. The system is very easy to use for me and for our customers. And there is so many more options, which we are still not using. The people from Kontainer gives a great support, when we have problems or questions.

Vorteile:

We used to have all files on a server, which made it imposible to find the pictures we needed. This was our primary reason to choose Kontainer - now we can simple search for pictures, and it’s easy to get an overview. The second reason was to make it easy for our customers to find pictures, which have been a great success. It’s easy to share pictures with a link to bon users. And I can choose the size for downloadning, so I don’t have to edit picture size afterwards.

Nachteile:

The “tags” function does not work together with the search field and it’s not possible to filter pictures based on the tags. So it’s necessary in some degree, to know which words to sesrch for. The InDesign plug-in does not work very well, we still have to use a server for the pictures we use in InDesign documents. It’s not possible to mirror an album.

Kontainer helps to save time and money in the marketing department

Kommentare: We have used Kontainer daily for many years. We use Kontainer to receive and share photos and video files for our solutions and Photoshop, Sketch and indesign documents for customers and business partners. We save time in the design and marketing department every day with Container.

Vorteile:

Kontainer is an great tool for optimizing work processes, economical savings and for ensuring the best support for dealers and partners. Most of all, I want to highlight the high usability, performance speed and the delicious Nordic design.

Nachteile:

We are currently missing. Integration to Hubspot and Campaign Monitor, but we hope it will be developed soon.

Functional tool with a broad range of possibilities

Kommentare: Very happy with the tool and support from the team.

Vorteile:

Great sharing and organizational features.Possibilities to create creative content pieces, such as moodboards, press releases, and collection overviews within the tool in an easy way.

Nachteile:

When creating pages using templates and combining text with images, the process might not necessarily be intuitive and functional.It becomes time consuming and not easy to do within the tool.

Value for money

Kommentare: In general Kontainer is a great DAM system with a lot features and a nice interface.

Vorteile:

Kontainer has a nice interface which can be designed and changed in a lot of ways. The customer support is fantastic with a very short response time.New features and improvements are being added constantly.

Nachteile:

Diferent search fields can sometimes confuse the user, especially when searching for article numbers.

Easy to implement and easy to use

Kommentare: Easy to implement and use. Super friendly and skilled staff. Slightly slow response time and implementation of new initiatives. Kontainer could use more service staff.

Vorteile:

Easy to use. Very user-friendly. Simple.

Nachteile:

Master data management has limitations. We could use additional options here.

Easy way to collect brand material, pictures & content

Kommentare: Very nice tool. Helpfull people at KONTAINER if you have any questions. We don´t use it correctly as a PIM system - why it can be a bit complicated to work with. Would be better without all that manually work. But that's our problem.

Vorteile:

It gives us an easy and good overview of the products and assets that our costumers needs. It's easy for them to search for a specific product and then find data, product info etc.

Nachteile:

The different folder types can be a bit difficult to differentiate from each other. I had problems with choosen the right ones from the beginning. And first you startet out - you have to do it over again if you find out you need another type.
